The place is nicely designed and decorated outside and very congested inside. I expected a bigger AC dining area but it's very small and tables are very close to each other. However outside seating is nice. Alcohol collection is good, food menu is limited. We got happy hour offer, but better ask them before ordering. Very close to CST station

Rated on a scale of 1-10 Service - 6 - decent service but sufficient scope for improvement. Need more attentive people Ambience - 7 - cute inside and it's tough to sit outside on a warm day. For the outside the least that could be done is have mist fans Good - 6 - decent food. The pizza that we ordered was a 4. Honey chilli potatoes a 8. The broccoli was a 8 Hygiene - 6 - looked clean. Though the table we occupied had a spoon fallen down and not picked up. Just shows that no one had cleaned up the floor in a while Overall a 6 on my assessment. Maybe worth just one visit

The place is divided into two sections, the outdoor is aesthetic and perfect for dates when the weather is nice. The inside area transports you straight to the old world charms of a bar and has screenings of cricket. The food is well priced and tasty, don't know how I missed it all these years. Will be back for more

The location of this place easily Accessible. Inside restaurant and bar ambience is good. For me as South Indian , food is not liked at all. But pizza is ok and mojito is nice

The staff is friendly unless there is a cricket match. They are so distracted during match playing on the screen they fail to communicate without interrupting. At other times it is an amazing experience. Food is above average but not drooling next level. Drinks are even keel too. Crowd is the salon stuff. It's kid friendly.

I have been here couple of times. I like this place. Considering the location and pricing its great. Food is good and drinks are even better. Food 4/5; Taste 5/5, portions 4/5, service 5/5, ambience 4/5 (due to no separate smoking area, rest great) The entrance has nice decor. Its quite instagrammable.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Goose and Gridiron, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded my expectations. Nestled in the heart of the city, this restaurant offers a unique blend of delectable dishes, warm ambiance, and attentive service Upon entering Goose and Gridiron, I was captivated by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The rustic yet contemporary decor, with exposed brick walls and dimmed lighting, creates a relaxed and intimate setting. The restaurant strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions. The service at Goose and Gridiron was exceptional from start to finish. The staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their craft. They were attentive without being intrusive, and their recommendations were spot on. The waitstaff made sure we had a wonderful dining experience, enhancing the overall enjoyment of our meal

I recently visited this bar and kitchen restaurant and was blown away by the quality of both the food and the drinks. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with dim lighting and a comfortable seating area. Starting with the drinks, the bartender was extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. I tried a few of their signature cocktails, each of which was expertly crafted and full of flavor. They also had a great selection of beer and wine, which paired perfectly with our meal. Speaking of the food, everything we ordered was delicious. We started with the charcuterie board, which had a great variety of meats and cheeses, as well as some delicious accompaniments like pickled vegetables and homemade crackers. For our main course, we tried a few different dishes, including the steak and the pasta, both of which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Overall, I highly recommend this bar and kitchen restaurant to anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere, delicious drinks, and top-notch food.

We had gone to celebrate Father's Day at this restaurant and opted for their Sunday brunch. The spread was extensive with so many options and each and every dish was delicious and mouth watering. Thoroughly enjoyed the brunch and had a great time.

The food is fresh and good, fell in love with the Paneer dish ( pic shared ). The staff who takes order was unprofessional and arrogant. ( mostly coz of low pay scale by management I beleive ). The washrooms are poorly managed. ( saw a roach crawling inside it )

I chose this place to have a casual business lunch with customer, considering the ratings and reviews it had on Google. But I was slightly disappointed. The place was okay (for the price we paid) bit the food quality was slightly (tiny bit) above average. Won't say bad though. Not sure if I would make another trip here just for food. You never know.

Very good food, comfortable atmosphere, and best lunch deal in the city!! Located only a 5 min walk from the Victoria railway station (the southern most station), this restaurant offers (as of Jan 2023), likely the best lunch deal in the city!! For 350rps, you get a choice of appetizer, a choice of entree, a choice of dessert, and a beverage - check out the set lunch menu I posted. Everything is well above average quality. Everything we ate tasted very good - definitely not cheap tasting, not quite gourmet, just very good. They also have a large menu with lots of options, both Indian and Western. Their seating area is a covered outside converted former patio that's well lit, well decorated, and very comfortable. In fact, we were amazed that only 500mts from the train station, one could eat in relative peace while technically being outside (since it's covered and well decorated, it doesn't really feel like you're outside). Comfy chairs too. We even saw some people on their laptops doing work, so if you're waiting for a train and have time to kill, it's a great place to come eat and relax for awhile. Definitely one of the best food options in this area of the city.

One of the Best restaurants located just opposite Sterling Theatre famous for it's ambience, food and service. Supervisors and in charge Xavier and Brendon were extremely exceptional with their team providing the best service to us and other guests. Please do visit them on Sunday's where in they have their brunch which is worth every penny.

Ordered two starters as a main, got the pork ribs and a portion of fries (both were lovely) The pork fell of the bone and both were served nice and hot. Asked for the apple crumble to be warmed with some ice cream, so good. Also the prices were incredibly reasonable. Staff were very attentive, the music was a bit much outside so we moved to the indoor area, where they had a big screen playing a lot of western music from the 90s, felt like an English pub. Toilets were sparkling clean. Hoping to come back tomorrow (for the special Christmas meal) Adam 34 UK

Located just infront of Sterling Theatre in the prime location near CSMT, The Goose & Gridiron is a pretty good resturant. I visited this restaurant recently for lunch and weather being steaming hot, it was quiet pleasant dining in the Non-AC. The Ambience is beautiful the good aesthetic work on the walls & amazing hangings throughout the restaurant. The food I ordered was Cheesy Fries & Crispy Potato Skin. Both the dishes were crunchy & the crispy potato skin was a different experience with the masalas on top of skin served with Mayonnaise. I also had Cold coffee & Blue current in mocktails. Cold coffee was on spot. Overall the experience was pretty good.

I wish to thank everyone involved in the preparation and presentation of our meal…It was exceptional in every way and added so much to our enjoyment of what was a double celebration. Please pass on my special thanks to all concerned. We will certainly be coming again and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends

Nestled in a charming setting, this restaurant captivates with its delightful ambience and tasteful color scheme, creating a visually appealing experience. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Attaining the attention of the staff feels like an arduous task; you might find yourself nearly pleading on a bended knee for someone to take your order. This significant shortfall overshadows the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the place

I have visited this restaurant recently and tried their cheesecake and pizza, and I must say, it was a great great great experience. The cheesecake was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. The presentation was beautiful and the portion size was just right. As for the pizza, it was simply amazing. They had a variety of toppings to choose from, but we ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. The crust was thin and crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was melted to perfection. We enjoyed every bite of it and couldn't stop raving about its goodness.

I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. The food was of high quality, the atmosphere was comfortable, and it offered the best lunch deal in the city! Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Victoria railway station, specifically the southernmost station, this restaurant stands out with its amazing lunch deal (as of May 2023). For only 350 rupees, you can enjoy a wide range of choices: an appetizer, an entree, a dessert, and a beverage. You can find the set lunch menu I posted for more details. The quality of the food surpassed our expectations; it was delicious and definitely not lacking in flavor. While it may not reach the level of gourmet dining, it certainly qualifies as very good.

We recently visited here with our office colleagues and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations on what to order. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very pleasant, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The menu was diverse, and there were plenty of options to choose from, which was great. Good for small parties as well as they have a separate section for that. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such a great dining experience.

The place is more hyped on Zomato than it is. The staff was unfriendly, on call and in person. The ambience could be better. Food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. A cool place to just chill or hangout with friends, but not for a special dinner. I ordered the nachos, tomato soup, manchow soup, watermelon feta salad, Cantonese paneer. It was mediocre. Mushroom risotto and spinach ravioli were good, but could do with a bit of salt. The pan fried noodles tasted pretty good. Dessert was okayish.

Located in Fort, the ambience is attractive. They have both indoor AC as well as non-AC seating. Food quantity is sufficient and satisfying. Cheddar chicken starter is a must try!

  • 5/5 Anjali T. 2 years ago on Google
Right opposite Sterling Cinema at Fort is this lovely restaurant which has an entrance that will no doubt catch your eye. The pretty lights give you a feeling of being in a fairy garden. If you love prawns & don't mind a lil ZING in your dish, I absolutely recommend their Wasabi Prawns. Wasabi is a horseradish that is generally used in the form of paste as a dip for sushi & other Japanese dishes & has a high pungency level. Needless to say, this appetizer is a tough cookie to dig into but the overall flavour makes it totally worth your time! An unusual appetizer but yummy all the same, the Coriander Chicken is simply spectacular. The coriander leaves are made into a paste with addition of green chillies, garlic, ginger, salt & other spices. This paste is then used as a marinade while cooking this dish. Literally meaning “rolled” in French, the word roulade traditionally signifies a preparation reserved for boneless, skinless chicken breasts, stuffed to the gills with cheeses, vegetables & other meats. Loved & recommend the Chicken Roulade which is a signature dish of theirs. The chicken breast is stuffed with spinach & cheddar, & then served with a red wine reduction sauce, grilled veggies & bun. Whiskey Chocolate Pate ~ With a dash of whiskey, this dark chocolate ganache is both dense & sinful... Every bite is guaranteed to give you foodgasm. Plus, the almond biscotti on top is the perfect complement to the overall palate.

Had the business lunch and opted for the following Starters: 3.5/5 Peri peri chicken kebabs: quite like parsi style kebabs made of chicken mince topped with peri peri sauce Honey pepper chicken Typical soya sauce based preparation with colored bell peppers and onions Main course: 3.5/5 Chicken biryani Basic chicken biryani accompanying a curd raita. Nothing special but not bad either Butter chicken Again nothing special but decent Naan accompanying the above Desserts: 3/5 Apple crumble with vanilla ice cream Decent Brownie with vanilla ice cream Nothing special For the price of 700/- + taxes for 2 business lunches, this is vfm and worthwhile. Ambiance is outdoorsy and service is quick. Vegetarian food options are equally extensive so vegetarians will also enjoy their meal options.

Ordered for 2 LIIT - classic and cranberry (great drinks) Honey pepper chicken - extremely delicious Pan fried noodles - delicious again! Preferred the dark sauce over the classic one.
