The place is very near to Palghar Station.. You have to go to dam by road, rickshaws don’t go there.. The dam is surrounded all around by lush green mountains.. Really beautiful especially during monsoon.. There is almost no crowd here.. The overflow stream is beautiful and safe to enjoy with family and friends.. Quite & clean dam, with eye pleasing nature.. Photography is big yes for this location.. There are too much fish nets in this dam.. Swimming is not allowed, but you’ll definitely enjoy the nature.. The villagers are cooperative.. If you want to visit, then visit in rainy season or after, it’s much better.. Absolutely funtastic..

Amazing place for picnic. The road to this place is also very built. You can take food from your home and enjoy an amazing picnic here. Its not even much crowded. There is a cowshed nearby where cows from slaughter house are brought and taken good care of. If you are a group of 50+ people then you can contact them and they will keep lunch and snacks for you. Must visit place during monsoon.

It's good to see a natural place, calm cold and free from crowd.Its good place for small picnic spot for family with kids, but some thing remember, no drinks and foods available here because it's remote location from Palghar. Very hard to reach in monsoon season but nature lover reached.

I seriously did not expect to find such a great place near Palghar. I always used to underestimate our place.. but loved it.. roads are narrow to reach here so drive cautiously to reach here.. place is really neat and clean. So pls do not litter around if u ever visit. over all of u are searching for some calm and quite place u must definately visit it. Try visiting it during winters and monsoon as u will witness greenery...
