The day before yesterday i visited the store. The staff is friendly and nice, very professional and extremely helpful and all safety precautions is done at store The stock is lovely, neat and kept in tidy way . I highly recommend this place. Great customer service is the backbone to any service group and indeed it's all ticks to this fantastic store at Borivali factory lane . They did the test so well and explained everything so nicely... Extremely happy and satisfied.Rishikesh is very patient and good at his job and so was the other staff I met at the counter. Really guys. It's an honest review and I really appreciate your dedication and service.

1) Very inattentive staff: Always busy chit chatting amongst themselves or on their phones 2) Eye testing equipment is outdated. Had to go to an eye hospital to get my eye prescription 3) Unresponsive: After placing my order, I had to personally follow up. No one from the store called me. After receiving the spectacles, receipt was not provided. I was promised that they will send me the receipt over message in a couple of days. After two days, , I called up their store number but not once was my call received for the next 3-4 days. Have been using Titan Eye Plus since 2013 and I must say that the experience have changed from being joyful to being horrendous.

The shop had only one attendant. During our visit today at around 7.15 pm, there were 2 customers at the shop. The attendant didn’t bother to attend us at all. We were around checking out frames while he was with another customer. After a while he hinted the other customer that he is all alone and he won’t be attending any more customers. When I asked him upfront if he would be attending me, he said no. Is this the service that Titan offers to its clients? The attendant had no courtesy to inform us that he doesn’t have time and we should not be wasting our time waiting for him to attend us. It was very disrespectful and rude of him to treat the customer in this manner.

Just 1 person managing store. Huge waiting time. At the time of purchase I was given 20% discount as I was a loyal customer. But at the time of delivery they tell me that I will not get any discount. Before giving me discount, they verified OK the discount voucher code so I made full payment. Now I m helpless bcoz full payment is done and they now refuse discount. They have lost a confirmed loyal customer now

Recently bought a couple of eyeglasses from this store and had a wonderful experience. The store has a good collection of all brands. The support from the staff was also good in guiding through the browsing process. I also got my eye number checked and it was done professionally. The delivery was also given within a reasonable time and packaging is also of good quality. Overall a good experience with the store and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality eyeglasses.
