Everyone was friendly and helpful. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called in. I had my vitals taken and rapid & PCR test. Dr. came. in an listened to what I had to say. Told me my rapid was negative. Dr ordered an antibiotic. I was out in 1/2 hr. I was pleased with the service.

Super fast and efficient. As a family we have been here dozens of times for falls and cuts and ear infections, etc… the place is always super fast. In and out in under an hour. They have an XRay on site… this came in handy when my kid swallowed a metal coin. I went yesterday because I got hurt in the eye. The PA quickly numbed and stained my eye and I was out with an Rx quickly. Great local place and ample parking in the back.

I gave 2 stars cause the wait to be seen is ridiculous. I had 11:20 am appointment. We got there at 11 and wasn't seen until after 12. 1 hour+ just to do a covid test on a 4 year old?? Come on that is just unacceptable. The front desk, med assistant and doctor was very sweet and friendly which I appreciated. But you guys gotta work on the waiting time frame. Should be so long WITH a appointment.

Very long wait time but the front desk staff was very friendly. The nurse, doctor, and x-ray technician were very kind and helpful. Facility was clean but crowded. I needed an x-ray and they have an x-ray tech working during all business hours. A lot of other urgent care offices do not have that.

Took my mom to Bergenfield about 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. The check-in process was very easy and quick. The staff was wonderful…very kind and the doctor was terrific! Great bed-side manner and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I walked into AM/PM Urgent Care, because my doctor's office was closed. This was my first time going to an Urgent Care so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was very attentive and responsive considering the high volume of patients. I arrived about 12:45 PM and fill out paperwork, and was checked in. I was given an appointment for 1:30 PM and was seen and out of the office by 3:30 PM. My experience here with AM/PM Urgent Care was great! The Nurse Practitioner Tim was EXCELLENT with patient care. Thanks to Tim I'm almost back to 100%. Thank you AM/PM for a great experience when I wasn't feeling my best!!

AM/PM Walk In Urgent Care is very efficient. The office staff are very polite and courteous. The Medical Team is excellent. They listen to you, ask the appropriate and necessary questions, and are very patient. They diagnose and explain your problem to you with suggestions and medication if necessary. This Urgent Care was recommended to me by a friend over 6 years ago. My husband and I both have been patients and have never been disappointed.

It's a pleasure going toAM/PM Walk in Urgent Care. The staff is pleasant and seem to get along well with each other. The place is clean and organized. The service is quick and hassle free. I had one incident where my records for my visit was not completely filled out. I will not allow that to deter me from going back. I recommend them to my daughters and they wete pleased as well.

Wonderful process.! Quick check-in, decent wait time, a great doctor and his great assistant Sam. It was late night so they were able to rout my prescription to a nearby open pharmacy. Five stars all the way

We had an appointment for a VERY deep cut on my daughter's finger... we were seen about 15 after arrival... The staff was Very professional and very caring. The doctor talked to my daughter throughout the entire procedure and kept her distracted... His instructions for after the stitches went in were clear and his bedside manner was amazing. Thank you for making this experience so comfortable.

I have been to many urgent care clinics across the greater New York area, and this one outshines all of them. I arrived late on a Saturday night and was treated with incredible care. Jackie set me up in an exam room after a very brief wait, listened closely to my story of symptoms, took detailed notes, looked me in the eye, made me feel safe and validated my concerns. I immediately felt like I was in good caring hands - something I don’t even feel at primary care offices. These folks hold late weekend hours so that people like me can show up scared and get care. I’m so grateful.

I was there for less than an hour. I made an appointment (highly recommended) and you can do all your paperwork online. I checked in online and waited for about 15 minutes after i was called in. They do take walk-ins. The staff were very fast, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this urgent care they are open until 12am(midnight). Also they recommended a pharmacy that was half of a block from them that is open from 9am-12am (midnight)

I always choose this Urgent Care over all others & have repeatedly referred other people. Super pleasant and caring staff from beginning to end of the experience, and they take great care to help you get better.

I’ve been going to this Urgent Care for about 2 years and it’s always a pleasant one. They seem like they care about all their patients. The wait time is reasonable and everyone is professional, which is appreciated. I take myself and my 2 kids there and not once hated the experience. Just hated being sick PART!

This urgent care provided great care. I was in an out as quickly as possible. I spoke to at least 4 people who worked here, from front desk to I guess doctors and everything in between and everyone was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend. By the time I got to my pharmacy my prescriptions were ready to go. Can’t say enough good things.

This was my first time at this urgent care. The front door team was great. They greeted us and check-in was super fast. My son's needed a physical for school and they were seen by Dr. Fisher. He was awesome and took his time to ensure our visit was pleasant. I would definitely visit in the future again.

My thumb got slammed in a car door late on Saturday night, and I'm so thankful we went to AM/PM Walk In Urgent Care Center. The team was so caring and attentive. I was even able to get an x-ray right in the office. They drained the blood from under the nail to relieve pressure and help with the pain. Definitely made the right choice coming here.

The staff was kind and attentive by assisting me to walk into each room since I was having difficulty. The provider doctor was empathetic and had wonderful and genuine bedside manner. He was very thorough and even took additional test as a precaution. I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend to anyone.

The doctors, nurses and staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We've been here a few times recently and I felt very reassured that my children were in great hands while they were sick! And the wait time is much less than I receive at my regular pediatrician's office with a scheduled appointment! I highly recommend them!

Went today to get tested for covid. Receptionist was super nice and so was the guy that took me to the backroom and did the initial tests. But the doctor was extremely dismissive as soon as he walked into the room. It only got worse when he asked if I was vaccinated and I said no. He probably thought I was anti-vax and started raging within, I don't know. Later on I explained my medical history, and why my primary doctor told me to hold off on getting vaccinated, and he was finally nice and helpful, but I shouldn't have to explain myself in order for people to have manners and be professional from the start. Anyway, he then had a young woman draw blood. I attempted to tell her that I have tricky veins on one arm and before I could finish she cut me off and said "you don't have to tell me how to do my job I know how to do my job". Yikes. Uh, ok... Well, it took her like 5 minutes to find a vein. She was nice after that. I'm not sure what the source of the unnecessary behavior is, I understand we all have our bad days, but maybe they need to have a staff meeting to remind people to breathe. I swear on my life I wasn't rude, pushy or giving a single ounce of attitude. Would still go back, but if this becomes a pattern then I'm out. Figured I would post this in case they listen to feedback.

I went to AM/PM Urgent Care last night at 10:30 pm, hoping for quick care. Despite no other patients in the waiting room, I ended up waiting over an hour without seeing a doctor. It would've been faster to go to the emergency room instead. However, I must mention that the service provided by the staff was friendly, which earns an extra star from me.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Both the nurse (Maria) and PA were really nice and explained everything to us in a calm, detailed way. They smiled and really seemed to care as they spoke with us - which we’re not so used to at other urgent cares and some doctors’ offices. We were in and out within 30 minutes, x-ray and all. Thank you!!

Great place if you're not sure about that trip to the ER. You can walk in or make an appointment (recommended) and do nearly ALL the paperwork online. Check in online and wait comfortably in your car or sit in the clean waiting room, comfortably spaced out for COVID. The staff are quick, friendly, and very proficient. Big plus: they're open until midnight.

My family and I have been going here for a few years. The people are always professional and kind. The key is making an appointment if you don’t want to wait long. They are able to perform more services than other urgent care facilities. They do X-rays, blood tests and COVID related needs. Their app is very user friendly. Use these tools they provide you and it is easier and faster.

I had originally gone to Holy Name for my 4 year old’s head injury. There were over 20 people in the waiting room so I headed over to the AM/PM Urgent Care and was in and out within an hour. Great staff and the doctor made sure my son was leaving in good condition! 10/10 recommended.

Brought myself and my daughter on a Sunday. We had an appt but they told us right away they were running about 30 min late, so at least we were prepared. We waited maybe 20 minutes. The PA was wonderful. He had a clear plan and summarized what was going on and what the instructions were for the antibiotic. He was professional, efficient, and had a great bedside manner. He even had tylenol brought to the room for my daughter so she could start feeling better right away which I really appreciated!

I recently visited AM/PM walk in urgent care and I have to say, the service I received was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were able to see me right away, and the wait time was minimal. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Overall, my experience at AM/PM walk in urgent care was top-notch. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care services.

I came in after getting a gash on my palm & was told that the wait would be around an hr/1.5 hrs but that I would get a call shortly before my turn. I ended up calling back a couple hours later & was told to head back. I was initially seen my a nurse or assistant & eventually was seen by a PA who gave me a few stitches & skin glue. I think he did a good job but it took some time until I got the stitches but I was happy that I was warned about the wait & was encouraged to come back later.

All of the staff are always amazing here. They always get you in and out as fast as they can and they are very thorough. I appreciate all of you guys tremendously! They have always taken amazing care of me I’ve been coming here for years. I’d highly recommend am/pm urgent care to any and EVERYONE!

The place was clean and staff very attentive. The doctors very attentive and explained my diagnose very clear, the injection did not hurt. Very important which I was so TOTALLY impressed they had COFFEE not only did they have coffee it was the single-serve Keurig K minis!!! Thank you for a great service!

Extremely professional. The women at the front desk are amazing. They let you know how long the wait will be. They allow you to step out and call you when it’s time to be seen. The Medical staff is patient, polite and caring. I have been to at least two urgent cares in the same area and this one by far is better!

The nurse was very nice and competent. The Dr (or PA) was also very good. I had a 10:30 appt and was seen at 11:15 (not bad). PS I want the staff to know that the rear entrance to the facility is absolutely filthy, dirty and full of trash. This must be cleaned up. Its like a gutter.

The wait time was a bit too much for just a covid test but the person that took care of me was the best! She was patient and explained everything very well and with the best attitude ! Very happy with her and the people at the front desk too The only thing I did not like is the extensive paperwork that I had to fill up on my phone that was really hard to do for an elder woman.
