This place is just amazing, I was looking for a gluten free bakery nearby and this place came up first in my search that serves everything gluten free. I placed an order online for brownies and chocolate chip cookies to pick up in store. After going in store, I also grabbed cupcakes. All the bakery items tasted extremely rich in quality and flavors. I brought the bakery items home for my wife as it was our 2 months wedding anniversary and she absolutely loved em all, we are going to make an in person visit soon again to try more items, please don’t miss out on visiting this place.

Cute dessert shop! Everything here is gluten free I think, although I don't care about my pastry being gluten free or not, it tastes good either way. I love the cup they provide, it is so cute! There's no seating inside the store, so I sat outside and the shades make it less hot.

Grateful for delicious, freshly baked treats in the heart of downtown Los Altos. Their carrot cake muffin and cinnamon roll were divine. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their baked goods.

The baked goods are pretty good. A lot of nut free, gluten free, and vegan options. The flavor is good and not too sweet. But for the regular folks, probably something a little less "free" would be more enjoyable? Anyway, this place is not bad, but if I am going for sweets, I want it a little naughty!

Gem for those who are vegan, gluten free and for those who have other dietary requirements. It’s a bit on higher side and I feel they are high in calories as well but it’s a good place to indulge once in a while.

Satisfied my sweet tooth with gluten free and dairy free treats - on Sundays only they have Cinnamon Rolls - yum! Would definitely come back and great that place to sit outside to munch on treat and sip a cappuccino. I also recommend the Vegan Brownie - not too sweet and it was satisfying.

This is the best gluten free bakery I've gone to and we've been picking up treats since shortly after they opened in 2020! We've ordered baby shower cupcakes, birthday cakes, walked in and they changed the icing color for a baby gender reveal video, and we've pretty much tried every baked good they make. We absolutely love the atmosphere, customer service and of course, the delicious gluten free treats! I truly can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely amazing cupcakes! I could not believe they were gluten free. I ordered a dozen baker’s assortment cupcakes on the same day a couple of hours before I needed them and the gorgeous cupcakes were ready to do. I went here on a friend’s recommendation and I am so glad I did! Excellent and moist cupcakes from a cute little cupcake in downtown Los Altos.

Delicious gluten free cakes, cupcakes, and brownies. I would give them 6 stars on 5 if I could! Highly recommend the cake flavor Paris - it is perfect for chocolate lovers. I used to love their savory scones also, but sadly they have been discontinued (please bring them back!)

It's rare to find a gluten-free bakery that is also very high end. The range of cakes, brownies, buns, meringues and other edibles in this store are beautifully presented with wonderful flavorings and look like they're freshly baked on the premise. You really should come here and respect if you're gluten-free or not. It's just some great high quality cuisine with some very friendly staff.

WITAF!! The food was amazing! I have celiacs and I am always looking for things that are gluten-free. The people were exceedingly kind and helped me pick out several things. Actually I think I got one of everything and it was all amazing!!! There was like a savory cheddar kind of muffin thing. Jesus Christ. They were cakes and cookies! I lost my mind. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Everyone have a Happy New Year 🎊🎊🎊

Exquisite Gluten free pastries... there are dairy free options. The prices are high but it is 100% recommended.

I think this is literally the best cupcake bakery in South Bay Area. I was skeptical but they 100% changed my perception about Gluten-free pastries. Yes, they have more than just cupcake, their bakery chef is super innovative, and they always have some “surprise” new assortment on selective days, cream puff, all sorts of pies, cookies, cornbread, you name it and it might be your lucky day. But about cupcakes: I kept coming back every week for their cupcakes, I shouldn’t but sorry gym…..their cupcakes are worth it. The sponge is airy and bouncy, not the typical damp texture, huge ⭐️! And their frosting is light as a cloud, creamy with a hint of fruity sweetness, this is what a perfect cupcake should be! (Ok I really don’t like sugar icing kind of cupcake) They have a very cozy & beautiful outdoor seating area, if you want to grab a quick bite, their drinks are also good! Try their London Frog Lavender latte, you won’t regret it😊 Park at one of the downtown parking lot, easy walk to bakery.

I love that there are vegan options here! I tried a red velvet cupcake and a chocolate with vanilla buttercream cupcake. The cake texture was pretty nice, a little more dense than I prefer but still pretty good. The frosting texture was nice and soft although there was still a sugary texture and more sweet than I prefer. This is very personal and subjective, so the desserts are great if you like a sweeter dessert and also have special dietary needs. It is not my preference but that says nothing about the quality of this bakery!

As much as I wanted to love this place (as I am always of gluten free and vegan baked items and was really looking forward to visiting this place and make it a regular) I am sad to say that I was a little disappointed during my first visit here. Good things first - Welcoming people, lovely GF Vegan Cupcake (both the cake and the topping were really good) and decent bakers mocha and hot chocolate Things I wish will be improved - Blueberry muffin - need more flavor in this. It was a little bland and the texture was quite crumbly as well. Cinnamon bun - it was like a cake the day we visited instead of how it is supposed to be (the website picture also suggests something different than what we got) but the problem was that it was also a little hard , lacked flavors and warmth that we generally associate with a cinnamon bun. Coffee Cake - hard and lacked a bit of flavor too. Overall - I will definitely visit the place again for GF Vegan Cupcakes but I would love for other items to become as good as well!

Placed an order for a couple of dozen cupcakes for my Dad's 90th. Thought it would be a nightmare (we have the celiac people, the non dairy people, the diehard vegan people, and of course the "I'm not gonna eat weird gluten free dessert" people). Instead, we had an amazing experience. FIRST: Yum. There was not a crumb left. Even those family members who only eat gluten free under duress pronounced the cupcakes AMAZING. ("Wait. Were those really gluten free? No way. Those were too good to be gluten free.") SECOND: I placed the order on their website and everything was So Clear. Each cupcake type was clearly described and ingredients meticulously listed. The ordering was easy. The payment on the web was easy. Even the post-order emails were detailed, including info on pickup. My husband did the pick up and commented how friendly, happy and organized everyone seemed to be. (C'mon folks. As a customer you know you rarely get friendly and happy AND organized all wrapped in one.) Count us as Lifers.

Love that everything is gluten free and many items are dairy free as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Storefront was appealing in a good location. Alas, the gluten free baked goods left something to be desired. I have had amazing gluten free and dairy free brownies, cookies and pies before from other places but not here. The cookie was meh and the brownie looked and tasted more like cake.

I am so glad I was able to stop here during my short trip to the Bay Area. I most eat refined sugar free and they had paleo brownies and they were amazing. I’m so glad I got two! Shoutout to the employees they were so kind, knowledgeable and friendly! I’m happy I made time to stop here and even more glad I got two brownies instead of just one!! Thank you for making treats for everyone🥰

Super charming location with so many delicious goodies!! Quite of few vegan options, including drinks, to choose from; I highly recommend the cupcakes! I don't have a photo because we ate everything up so fast! If I'm ever down in Los Altos, I will definitely be stopping in again.

Placed an order for delivery for my daughter to celebrate a big achievement. The order process was good as was the delivery. Unfortunately the cupcakes are very dry so they will likely be thrown out. In addition, we ordered a variety of different flavors and the four cupcakes with lemon made the other eight taste lemony. ETA wow the customer service is fantastic. After my initial review, Melody reached out to me to discuss my order. She more than “made good” on my concerns. My daughter is so excited about giving it another try and exploring the gluten free options at Sweet Diplomacy.

Pastries that don't harm your gut! Very cute aesthetic, attention to detail. My go to for breakfast is the iced espresso shot (perfect on hot days) and a blueberry flaxseed muffin (yum!). The neaopolitan cupcake is also delicious. Everything is fresh baked in house and gluten free they also have vegan options which is very nice! Good prices too!

This place has the best gluten free desserts, I travel from San Jose to Los Altos for these desserts. Their Blueberry scone and chocolate chip cookies are amazing. Jonathan is really helpful and he can help you find the best pastry. They have a lot of vegan options too. Their strawberry drink is something I get every alternate visit, it is really refreshing to have in summer.

I love this place so much! They do a weekly flavor of the week cupcake that I always look forward to and is always so creative and tasty. Their seasonal cream puffs (amazing flavors like ube, pistachio, strawberry etc.) are also a favorite. The staff are super friendly and the vibe is lovely with nice outdoor seating.
