This was a fantastic place however some new employees made it go down hill. They close the store as they choose and speak to customers like they're trash. Crystal speaks like she belongs on the streets without any skills at all. The owners are not available or leave contact information according to their workers. Service is terrible most of the time anymore that's if there's even someone behind the register anymore.

This store needs to be shut down they recently sold a vape to my 14-year-old neighbor and his father went up there and confronted the gentleman with the long black hair name unknown he refused to give him his money back with a receipt and denied selling it even though he was the only one working I guess the 14-year-old jumped behind the counter and printed out the receipt on his own....we don't need stores like this in our neighborhood keep your children away from this store!!!!!!

This place is always closed for an extended time during regular business hours. They have a notice saying be back in 15 minutes while they're gone for more then an hour. Bad business practice. This is the third time in two weeks.

If you love to be overcharged for tobacco this is the place for you not to mention the kid behind the counter was rude more than once I'll never come back to the store

Quick visit, in and out with no problem. Attendant was very polite and helpful, store was clean and neatly organized 👌

The employee crystal is very mouthy and doesn't treat customers correctly and when shown evidence of faulty/broken products she becomes belligerent and ignorant with how she handles herself especially with consistent and loyal customers in said store in a very SMALL TOWN, Owners are amazing but this employee is something else she's needs to be disciplined properly!! Sorry.🤷 unacceptable

I was just in there today to put a can there to collect donations for a Memorial Scholarship in Memory of Jeremy Clark. Tyler Getz who works there had told me I could leave it there and he also verified this morning but when I was in my car I saw him remove the container form the store and put it in the recycling bin outside. I went and confronted him and he stated that I was scamming people. Then told me to get out of his store. I will be finding out who the owner is and putting this establishment on blast. Very rude and unprofessional when I stated that I can show him proof through the IRS and the bank.

Rude customer service Tylor is absolutely discusting with racist Facebook comments it’s enough to make me never shop here
