Dr. Nelson was very caring, thorough and concerned about my foot pain. He was also my mom’s podiatrist but she passed away this year. Dr. Nelson’s genuine sympathy for my loss was heartfelt and appreciated dearly. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom through the years. I can joyfully say that her feet are perfectly healed now!!! 😇

The staff was very friendly! The Dr answered all of my questions regarding the pain in my feet. I received injections and inserts…I’m pretty confident going forward my feet will feel great!!!

My initial visit went very smoothly; all new patient forms completed online & ahead of the scheduled appointment, copay processed effortlessly, and the exam thorough. In house digital x-ray made quick & insightful recommendations for a plan to move forward with options for in-house or other physical therapy options. It's nice to have options explained in layman's terms.

could not have been better!! my appointment with dr pehde went far beyond my expectations.. as he listened carefully, did not order unnecessary tets/x rays , diagnosed my problem and gave me the appropriate advice and treatment ..overall very pleasant experience..by a very competent very caring provider. .

Once again I had such a GREAT visit with Dr. Nelson! He explained in such wonderful detail my options for improving my feet health. He even wrote things down for me so I wouldn’t forget later. He explained to me in detail about trying a different type of shoe for the health of my feet. I left there feeling so happy and satisfied with my experience. I’m so glad that I chose this place to come to! Dr. Nelson is truly a doctor that helps you to feel so relaxed!

The staff was more than accommodating and very pleasant. The doctor seems very knowledgeable and wasn't hard on the eyes either. He listened to my suggestions and advised me of different option and let me decide how we would continue. I was very impressed.

Friendly staff and Dr Sikes is the best! He was thorough with the evaluation and explains all my questions and concerns! We moved to the area a year ago and I am glad to have selected this office for my ongoing foot care! I would definitely recommend this office.

The doctor was so good! What a great guy. When I left the office I felt like like my old self. Pain was gone and was able to walk normally again. Ladies at the desk were so sweet and were so helpful. Dr Greenhagen finally answered a question that I have asked doctors that have seen my mother and had her go to a skilled Nursing home for physical therapy and after 20 days included in home physical therapy that hasn’t cured or helped her with the question of why when my mother walks or stands still does her toes go up? Dr Greenhagen answered my question with a solution to help with her toes going up. I have her down for appointment to get the inserts he told me about. All that time at the skilled Nursing where she stayed for 20 days. Not saying strengthen her legs wasn’t good, but goal for the physical therapists was where she didn’t need her walker. Thanks to Dr Greenhagen I think she will one day be-able to meet that goal. He is everything a doctor should be. Knowledgeable, kind, upbeat, left me with answers and the source to get those inserts. He didn’t leave anything out. Went as far as what the cost and had knowledge of insurance covers, not too many doctors have that to tell a patient. Over all wonderful experience. Now I see hope in my mothers ability to walk without a walker that and the fear of her not falling. God Bless Dr Greenhagen!

I have had multiple issues with my feet that have resulted in 2 surgeries. Prior to working with Dr Nelson I saw several other podiatrist and he is truly the best. He is great at what he does and even better he cares about his patients. He met me at his office on a weekend to give me a shot so I could keep up with my family at Disney World. Always quick to respond with concerns and questions. Highly recommended!!

My mother normally sees Dr. Nelson but made an appoint to see Dr. Greenhagen on a Tuesday. The receptionist was rather curt and said that the appt was cancelled on the portal. My mother is not tech savy and did not get online to cancel the appt. My mother did say that she received a call the day before to remind her of the appt. I dont know if the call required her to confirm or not. She is elderly and that may have happened. My issue is the receptionist was not very sympathetic or helpful. She said we could wait but Dr. Greenhagen was backed up. We waited over an hour past our arrival and when I asked when we could expect to see the doctor she said he was with a patient and she couldnt interrupt. She again said the appt was cancelled on the portal. I feel that she could have inquired with staff sooner and communicated to us the appt status. I don't normally complain about things like this but this person was not communicative. A little courtesy goes a long way and we didn't receive any. Addendum Feb. 8 While i greatly appreciate the response from the owner and do understand that if our appointment was cancelled we could not expect to be accommodated timely I am still at a loss as to how our appointment got cancelled in the first place. My mother claims she does not know how to log in to the portal. According to the owner, "We have situations similar to this that occur due to many of our older less tech savvy patients." If this is a recurring theme it would seem that a change in procedure in regards to confirmations for elderly clients might be helpful. Such as a phone call.

Dr. Amaro is awesome. Ortho issues were recognized and diagnosed in January. Huge progress by July. Amazing job and awesome staff in multiple locations! Thanks!! Excellent service and diagnosis from all.

I absolutely loved Dr Jordan Sikes and his staff! They made me comfortable, though out my procedure (which was a toenail removal) . They gave me my options on what the outcome could be and explained which one would make the most sense and had the best outcome. But they left it up to me. And yes....I got charged, out of pocket, $150 for being a new patient. THEY TOLD ME THIS on the phone when I called to make my new patient appointment! I got the money back in a couple months (with insurance). Not a big deal! Excellent care, gentle procedure, along with a little humor. It was a fantastic experience! While I hope I don't have to have anything else removed, If I do, I will go here again and again!

It pains me to do this, but I must leave a review that is at least partially negative. The office staff called us at 12:15 p.m. to cancel a 1:00 p.m. appointment, minutes before we were to be leaving the house. This I do not hold against them as emergencies can and do happen unexpectedly. What annoys me, however, is the manner by which the appointment was cancelled. Without a hint of contrition, the receptionist laughs as she informs us about the doctor's emergency, the cancellation, and of the next available appointment one week later. When a healthcare provider cancels an appointment and offers to reinsert the patient at the back of the line, a more tactful phone call would be appropriate, hilarious though the doctor's emergency may have been.

I've broken both of feet multiple times, and this is where, and will always be, the place I go. The staff are great, the place is comfortable and my doctor is amazing. He really does care about his patients and their well-being.
