I wanted just to thank you the 2 guys who took me all around Mumbai in just a couple of hours. The Driver Manoj and the guide Dev . They showed the main importants Seightseeing of Mumbai with a full description and explanation of what we were going to see. They were both very friendly and professional. I had a private tour for myself, and they made my first visit to Mumbai very exciting and interesting. Pick up and drop off from outside my hotel with a private car. I was a solo traveller but the tour was dedicated entirely to myself. I would definitely choose them again if I go back to India for leisure. We were only in Mumbai for a few days and chose to do the City Tour that was around the south end, then the next day did the more northern Dharavi slum tour. For both tours we had Ajay as the guide and Muk was our driver. We thoroughly enjoyed both tours, Ajay and Muk made a fantastic team and we highly recommend them for anyone wanting to see both sides of Mumbai.

We spent a few days in Mumbai and we decided to take a tour with Mystical Mumbai to see the most characteristic of the city and get into the unique Dharavi. Our friendly guide Sam patiently explained aspects we didn´t know and taught us how to carry out a normal day in the Dharavi, which was an amazing experience in the social aspect, since we knew the work that takes place there every day . We were able to stretch the day a lot, although I would have liked to know the social work that is performed, but we´ll leave it for the next visit to Mumbai, because it´s a repeatable and recommendable experience. We also booked a car that picked us up from the airport to the hotel the day we arrived and accompanied us on the day we were leaving, resulting in a very efficient and safe service. Many thanks to Shailesh, Sam, Manoj and the rest of the people for making our visit to Mumbai an adventure.

Booked a personal driver for a few days in Bombay. Car was well maintained, and driver was nice and spoke good English. Gave us some history behind areas we passed on our routes. Some hiccups here and there, but overall was good.

Our tour guide Raj and driver Jamal made this trip worthwhile for all of us. He was on time for the pick up and very friendly with us. We chatted like an old friend and we did really fun and silly things like sing on the car and made Tik Tok videos on the streets (at our request!). His personable demeanor made this trip very memorable for our group. They showed us all the spots we wanted to hit (he did cross check whether there were specific things we wanted to skip or add at the start), also adding many other stops that felt local and authentic. We even had the chance to walk through their area of residence! Highly recommend this to cramp all of Mumbai into one day.

We booked Mystical mumbai especially for night sightseeing of Mumbai nagari and its worth. Our driver cum guide Imran was very soft, honest, having knowledge and did his work without any hurry. And the night tour is amazing, really one shoud do it.

This is a professional tour company which cares for its customers. I had a great visit to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The guide was the park's native so I could not have wished for a more knowledgeable person. He took me around areas non - locals were not allowed in. The most moving part was when he sang a Buddhist prayer. The driver was friendly but struggled to find the park. However I did not mind as I got to see parts of the city I had not seen before. There were also events outside of our control, like a picture, but the company got everything sorted and on the way in 10 minutes. This was exceptional. All in all recommended.

We booked the Dharavi tour through our hostel and I cannot recommend it highly enough! It was brilliant. I felt totally safe throughout the whole tour, and was surprised by how much infrastructure existed in the slums. You will see a lot of things that you wouldn't expect. The tour guides were really friendly and knowledgeable, they were comfortable to be around and gave us loads of information. Really inspirational people. I would definitely do this tour again if we went back to Mumbai.

My husband and I went on the Dharavi tour. Our driver Sailesh was friendly and polite and taught us about the city of Mumbai while taking us to see the dabba walas. The Dharavi tour itself was super interesting, definitely not something you can do without a guide.

My partner and I did this tour in April 2014 and I thought I'd already reviewed this but cannot find it on the list. We booked the tour and were collected from out hotel within 2 hours of making the booking! I must confess I was a little apprehensive and wasn't quite sure what to expect! However our guide was great and I felt completely at ease throughout the afternoon. We visited many businesses including plastic recycling, a tannery and a soap factory and all were a fascinating insight into the lives of these hard working people. Everyone had a smile and a 'hello' us. I I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and learned a lot. I would recommend this tour to everyone who visits Mumbai! It is great value and very informative. It was by far the best experience that I had there. Many thanks to all involved. Visited April 2014

Disappointed! For the price I was charged this was a complete rip off. We booked a 'private guided tour to Elephanta caves' for $237 for 2 people. Got there at 9 in the morning and had to wait for the guide to show up. Then he walked us to the ferry where we had to wait again, there was alot of arguing and confusion. The guide who took us around was pretty good but very bent on explaining to us why and how God exists. We appreciate religion and culture but don't like views being forced upon us. All in all ..not worth it. Highly suggest looking somewhere else or going on your own and getting a guide on the island itself.

Definitely the part that we enjoyed the most was seeing the Dharavi. Not only to see the neighborhood, also the people in there was so nice. We got to play with some kids and it was fantastic. The organization was perfect and the guide was very friendly.
