The staff were super chill here. I went there to pick up a printing order and had the file set up incorrectly, and they offered to reprint the order with no extra charge!

Same problem Moody male worker with a ponytail and female with the blonde braid as well && manager is no help a bunch of MAD PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY MADE POOR LIFE CHOICES LIKE ITS OUR FAULT THEY WORK AT FED EX TOO OLD TO BE ACTING AS SUCH A SNOB😂😂ahhh they are most likely job hopping from one minimum wage to another and mad at their decisions GO TO SCHOOL KIDS !! These are some nasty people indeed !!!

Store has a sign at the door says they open at 8 AM each day. They don't open until last 9AM! It is very easy to update the sign, I see 3 customers confused waiting outside the door.

Black lady with braid and black male with ponytail for African Americans !!! Too lousy and too bothered to do their job smh!! Asked a simple question and got bothered and dragged their feet and huffed and puffed to help me w disgust. SMH get better workers these two don’t like working or helping

I went in there to drop off some packages a couple times and get a passport picture. Havent had any issues. One young guy was a bit lazy but he looked about 20 so its whatever I can relate.

Not being a print guy, I was extremely pleased with how Jamie and staff made things so easy. All of my questions were answered, I was able to get a quick print test to confirm color values, and had my final product printed and mounted in less than two hours. Kudos to this team! Will definitely come back for any other print needs.

Went in to send a fax, there was a sign on the fax that it was out of service and a line to the back of the store so I went up to young guy with a ponytail helping an older woman with some copies. Trying not to be too intrusive i ask "hi sorry quick question, the fax machine says its out of service, will i be able to send a fax at the front desk or should i go somewhere else?" He looked down at me with a look of disgust, rolled his eyes and said "im helping someone, you're going to have to wait." Went to star copy down the street and was in and out in 5 minutes. Much better option, not ran by children that are too bothers to answer a quick yes or no question.

Treated badly by associate DJ, no respect at all,giving us hard time & big time BAD attitude , after the transaction he nagged & pointing finger at me. We prefer to work with Sheila, will never go back to this FedEx site,DJ needs big time training his job & customer service. He’s not knowledgeable on business transaction.

I understand that people coming in right before closing is frustrating, but *running* to lock the door before I can reach it is pretty nasty.

The store staff and the store manager is saying the right thing or they’re saying is correct, but their Attitude is super bad. The store manager with the long hair is totally crazy.

So helpful! I come here for print services all the time and they are SO FAST and helpful!
