    This FedEx shipping center is conveniently located near Redwood city DMV. I'm writing this review to give an appreciation to Jason for his wonderful customer service. I had a disastrous day after losing my license and credit cards. Jason was incredibly polite, helpful and diligent! He could quickly find a work-around to get photocopies from a machine predominantly operated by credit cards. I recommend this store if you're running late for a DMV appointment!

    FedEx used to be my preferred shipping service. Unfortunately, in the last few years their service & reliability have degraded significantly. Packages are routinely delayed with little recourse. I now use alternate services whenever possible.

    The service is good here. The store is unfortunately overwhelmed with fragrance. Immediately causes a migraine and nausea. If you are sensitive at all, find a different place. Please tone down the fragrance.

    Jason and John are so incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and helpful — I cannot even believe the level of customer care they continually give! I’ve been here many times now and refuse to ever print or ship elsewhere. The effort both John and Jason spend to make projects perfect will blow you away; people like this just don’t typically exist. They also always take the time to really listen to what you want — even if you don’t totally know yourself — and make brilliant and economical recommendations. As a habitual procrastinator, they’ve absolutely saved the day for me MANY a time — with both shipping and printing services. Their turn-around time is unparalleled, and I can’t even articulate the level of gratitude I have for that. So thankful to have found the best of the best — a store with such integrity, competence, and friendliness — and one that truly cares about their community members. Thank you, Jason and John!! Faith in humanity: restored.

    They've dropped the ball several times. This was only the latest. 12/30/2020 visit in which they instructed me to go in-store to retrieve an undelivered package. It didn't add up so I call to confirm their instructions by name. 40 minutes of travel later I'm now *shown* it's not my package after-all. What the hello is that about?

    This place is about the WORST location you could conceive of for a 'shipping center'. No parking. The single door entrance is literally down a winding path in the center of the tiny complex. Once you get inside you get to see the Double Door entrance facing the road, with a beautiful wide sidewalk leading to it - however it is labeled 'not an exit' and is unused because they built the counter in front of it. BTW - I was shipping a large 60lb box, and was quite frustrated at the ordeal and stupid layout. If you need to ship, choose another location.

    John was very helpful to me. I don't see a place where you can recommend an employee of the month or something like that. But, the customer service is excellent and helpful. All of my questions were answered.

    Expect waiting at least 15 minutes to only send out a single document. One employee, manager in the back room don’t care about the line. Super slow process... just terrible! Go elsewhere, you’ll save more time even if you factor in driving elsewhere

    I operate in the OR 6 out of 7 days a week and often work 5am to 7pm. As such, it’s extremely difficult to be present for signed deliveries. I was expecting a bike from Fedex to help get me to the hospital while my car was being used by an international colleague. FedEx couldn’t deliver my bike to my house when I was home. The package was too large to fit in my car. I’ve called FedEx over 10x this past week to find a solution. I contacted managers and spent over 60 minutes trying to get help. I was left with “callbacks” that never came and was becoming extremely frustrated. On a day I got off early, I finally decided to just go to FedEx and build my bike outside the shop. John was a ray of sunshine in this hurricane and went above and beyond. He tried finding the mailman for route to see if delivery at this time was possible. Sadly it wasn’t, but he didn’t stop there. Not only did he unwrap my package (bike), but built my bike, put the wheels in brake pad, and charged the battery. He helped me find a place to pump my tires and sent me on my way (all the while helping other customers coming in the office) 1000/10 service. He is someone who helps those in need. I’ve never experienced so much kindness from a stranger, nonetheless, an employee. I sincerely hope FedEx supports him as much as he has supported me, TREMENDOUSLY

    The staff here was rude and impatient, as if I am always doing something wrong, and doesn't even know how to use her own printer in the store.

    I am A Black Disabled Man who visited this site today to be discriminate for being black and disable I could not get any help from any of the employees. I had asked if I could get some assistance because I only have one hand to used 2 ladies Came after Me and I still couldn’t get any assistance So I left because it was A self Service So I left If anyone Disable and Black you Need to go somewhere else Where your Color of Your Skin and Disabled No Will Ever Come to Assist you. I Will Never Come Back Again!!!
