The office it self appeared to be clean and sanitized. Front desk and manager were helpful and professional. With the exception of the doctor who saw me, Mr. A. Lockhart, PA. He’s unprofessional and rude. He maybe helping people but part of the job especially being in a position like his in the medical field is knowing and genuinely having compassion ,empathy and professionalism. CityMD, needs to do a better job at vetting people like him.

I would like to thank Dr. Ann Nguyen and Teterboro office X-ray technician Allison for their professionalism, caring, kindness and friendliness. After thorough check up Dr. Nguyen explained me different treatment options, scheduled my X-ray at a different CityMD location on the same day, called me exactly 1 minute after X-ray with results and talked to a CVS employee a couple of hours later to select an appropriate medicine. It is such a pleasure to meet people like them in our life when entire service industry is in chaos and you have to fight with almost everybody almost daily. CityMD should be proud of people like Ann and Allison.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Doctor was doing some sketchy business, at first doctor was putting a work injury through my personal insurance. Explained that if I wanted a note for my injury that I would have to go through my job’s insurance, so to make less of a hassle I declined the note and said I’ll do this through my personal. Continued as if it would go through my personal insurance then switched up last second and did worker’s compensation/work injury. While he was saying it would go through my personal insurance through, him and his assistant were actually scribing it as work injury/workers comp and never notified the patient(me). Never going back. Sketchy business going on over at Citymd and I will be spreading the word to never go there!!!

I came in after 7 with multiple dogs bites. The reception person was very empathetic and made sure I was quickly taken to a room. The triage person called for the doctor immediately when he saw the wounds. The attending doctor , Dr. Deema, was also very compassionate and concerned. She knew the fishing would burn. She showed great empathy and patience. She talked me through it by encouraging me to breathe with deep breaths and slow releases. She stopped between each flushing.

Overall, nice staff! However Brielle the PA, made me feel very uncomfortable with my hesitation with taking certain medications because I still breast feed my daughter. She told me it’s time to wean my child off. Me and breast feeding and for however long I decide to do is my PERSONAL choice. Brielle needs to realize at the moment I was not one of peers, I was a patient and she shouldn’t have talked me like I was one of her girlfriends

Dr told me my dark nail looked cancerous. I went because I wasn’t sure if it was damaged or something from the nail salon like a fungus.Who says that to someone. Look at it and tell me I need to see a dermatologist about it first and you’re not sure. Don’t tell me it looks cancerous. Horrible, Horrible !! Luckily I was able to get in Touch with my dermatologist and sent her A picture. She told me what it looked like. And to soak it in white vinegar till my following appointment the next week.I just heard from her cause she took a piece of the nail and the skin underneath, and all it was was a damage Nail. Came home from there crying to my husband .

Would not give me an antibiotic and told me there was nothing but post nasal drip. 1 week later I am still in enormous pain in my throat and ears w a horrific cough that keeps me out of work and up all night! Absolutely the worst place to go if not feeling well. Also refused to let me go because they couldn’t get a good enough read on my oxygen level because of my “gel nail polish”. Just awful and ridiculous. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Terrible place! Dr Robert Fogliani was not caring, he was insulting. Never heard of a doctor ever tell me “what do you want me to do, wave my magic wand”. I went to another place/ doctor found out i had bronchitis. I would not recommend.

This time here over a bunch of things for minor stuff. Never a long wait, super great treatment from physician and great office support. Don't get hurt but if you do this is the place to go.
