Store is awful. The manager is god awful. She is extremely rude to her employees in front of customers. One of the kids kept calling for her as she went outside for a cigarette. When they called her up to the register to help me fix a pricing issue. All I could smell was cigarette on her. I will definitely not be coming back here. I feel bad for the kids working here

Great store at a perfect location in Saugus. Right off the highway. Large store with accessories for all sports. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have services for golf clubs and bike repair services. Great deals on all items. Wide variety of shoes. Wheelchair accessible and restrooms for customers.

Awesome store for all your sporting goods needs. Both floors are packed full of equipment, ranging from golf to hunting to biking and everything in between. The staff is very relaxed and nice. One employee let us use the mini golf course without hassle, THANKS! The prices are decent here as well, markdowns can be found frequently. Dick's is one of the best stores at the Square One Mall, a real good place.

I arrived with a truck and 3 friends to take home a treadmill that was purchased by a friend. They lied to us for an hour, telling us they were getting the item only to find out they sold it to someone else. They then told us to go to medford to purchase it there. We kindly asked if we could get the delivery fee waved as the truck would no longer be available. They simply said no go to medford they cannot do that. Not going back there.

I have always found the Dick’s Sporting Goods “stand-alone” stores to be better shopping experiences. I’m not 100% understanding why, but this regional mall store confirms my thinking. Possibly the stand-alones are larger? They seem to have more inventory. Today, I was only there to get some socks, so I didn’t need a ton of selections. Unfortunately, Dick’s is so deep in bed w the swoosh, that selection is even worse. I got some socks, but not exactly what I was looking for.

Terrible customer service; from not helping find items that show as in stock in line when visiting in store to not accepting returns. Honestly every time I go in it’s a nightmare

Called in to this location to confirm stock on an item, as instructed by one of their customer service reps. Worst service I've ever received, and I was dragged through a ridiculously convoluted process just to be hung up on. Over the course of 15 mins, I was transferred twice while waiting on hold the majority of the time. The final person, supposedly the one who could physically check on stock, hung up on me after asking if "I was the one who needed keys(?)"...was honestly shocking to witness this level of incompetence and straight up disrespectful service...

I was very pleased with going to the store. It is a very big and beautiful store with many large selections of various items. I was looking for a metal detector and an employee with grey hair and glasses had helped me find what I was looking for. He was very nice and gave very helpful advice. The people at the cashier were very nice. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back here, but it was very nice!
