Absolutely horrible service. The staff is rude when you place an order and cut you off constantly. Did not receive part of the order (dipping garlic sauce)so we called to correct the mistake. Person on the phone was nasty and said we didn't order the sauce. I heard my mother in law place the order and she repetitively asked for the sauce NOT spicy but instead got nothing. They delivered the sauce and demanded the money before the sauce was handed over. My wife asked if she could taste the sauce before paying because most of my family cannot handle the spice. The driver then got in the car and left, over 3$. These people are nasty and refuse to fix mistakes. We have been made to return food we have had delivered on another occasion if we wanted our refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE! I ordered food for delivery by phone. Upon delivery, the order came partially incorrect! When I called them back to let them know, they insisted what I received was what I ordered! IT WAS NOT! They were insistent that I received what I told them I wanted over the phone! They were so rude and arrogant to me over the phone and they manager actually hung up on me! Other friends have told me not to order food from them but I didn’t listen! Is this the way they treat their paying customers? Why could they just replace what they delivered to me instead of fighting with me over the phone and eventually hanging up on me! The locals need to know about this place! Go somewhere else PLEASE!

A cut above the usual Chinese take out. While the prices are similar to most inexpensive Chinese take out,the food tastes like it was prepared in a fine restaurant. Everything is light, fresh and delicate. A true gem in Hasbrouck Heights!

I love this place. I would recommend any chinese food lover to come here and eat or pick up food. The place is amazingly clean and the food seem fresh every single time. The service is swift and the staff is so nice and attentive. I travel from Jersey city every time I crave Chinese. It is worth my time driving eat to eat. Five stars m me and don't hesitate to visit😊

The place is very clean & the food is fresh!! They give a nice size portion. Love their sweet & sour shrimp, chicken with cashews, Chow Mei Fun & other dishes. Decently priced $$

Ordered three items, large pork fried rice, large sesame chicken and a large boneless spare ribs for a delivery in town and it came out to $44 hahahaha no thank you

Dumplings never fails, they have some of the best chinese food take out in the area. They are also super fast at delivering the food. The fastest ive ever experience with any restaurant. I recently asked for a custom order, chicken wings in general tso sauce. They were great !

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me personally and fixed the issue which was made by an employee error. Owners that take pride in their business and reputation are amazing. As I mentioned previously, their food is very good and will always be my go to when I am in the area! OLD: So my recent order was updated to add a separate $1.50 charge for special instructions?! My special instructions were to call me on arrival so I can meet the driver in front of the building? I am working in a public building where there are many people in and out and did not want my food just sitting on the front steps of a municipal building. Some nerve of Dumpling after I order from them all the time and always mention how great their food is to everyone.

I order from here when staying at the Hilton, always great food, and delivered so fast!

AWFUL, Ask for $2 extra beef Got $5 extra onions, The rice was cold, When I called to complain , I got nothing but attitude, I will never order from here again I urge all of you not to do so either, also, Had a chance to Look at some of the other 5 star reviews, And a lot of them are fake and Staged,

After a while of passing this place by and not even noticing it, I decided to drop in and give it a shot. Usually the first thing I notice about a Chinese takeout is the menu. For once, something else caught my immediate attention; that was how immaculate this place was. It was, in a word, spotless. The counter lady was very enthusiastic, and easily ready to accommodate, and the food (I had the steamed mixed vegetables) was a delight. This place will definitely be on my list for future visits.

I thought The house special lo mein wouls be mediocre, i was wrong. Seems like a family owned and ran business, and seem to be a happy family running it.

Like others have said the place is spotless. Employees are polite and helpful. I’ve ordered from here 4 times now and every time the order is ready on time and the food is fresh and fresh tasting, not at all greasy like some places, and hot.

I have never seen any Chinese restaurant this much clean smelling free . It was the first time we were able to finish entire food we ordered.

It’s just regular Chinese food. Nothing special the right home about. It’s usually fresh tasting. The store is clean.

Called in an order for pick-up at around 12:15 on a Tuesday. I went with a lunch special - chicken and string beans in garlic sauce with vegetable fried rice. It comes with your choice of soup, egg roll, or a soda. The chicken was good and the sauce was great, but portions are kind of small compared to the portion sizes at a typical Chinese takeout spot. The hot and sour soup I had missed the mark. It wasn’t spicy enough or sour enough. I had to add my own chili flakes and vinegar. However, I do like that they have various mushrooms in it, including enoki mushrooms. I wouldn’t mind trying another lunch special but next time, maybe I’ll go with the wonton soup or a soda.

Usually very good but the last time I was there the shrimp fried rice I ordered was cold.

I used to like this place until one night we ordered the appetizer mini spring rolls, an egg roll, and boneless ribs combo. They gave us one large spring roll and some shrimp egg roll. My mother is deathly allergic to shrimp. We called to ask if we could just get a refund and were met with attitude from the lady and the owner. The owner then came to pick up the food and was still nasty to us for no reason. Kinda disappointed.

Went to this place a while a go wanted to get some duck sauce the guy that was there got nasty and said I could not take any duck sauce never went back

Good, non-greasy great tasting food. The dim sum is delish...

Chicken wings were dry, fries tasted freezer burnt, mini egg rolls burnt, and the Thai curry chicken was flavorless. I was disappointed. Soup was good though
