    What a great place! Very accommodating, friendly, professional and caring. Very helpful getting insurance in-line and working with the doctors office. I highly recommend this facility. The women who did my MRI couldn’t do enough to make me comfortable. This was my second time going to this facility and I didn’t think it could get any better but it was even better then the first time. Keep up the great work!!!

    Located in Denville, this center is easy to get to & has plenty of free parking. The rooms are very clean & very comfortable. Front desk personnel are polite, pleasant & personable. Liz was kind, thoughtful & very gentle considering the not so pleasant procedure. As was Megan in Ultrasound who let me know how I would get the results. Before and after phone calls provided all the information I needed for the day and what was to follow. This is definitely my first choice, if ever I need an xray, MRI, ultrasound or mammogram.

    Service was extremely fast. I was called to fill out some forms 5 minutes before my appointment time. Before I had finished, I was called back for the first series of tests. As soon as I returned to the waiting room, I was called back for the second. Great service (I’ve used them before) but this was really as fast as possible.

    I’ve been to ImageCare at Denville several times over the past several years and it’s always been a good experience. Everyone is really nice, the technicians are experienced and knowledgeable, and I’ve never had to wait long. Whenever I need a test, ImageCare is the first place I think to go. I highly recommend them!

    The staff are amazing!! They genuinely care about their clients and it really shows in their customer service. It was my first time getting a mammogram and they made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the process. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of their services.     I was not given a protective anti radiation vest to wear while my chest 2 views X-rays were taken. I found this very concerning. Later I asked about it and the technician pointed to a barrier on a chair that only came up to my waist. How could that barrier have shielded my chest. It’s concerning to me. The technician was polite and friendly and courteous but this lack of a protective shield to cover my chest is worrying to me.

    Arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. Very clean and comfortable waiting area and receptionist very professional. Had to complete those dreaded forms but that is the norm at all medical facilities in NJ. Technician came out to bring me to the exray room and on the way discovered the script was not signed by my primary physician. My question is why that wasn't caught when I first entered the building 45 minutes earlier by the receptionist. Now we had to wait until the script was signed. The rest of my visit was fine and very professional and courteous but adding another hour was a bit annoying!

    I had a great experience today getting a mammogram. The tech was so friendly and she was great at explaining all the steps to me! The front desk receptionist was also friendly and helpful. Always a positive experience at ImageCare Denville!
