Absolutely amazing experience. I live in Singapore now and broke my spectacle frame this morning. Quite distressing. Went to titan at r city mall. The lady (her name is Krishnaveer I think if I got it right) not only repaired it in an hour, she and her colleague Gaurav refused to take any money. Even when I put money on the table their reaction was - no sir we can’t take this. This is a service we provide. This was my first time in that shop. Never bought anything and don’t live in this country. And yet this level of customer delight. A lesson to every service provider, and not least, a tribute to the values and culture of this company. Thank you again Krishna and Gaurav ! (And sorry if I mangled your names)
