We
generally
enjoyed
our
stay
at
the
Swiss
Hotel.
We'd
been
researching
the
location
for
a
few
months
before
arrival
when
we
made
a
last
minute
decision
to
make
alternative
arrangements.
After
reconsidering
and
even
going
to
another
hotel
for
a
few
hours
we
ended
up
back
at
the
Swiss.
We
were
checked
in
by
Willisha,
an
amazing
young
lady
and
extremely
accomodative,
even
throughtout
the
whole
stay.
Our
original
room
had
AC
issues,
so
the
next
day
we
were
promptly
moved
to
another
room
for
the
remainder
of
our
stay.
The
ladies
at
the
restaurant
were
also
great,
we
mostly
interacted
with
Magdaline,
she
was
wonderful
and
always
very
attentive.
The
daily
breakfast
buffet
was
perfect
to
get
the
day
going
and
we
really
enjoyed
the
local
dishes
on
the
menu.
A
few
areas
of
opportunity
for
the
Swiss:
-They
quote
the
room
fee
in
USD
and
show
you
the
total
price
that
will
be
charged
to
your
credit
card
statement.
They
then
take
this
total
and
convert
it
back
to
Leones
using
an
arbitrary
exchange
rate.
Ultimately,
we
were
overcharged
by
about
$55
and
no
one
was
wiling
to
fix
this,
all
the
attendants
deferred
to
a
manager.
In
principal
this
is
wrong
and
deceitful,
it's
critical
to
charge
what
your
invoices
say.
Furthermore,
your
team
needs
to
follow
through
(be
empowered
to
do
so)
on
addressing
these
errors
rather
than
punt
the
issue
to
some
manager.
The
ability/technology
clearly
exists
because
we
didn't
have
this
problem
when
we
visited
the
Home
Suites
Hotel.
-
The
wait
time
at
the
restaurant
is
unbelievably
long.
When
you're
hungry
or
in
a
hurry,
this
truly
makes
for
a
frustrating
experience.
There
were
also
a
number
of
flies
in
and
around
the
dining
area.
-
The
bed
linens
and
towels
could
be
cleaner.
There
were
a
number
of
very
visible
stains.
-
The
lighting
in
the
bathroom
really
could
be
better.
It's
very
tough
to
get
ready
with
dim
lighting.
It
would
also
be
a
great
addition
to
add
a
full
length
mirror
in
the
room.
-
It
would
be
nice
if
they
had
a
complimentary
shuttle
service
that
guests
can
use
to
get
around,
perhaps
within
a
certain
mile
radius.
At
the
very
least,
to/from
the
airport.
Overall,
we
really
did
not
regret
the
decision
to
stay
at
the
Swiss
and
would
potentially
consider
it
again
for
future
visits.
