Horrible. The new full set extensions fell off within days of application. The salon offered a new set at the refill price and to charge me less for a senior tech. No reputable salon would charge a client for their mistakes or issues. Go somewhere else. Make sure they delete you from their system and remove your credit card too. Re: the response from Lash Lounge. I advised them I didn’t call sooner as I was away attending a wedding, which was 3 days after the extensions were applied. I’m certain folks at that event have photos showing the extensions falling out. More importantly, the offer from Lash Lounge to discount services was not acceptable to me because reputable salons do not charge clients for salon issues/errors. Further I don’t believe in Lash Lounge abilities. I understand lash growth. I’ve gotten extensions many times over the last 20 years. Every one of those extension treatments lasted 3 weeks or more. I’m done ‘reviewing’ Lash Lounge. I can only hope my experience helps others.

It was my first time getting my lashes lifted and tinted professionally, as well as getting my eyebrows tinted too. I was super happy with how it turned out!!! I was Miss Mia's model that day. She has such a sweet, charismatic and bubbly personality; and those characteristics are excellent to have in order to engage with clients. Sooner or later, I'm definitely coming back again for sure!!!

This place is a great little get-away for me. I’ve been getting extensions here for a couple years now. After a few appointments, I chose to stick with DJ since she’s very thorough and I always smile after she hands me the mirror at the end. Plus, DJ is sweet as pie! If you’re thinking about prettying up for the holidays, try this place out. You can even get colored lashes to look more festive.

Got lash extensions for the first time ever this past Tuesday. I kind of giggled to myself when DJ offered me a blanket saying, "You'll likely fall asleep". The idea of falling asleep while someone is touching my eyelashes seemed impossible, but DJ was right! The music was at just the perfect level- almost silent but could still hear the lyrics and tune to my fave early 2000s hits- and the entire experience was so relaxing that I 100% took a nap. DJ did a wonderful job on my lashes. My coworkers and friends have paid me many compliments. Thanks, DJ! Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Anna and DJ are great! Also the front desk ladies Falynn and Allie are super friendly and very helpful. The Lash Lounge is great and they don’t damage your natural lashes! Definitely recommend. If your on the fence definitely give it a try!

While visiting family last weekend I was able to get lash extensions done at the salon. Everyone was so nice and helpful answering all my questions as it was my first time getting them. Hailey made me feel very comfortable and they look beautiful. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend, thank you again ladies!

DJ was my tech and I couldn’t be any happier with the overall experience. She was beyond nice and soft while doing my lashes. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me tips on how to maintain my lashes fresh. Everyone at the salon were very friendly and welcoming. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

I’ve had lash extensions off and on over the years and loved them. I had mine done today at the Lash Lounge and they look so awful, clumpy and going in different directions and for the price of nearly $400 I’m literally sick!! I want them off and my money refunded but I’ve read other reviews and it seems they just make excuses and ‘try to ‘correct’ it, I’m already afraid for my precious real lashes underneath the mess they created. Oh and my technician wasn’t wearing a mask and I had to smell her awful breath for nearly 2 hours. Miserable experience.
