Best Indian head and shoulder massage.

My treatments were fantastic and I enjoyed the relaxation waiting area. This worked out because my therapist was about 20 minutes late. I was offered no discount for this delay.

The massage itself was great. Big thanks to the therapist. However, the support staff and overall service has become extremely poor. It is sad to see one of our favourite spas become bad. The staff and amenities are not upto the Taj standards. The tea after massage is served in paper cups and that too needs to be asked and is not offered. I'm really very upset and I hope the management improves the service quality at this location.

Not a review of the spa, since I haven't used it. I however did attempt to go to the salon for a haircut. I tried making an appointment from my room earlier but was told that the spa and salon were different entities and that I would need to make arrange it in person with the salon. On going down, imagine my surprise when I find that I have to register at the same desk as the spa. The lady behind the counter had a gigantic bee in her bonnet (in fairness she did seem the type to take to wearing bonnets), and looked flabbergasted when I said I wanted a haircut. I waited for a while and then decided to remove myself and cancel as it was a very uncomfortable vibe.

Taj Mahal Palace. They were a lot more professional. price is in your budget & good music, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, , Highly Recommended.
