Most Hopeless place and staff. In last one year, I have received around 6-7 times faulty cylinder and after that rigorous followup with pathetic workforce. Every time you have to pay extra to mechanic visiting at your place. Their emergency number does not work and no one will be there to attend your call. Good Luck HP.

Extremely disappointed with the service! Never picks up the call. We were disconnecting the connection as we were relocating from Mumbai. From powai plaza entrance to the gas depot office, they did not offer any help to bring two gas cylinders inside inspite of asking. Pure unprifessionalism. Saw two different faces when we came to take and disconnect the gas connection! Simply taking advantage of their demand. Please improve and make things easy for common man!

If HP gas is losing reputation than Maharashtra Gas depot is one of contributors in this. Staff are lethargic in doing their work. They have never heard anything about What Is the meaning of Service to Customer. Their attitude shows that they treat Mah gas depot as a part time job and not concerned about attending their customer complaint.

Very bad services. they are not able to deliver even after 5 days of booking. When I inquired about my status they said they will deliver it by tomorrow but today trolley man came and asked for 600 rupees however I have shown him that i have already paid 714.5 rupee through online which he denied and did not deliver my cylinder. I feel I should now launch a Police complain against agency and trolley man.

Visited here twice for changing gas regulator n pipe. Office timings, I found wierd, it is morning 9:30 to 2 then evening 5 to around 7. If you visit between 2 to 5 no one will be there. But the good thing is that you will get the good collection of gas stoves with reasonable price n good quality.

Absolutely horrible service from the office staff, especially from the female staff. The delivery boys are really very good and have much more information than the office staff. They simple harrass customers, do not share proper information and act very rudely. This is not how service industry staff must behave. Training and qualification check should be encouraged.

Poor staff specially ladies staff doesn't know how to handle customer query and before giving solution suddenly hangup the call. I got delivered message from hp but i didn't receive my gas batla that means they selling my gas in "BLACK".

Very arrogant people and delevery boy's. They think full HP Gas industry is own by Maharashtra Gas agency. Without money they don't work.

Note: This is to bring to your kind attention an issue with the cylinders delivered from HP gas service. Our old cylinder was empty. We attached the delivered cylinder and to our surprise there was no gas in it. I spoke to Mr. Nitin Shah, Owner of HP Gas services. I explained him the background about the gas not being there in the ordered cylinder and he said would send the delivery person. The delivery boy came to our doorstep and started arguing. We don't deliver empty cylinder. After a long conversation with Nitin Shah, I had to place an order for a new cylinder and had to pay Rs.1103 extra. I had already paid for the gas cylinder delivered which was empty. Our neighbours Mr. Bhate had faced a similar issue wherein their gas got consumed in just 5 days for a ordered cylinder. He had to pay the extra amount to book a new cylinder. The point here is there might be multiple instances of empty gas cylinders being delivered to your doorstep or the gas would have got consumed in a week. The end result is we are paying extra money to HP Gas services wherein the customer is not fault at all. 2nd Incident : I had changed the gas cylinder for our neighbour Mr. Manjunath 15 days back. His mother is old. Aunty requested me to change the gas cylinder dated.3rd August 2023. I told her that we change the cylinder 15 days back. I asked her son Manjunath to reach out to Nitin Shah. I wanted to share this incident with all of you so that you are aware of the malpractices carried out by HP Gas services.
