Terrible experience. In line with 6+ customers behind me. One cashier having trouble with a return, another playing with the register - sharing and rejoicing in their sales performance. I informed her that there is a line of people waiting. She says she's updating her manager on their sales. I told her...all these customers are part of your sales and you should open another register. No response, no additional register opened...

Old navy store did not reflect the sale prices they said they were having. It was so confusing as to what was on sale. To find a sales person even harder, then you get up to the register and shirts you think are the "3" dollar were not. I was irritated

Went to exchange an online order for an in store order as the uniform bottoms were now in stock in my son's size. The clerk was courteous and helpful and completed the exchange with no problems. He made it worry-free.

This review is about Old Navy credit practices. My local Tracy store set their hook in me!!! Don't open an easily approved revolving charge account with these vultures who will hound you forever even after paying in full!!! It just never stops seriously :( Beware of this chain!

Didn't have size I needed, dress fit was weird, and when I tried to buy what I liked on line, would not let me get it sent for free. Ok I don't mind paying a small shipping fee, but don't show free option and then block one from getting it

I would say a 4 out of five mainly because the women's section is either copy cat your daughter or dress old lady style. I'm a young mom who likes to look appropriate but still cute on date nights that I rarely find what I am looking for. I went next door to forever twenty one and found timeless classic spaghetti strap tank tops in every color for 2 dollars a piece.
