Martial arts school

😠 Not a good gym, in my opinion. The team is usually too hard in training, even if you tell them that they are beginners, they still go hard in sparring and think they are all professionals. If you have forgotten your head protection or, like some new members, don't have one yet, you will still be hit... People often mention training,

Not a good gym, in my opinion. The team is usually too hard in training, even if you tell them that they are beginners, they still go hard in sparring and think they are all professionals. If you have forgotten your head protection or, like some new members, don't have one yet, you will still be hit on the head, even though you have pointed out beforehand that you don't have one yet and ask that you only hit up to the chest area. I also saw in training how someone was really knocked out in sparring. went, lay on the ground and the trainer had to bring him back to consciousness. It's not very clean either. It's better to go to the Stallion Gym Stuttgart or the Charlie Boxing School in Fellbach where they only do sparring up to the chest area and if you're okay with it and stick with it for a long time, you can do really hard sparring. In summary, I personally didn't like the gym that much, but everyone can have their own experiences. A positive aspect is the trainers who try to explain well how exercises work and BJJ isn't bad there either, but that's really it.

The premises are appropriate for a combat sports gym and the range of sports on offer is wide and varied. In December 2019, contract concluded for 1 year. I moved 100km away and gave notice as normal and on time. Gym did not receive any contributions during the Corona lockdown and after the gym was open again (spring 2021) these were put on the back burner (not legally permitted). From a business perspective, I canceled on time and received confirmation of cancellation. Nevertheless, the gym insists on the contributions. From a personal perspective, cohesion should be very important in a martial arts gym. Despite moving, money is being debited - very weak. Multiple attempts to contact failed. Emails will only be responded to if it is for your benefit. Debt collection has now been activated. Very strong Oli. Conclusion: Money-hungry operator who rips off members and only reacts/communicates for their own benefit. It's okay to do sports, but due to the bad experience in dealing with the members - not a recommendation!

Yesterday we took a CrossFit lesson as a soccer team for our preparation. Great coaching team and perfect training for preparation. Many thanks to Flo and Diogo. Greetings with sore muscles from TSV Schmiden (football department)

I have become a fan of Kong Gym since my first lesson. The atmosphere is great and the location is big enough so that 30-40 people can train without any problems. Within six months you can notice significant progress (if you attend class regularly). The price-performance ratio is unbeatable and the trainers are great in terms of character and competence. I am very happy to have found the right martial arts school and can only recommend it to everyone.

Top team. Trainer preparing for the sessions. Advanced students are really challenged! Beginners are always welcome and are well integrated into the group.

The best gym in Stuttgart! Very friendly, tough, animals in this place. It is my family, away from my family. I speak zero German but I have no problems understanding the classes. And everyone is willing to translate if I need it. I’m so glad I found this place and I highly recommend any Americans to use this gym for any sort of mma training.

Sacha is an amazing coach and a wonderful friend. I had the honor of training with him before and after we were on the ultimate fighter together. He is one of the best fighters in Germany, one of the kindest and articulate person that I’ve ever shared a training room with. If you are in Germany want to get into MMA. Kong‘s gym is the place to be whether you’re a beginner or a professional.

The gym offers MMA, BJJ, Boxing, Muay Thai, Cross fit, functional fitness, judo....... classes run 6 days a week. The mats are clean, the staff is friendly. Everyone speaks English. I only do BJJ so here is my review on that. At any time, you are probably sharing the mat with a bunch of Europien Champions, worlds medalists and are around a pretty solid group of guys. Kongs is Rebeiro BJJ so they concentrate on the basic but effective techniques.
