Maurice was excellent. We had a backed up sink and tub, both were taken care of quickly and cleanly. He also installed new pipes under the sink. He had great advice for avoiding clogs in the future. Overall great experience. We are very grateful.

George was very professional. He was actually a little early which is rare for plumbers in my experience. He was not only able to easily unclog our tub drain but he also shared great insight on how we can keep the drain clear going forward. Made sure to move anything that could get dirty first before starting. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what the problem was, and took care of it right away. I had an issue with my shower drain, the water was not going down and I had 3 different plumbers come and take a look at it. None of them were successful and one even suggested he make holes in my walls and ceiling to figure out what the issue was! He wanted to charge me $4,000!! I was so desperate I googled another plumbing service last minute, read all the positive reviews and decided to give them a call. Chris arrived at my house at 6:30pm that same day, was in my house for about 10min or so and was able to clear out my drain! He saved me $4,000! I wanted to give him the biggest hug ever! George came quickly, it was a weekend, explained job and pricing, was very caring and mindful of prices. He did the job in 15 minutes ( he said it may take an hour). I asked the plumber to come and clear the kitchen sink. The plumber was here and the very next day the sink was blocked. As I reported this matter immediately I expected to get the sink unblocked under guarantee. Jack said that he is a licensed plumber for over 25 years. That is the reason why I called them. He refused to do the work under guarantee. He said we should not be putting greasy stuff in the sink!! We don’t deliberately put any greasy stuff in the sink. I expected this job to be done under guarantee as this happened so soon after the plumber had come. Jack blankly refused. I would not want to use this company again. Poor after sales service by any standard.
