This place is worst. Staff is not supportive and it doesn't respond to their customers as there is ample amount of staff, but they are worthless. It took 30 minutes to buy a single product. Worst shop ever and pathetic staff.

Since the time wellness has centralised the home delivery system it’s become terrible. They take 1 day or 2 days to deliver the medicines. No one knows anything on chat support or helpline. They only offer apologies for causing inconvenience & no solution is offered. HORRIBLE SERVICE & TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Worst experience, they did not provide me medicine just because the Doctor was from other city. This is such an absurd behaviour. Will inform all my friends and family not to buy medicines from Wellness Forever and instead go to other pharmacies like Apollo, Med Plus or opt for local pharmacies.

Very slow service and sent wrong medicines. Pathetic service. And the centralized system is making it worse. They don't know about medicines and won't share store number. Should be held accountable for causing discomfort to people seeking medicine in emergency. Make me cry in pain while telling me 5 10 mins mein call back karenge for hours.

Visited this place last noon after seeing a board outside the shop announcing 50% off on all summer coolers. I selected the soft drink and requested the staff to charge discounted price. I was told discounted price would be applicable only if its updated in their billing software. After he scanned the bar code, I was informed that the discounted price was yet to be updated. Then why did they put up the board announcing flat 50% off on coolers ?? This is unfair. Dont know whether the counter staff was telling the truth since customers cannot see the PC screen containing billing info. Despite this confusion/inconvenience, this staff wanted me to rate my shopping experience and insisted for a better rating. This store is definitely not bad. They are neither understaffed nor is availability of medicines an issue. Pls find out the reasons why a customer needs to wait for a long time in the store to finish his/her shopping. The waiting time at Apollo & Noble is certainly much shorter than this store.

After waiting for Apollo pharmacy since 05/05/2023 to deliver my prescription,today is 16/05/2023 and I believe the driver is lost. Wellness Forever filled and delivered in less than 2 hours. Great job.

Although being situated in a prime location in Hiranandani Gardens, this pharmacy often fails to provide prescribed medication promptly. Despite having a large number of staff, the minimum waiting time is often 10-15 mins. The impoliteness of the staff towards the customers is the primary cause of this delay.

Rubbish Ivr Rubbish system of ordering And delivery is by Zomato Unprofessional company. Instead, just have the direct number on Google and get the medicines delivered.

Extremely slow service. It will take you at least 10-15 minutes to get the most basic of medicines. The procedure from asking for medicines to billing takes ages. The working staff is extremely rude and callous.

Yesterday I went this shop to buy meds after seeing the prescription one staff simply told me particular med is not available though its a very basic iron capsule I requested him to check properly he came with the same reply … then I wait for sometime and went ti another staff he checked and told its available…. This is a habit of few staff in this shop who are very rude and arrogant …this guy was over smart & lazy .. it is a med shop people come here for emergency not for chit chat stunned with this careless casual behaviour…it’s a regular only uneducated people shouldn’t be put in counter sales can’t read basic prescription .Please take action this is my repetitive experience

We just moved to powai and ordered for medicines ( for my bp ) in 1st evening and staff mentioned they will inform of availability by 2nd morning When we tried to call them from 7.30 pm the phone was cut multiple times and when we asked to him to not to cut and answer for availability the person kept the phone open and we can hear him talking to others but when we called he didn't reply. We called customer service who listened to our struggles for 10 minutes and has raised a customer complaint.Lets see how wellness forever handles customers and their genuine complaints

Pathetic Service . I asked for a Powder and they gave me a gents powder . Have some sense . On top of it he is not even bothered to attend the customer and put effort to search and take out a simple talcum powder . Really very Pathetic service.

Talking Rudely that's Sonu yadav...... Has misbehaved with me. I have to purchase 1 ice cream only He told me that I can't give because Powai Police not given permission to sell .This is unfair with customer, Next time I will not choose this to purchase anything.
