This group covers my mother at Wesley Enhanced Living, a skilled nursing facility. I have never experienced such lack of communication and lack of regard for a patients family in my 40 years of nursing experience. My mother being in her last days of life, you would think these docs would show a little compassion and at least courtesy to the only family member that has a question about the plan of care. Dr. Sanders relayed a message through her office staff, which didn’t answer the question I asked to start with. Their newly hired NP Tom has little experience and courtesy in listening to the family also. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, especially if they are assigned to covering your loved one in a nursing home.

I've been a patient here for over 8 years, the primary care doctors at this location are great. The problem is the front reception staff...completely uncaring, rude, condescending, and complaining. If you need assistance, you get greeted with an exhausting response like you're the biggest pain in the rear. I dread calling with any questions or concerns. It's a shame I've considered changing PCP's due to the level of service..who needs it. Completely replace the front staff and check out person and you got a 5-star location.

I see Dr. Shtern, she is amazing. I never feel rushed, she is very detail-oriented. Has been one of the best doctors I have been to. Additionally, the office staff has been the best I have had to deal with. I have had some great doctors in the past but their office staff were horrible, billing wrong, getting appointments wrong. Here it has been different. This staff is on top of things, never had a billing issue going into my 2nd year with them. Awesome place, I highly recommend.

Alright, I'll review. My NP, Mary Ellen, is excellent. Couldn't ask for better. Suits me perfectly. I saw the other NP, Tom, once and he is a joke. A few of the nurses are a joke. Can't pronounce creatinine and other medical words. Isn't there a pharmacology class in nursing school? One nurse took my blood pressure incorrectly. For her reference, the tube/line goes along the brachial artery, not my tricep. If you don't know where that is, go back to nursing school.

I couldn't ask for more understanding, knowledgeable and caring professional. Tom was recommended by pharmacist, and is genuinely involved in giving the best care to me and my husband. Everyone that I've interacted with has been kind and patient. Margaret at front desk is a gem, went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was my error.

I currently am and have been a patient of this practice for many years and I can honestly say I’ve lost all trust in this practice. They used to have a very well regarded staff and my experience was always pleasant. I always received follow up on test results or questions/concerns within a reasonable amount of time but that is no longer a priority with this group. Test results are delivered to the portal with no explanation of what they mean and it often takes weeks of follow up calls to get the results. I wonder if I would even receive my results if I didn’t advocate for myself. Front office staff is often unprofessional and rude (other than Margaret who is awesome and works her tail off). I used to trust and rely on these doctors but after a couple of experiences with some of the nurse practitioners and just bad business practices, I have had it. I’ve voiced my concerns to my doctor but if the office manager would like to contact me I’d be more than happy to discuss (unfortunately none of that information is found on the website so I’ve resorted to a review) I am an actual patient and I can attest that this practice is no longer what it used to be.

Melissa kind of wasted my time, not very efficient and overkill examination. Prescription didn't come through

I have been seeing Tom for years at this practice. Office has been great in every aspect. Always get you in very quickly for sick visits! 100% would recommend.

Great medical staff and well run office. Very responsive. I have been seeing Dr. Sander for almost 20 years. One of the best practices in the area.

Very nice and friendly people! I feel lucky to have them there. Dr Louis Cimorelli made me chuckle.
