I assume it is the best ride with the best entertainment at Europa Park. Especially if it is the first time and you don't know anything about the ride. Indeed it was my first time and I got very much overwhelmed. I loved the whole concept and the idea. Later that day we went in again and did not have to wait at all. If you get the chance, try to sit on the top floor as you see more than on the lower floors.

An amazing experience, worth the 30min wait. Even the waiting areas are amazingly decorated and full of easter eggs! The ride itself is an interactive adventure through Europe. Afterwards the paintings in the staircase tell where you visited if you were left wondering.

It's probably one of the best flying simulators in the world. And believe me I have been on enough to know that. The details and theming in the queue is already worth your time. The movie itself is perfectly in sync with the movement of your flying bench. It's fun for the entire family! 1 tip tho: ask if you can go on the top level or middle level (there are 3 levels) to get the best experience

Service people are very impolite. I am very upset and extremely uncomfortable about the service people, that is why I must write my story here. Couple weeks ago, we visited this ride, it was full of people, no surprise. We waited one hour for this ride. We were two people and waiting in the middle of the queue. That means, our seats would be in the middle of the big screen. That is exactly what we wanted. However, after we entered the theater. Some kids directly took our seats. Their parents didn’t say anything about it. We talked to service people. “There are still two seats in the corner.”, he simply replied to us. “The last two seats in the corner!?”, I told to myself and struggled to maintain my composure. We had no choice but took those seats. During the movie, the picture of movie was distorted severely. I could see outside of screen all the time. That experience was awful. After one hour waiting, what did we get? 1. We thought our rights had been violated. 2. Service people didn’t help us to get back our rights. 3. We couldn’t enjoy our movie at all. Couple weeks later, we visited this ride again. After entering the room, we directly took two seats in the middle. The young girls reported us to the service people. One service man came and directly told us, “The last two seats.” He pointed to the last two seats in the corner. We were shocked because the attitude of this service man was so impolite. I couldn’t believe his rudeness. I asked again. “Sorry, it is too noisy here, could you please repeat again what did you say?” “Go to the last two seats.” He repeated rudely again. We took the last two seats again, hardly enjoyed this movie due to the double standard of service people plus uncomfortable moods. When movie ended, I took a couple of minutes and sat in shock. Is there any racism during the whole instance? I am not sure, but I certainly felt it like that way. That was the first ride at that day of our visit in Europa park. It certainly ruined our moods. I thought amusement park should bring happiness to people, not anger. Till to the night, I still didn’t feel well. Therefore, I decided to write down my story here. P.S. “Your standing number is your seat number”, this information, which I would suggest put it on the beginning of introduction video before entering. Let everyone knows about this info.

Very cool experience, if you look up / down you can see the other people from a different gate. ( You’ll understand when you see it! ) Basically a huge 180° cinema, and when I say huge I mean HUGE. I would recommend AGAINST getting virtual line tickets initially. It’s better to get them for a different ride. Waiting time is only 25-35 mins after 3pm here. Single rider time is only 5-10 mins. Throughout the day people cancel their voletarium virtual tickets as well. Just check this every now and then throughout the day.

Delightfull attraction. The best flying theater i have ever been. Theming, music and overall is masterpiece. I love the attention to details in the queue line. The giant library, the Volatus 2 and everything. It's good example of Europa Park's magic.

Very high quality flying theatre attraction - better executed than Disney's ride system and current video. One of the most highly detailed queues I have ever seen for a ride - countless props and details to appreciate.

Super experience! We've spent 2 days at Europa Park, and went twice to Voletarium! All the family (4 adults + 2 pre-teens + 1 teen) loved every second of the show!

no roller coaster can reproduce the feeling I had in those 4 minutes. These minutes make you forget everything. indescribably beautiful. I cried with joy and emotion.

Very very cool, but, flee if you get to sit on the lower part (gate 5 and gate 2, going downstairs). Just hand your place over to someone else and get either in the middle or up. The lower part is very disappointing you see the screen borders, don't feel like in it, less sensations etc etc. Lucky us we rode first in the middle and only experienced the lowest the 4th time we went. Had it been the first time we would not have queued again for it.

I have been several times in the Voletarium and I must say it is breathtaking... as long as you get a good place and all systems are working. Sometimes the sprinklers or the aromas are not used for whatever reason, and it takes part of the fun away. But the worst is when you get the first or the last place in a row, because the video and the movements do not match as good.

Amazing experience! The waiting area builds up a wonderful story, and sets you up for the ride. The ride is one of the most engrossing experiences you'll have of flying. Besides the visuals, there's wind, smell and drops of rain to complete your experience. Tip: across the entrance of the ride there are ticket machines to get a ticket for the ride with quick access in a half hour window later in the day. That'll save you the waiting line!

We got in completely unaware of what we were going to experience. What a great surprise! I was getting a bit annoyed with the line and especially with the 'fast lane', which meant we had to wait much longer. Personally I think we should get rid of this system, as it divides people into classes, based on money. We already paid 52 euros to get into the park! But I must admit it was a great ride!

Absolutely gorgeous feeling, was riding the top row and people said it's not optimal but that alone was top notch.
