Extremely professional staff and the workout is the best hour of my day. I highly recommended this gym to anyone regardless of your current fitness level. The coaches work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.

The front desk staff is very rude and dogmatism.

I *loved* the class. I didn't expect to like it as much, but there was a lot of positive energy, and I felt I had a great work out while still having a lot of fun. I liked that we were encouraged to move at our own pace, and I felt I received the right amount of guidance in being able to do the movements decently enough for a beginner. My arms feel good today, like I worked out but not a handicapping soreness. I would change the ab workouts at the end, because they were either too easy or too hard for me. I wonder what a sweet in-between spot would be. I really appreciate how welcomed they made me feel.

I never thought I'd enjoy a boxing class, but I tried it out when I was feeling especially frustrated and was surprised by the whole-body workout I got. There are people of all body types and abilities, and you do whatever you are able to do. The instructors keep it fun, and there are segments (I think 3 minutes), so you can ease your way through the class a bit at a time. Great for exercise and for working out your frustrations - I can't wait until they can reopen!

I can't enough good things about Title Boxing at Mountain View. Great group of people. Fabulous trainers. Always an excellent cardio workout. Different routines to keep everyone on their toes. Fellow members are very welcoming. Yes. It is a place to get fit and slim. But it is more. it reminds me of the old time Cheers TV series theme song. "Taking a break from all your worries. Sure would help a lot. Sometimes you wanna go Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came."

Similar as rumble boxing, the classes here are generally more like cardio exercises but would be a little more professional. The trainers would teach you how to do the combo. Not as clean as rumble boxing. The floor is a little dirty and I suggest you bring your own yoga mat. (You will do core exercises in the final part of the class. ) Didn’t find a place to take a shower. Bring your own wraps or you can buy them here for $10. ( You can also find same wraps at sports basement for $7)

I recently joined and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire staff is super friendly and there’s a really inclusive environment. I never thought I’d have fun working out but I end up smiling during and after the class. The workout is definitely full body but easy to tailor for any level of fitness. The punching combinations take a minute to get the hang of but when in doubt, just move your body, you’ll get the hang of it. The class times are convenient for people who work full time. Very happy I joined.

I burned like a zillion calories and didn't pass out! I noticed that the instructor was very attentive to EVERYONE and at the same time I felt that he kept a close eye on me, gave me constant hints and instruction, and much needed encouragement. Two members welcomed me and made feel part of the group. The member next to me gave me several helpful tips and shared her experience from the past year. The manager in front welcomed me and set me up with a tour and some instructions the minute I walked in. The owner was super helpful and crystal clear about membership options and how the club worked. I signed up in minutes. I feel like I'm part of the club already :)

This is a terrific club - very friendly and very well run. They've added more classes since I joined 4 months ago and I've never experienced issues with getting a space. The trainers are top class, provide lots of support, it's a fun group of people and a great workout. I am definitely in better shape

Awesome boxing club and overall fitness experience. I joined here when it opened and have enjoyed it greatly. Each trainer adds their own unique style to each workout. Lots of incentives/challenges etc to keep you focused. Overall, very open and welcoming and the trainers will support you to improve and challenge yourself. Highly recommended, thank you!!

I love this place so much. All of the trainers, every single one of them, and all of the crew are friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The classes are difficult, but you can go at your own pace, so everyone is able to handle the workout. The club is clean and doesn't stink like some gyms. And, the bottom line is that it's fun to hit stuff, so putting on a pair of boxing gloves and punching a heavy bag is a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

Love this workout. Great upper body strengthening, lower body movement, ab toning, core involvement. I spend most of my time running or cycling which ignores upper body so this balances me physically. Great stress reliever. Something cathartic about punching a bag.

Title Boxing Club, Mountain View is a fabulous experience! Boxing is a fabulous workout. It's a High Intensity Interval Training, full body and fairly low impact (I have two bad knees) workout. And no, no one is hitting you. You're just punching a heavy bag. The training staff is great and all of the members are friendly...a great community. I highly encourage you to check it out. Your first workout is free!

I have been coming to Title Boxing for over 3 years. Having never done strenuous workouts prior to this, I found boxing to be highly therapeutic and energizing. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. The training staff is great. I’ve enjoyed boxing so much that I also started regular personal training with one of the trainers. Give boxing at Title Boxing a try!

@tbcmountainview is home away from home. The owners, staff and trainers treat everyone like you're family. If you're looking for a fitness program that works your full body, mind and soul, this place is for you. No experience required. If you're looking to improve your boxing technique, footwork and everything in between, the experts are there to help, each with their own unique style. The atmosphere is electric and the trainers are extremely helpful and motivating. It's an empowering workout and totally addictive. Don't miss out.

Go if u wanna be yelled at After the punching rounds, I was on the lookout for a mat. I noticed a tall man taking a mat from a room, so I followed suit. However, a rude employee forcefully snatched the mat from my hand, slammed the door shut, and loudly yelled at me, saying, "What are you doing here? This area is for employees only!" I apologized, explaining that I thought it was acceptable since I had seen another customer do the same thing. Nevertheless, she continued yelling, questioning my intentions, and treating me as if I were a thief. At that moment, the instructor stepped in and assured me that it wasn't a big deal. The employee ceased her yelling and handed the mat back to me. I've never been treated in such a rude manner. As an individual, I choose not to connect this occurrence to my race, age, gender, or any personal characteristics. Instead, I would like to believe that the employee may have been enduring a difficult day. However, it is crucial for the management to ensure that their employees are trained to respect all customers and treat them equally. I won’t come again even though the instructor and other customers are super nice. ——————updates Hi Adrienne, I appreciate your quick response. Following the advice of my lawyer, I saw a therapist this morning. Thanks to the instructor’s support and reassurance during the incident, as well as your attentiveness to the matter, I decided not to escalate things any further, so let's consider this matter concluded. Best.

They didn’t let the first time customer in the class because of not showing up 30 minutes before the class. I scheduled a Sunday morning class through ClassPass. The class was at 10:30 am and I arrived at 10:25 am. The front desk lady refused to let me in because I didn’t arrive 25-30 minutes earlier to attend their orientation. She said she would put me as “no show”. I said if she did that I might get fined by ClassPass, she said that would be the matter between me and ClassPass, she can’t help with that. I also showed my interest of rescheduling the first class and the membership of the gym, she didn’t let me reschedule it and said I already used my first free class pass even though I scheduled the ClassPass and didn’t enter the class. Later I reviewed the policy, it said if you failed to attend the orientation you can reschedule the class, the front desk lady then changed her words saying I can still schedule my first class through ClassPass and she’ll explain to ClassPass that I was just late for the orientation but I was physically there. Interestingly, she did not even ask my name during the whole process, so I wonder how can she clarify my situation in their system. Not validating customer information made me think that she is not professional. I understand that policy is policy. But her cold, stubborn manner reminds me of DMV… which made me very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel being respected. This review is just to remind future first time customers to make sure read their policy and email line by line before going to the class, otherwise you might have the same experience as me.

The workouts are fun, engaging, and definitely make you drip sweat! The trainers know their stuff, and keep an eye out to ensure people are using proper technique, or even suggest modifications to the workout if need be. The staff, trainers, and other members are a great and friendly bunch that make you excited to go workout!I've been a member for about 2.5 years going to class about 2-3 times per week, and I enjoy it each time! What you put in, is what you get out of it. I've tried the regular gym before, and found it wasn't for me, but once I tried a boxing class, I knew that this was a perfect fit.

I love coming here. I go 4 days a week and it's been a real life changer. Take Eber's class to learn technique, take Kat's class for speed and cardio and take Kristen's class for a great overall workout. And i can't forget Tom! I wish i could take more of his classes but he's also incredible! This is a real challenge compared to going to other traditional gyms and a lot more fun.
