In Mexico, Chingones/Xingones is slang for the best or “the shit” as we might say here, and this place is true to that meeting. Their food is consistently good. I love the First Friday taco, it features their signature fried chicken which is out of this world and delicious sauces. Their fries are fantastic! They have this delicious seasoning that makes me devour them. I have tried the Hella Hot and El Coreano both make me do the happy dance. Everything in the menu is a good choice. The service and people are great. This restaurant is solid for dine in and take out. What else can one ask for?

Favorite tacos in the Bay Area. Special sour cream is so good. The verde salsa is unmatched! We can eat this several times a week!

Good restaurant and full bar. They have at least six TV's to watch whatever you're heart desires. I had the mini tacos and buffalo wings, both were great. They have clean bathrooms and restaurant. The only downside is that the bar doesn't open until one PM.

I saw them on Check Please! and saw that Caviar had them listed. I ordered the 3 Taco Mix and the Xingones Nachos. OMG! Bold flavors and great presentation. These nachos are a long way from just chips and cheese, they are a major upgrade. The 3 small street tacos are alot of food for $10!

I've come here previously for wings before going out for drinks in the neighborhood. Just had the chicken sandwich for the first time, and this place deserves a review. The tacos are good from what I remember, but their wings are fantastic. The chicken sandwich I just had might also be one of the best I've had. And their seasoned fries are always super good. For sure a good spot to grab food. Staff was chill. Bar prices are somewhere in the middle-upper range. Not bad, but I can get drinks cheaper at Radio. Great spot. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best comfort fusion food in Oakland because of how delicious and fresh the ingredients are. Always a perfect to-go order - which is basically impossible, but they never miss an item or ingredient. My favs are the first friday tacos, taquitos (with those crispy radishes!), loaded nachos/fries, chicken and waffles, and steak cali burrito. Don't pass on the mango-passionfruit aqua fresca either. Seriously, thanks for serving up dependable, tasty, fresh food to our community. You can tell (and taste) how much these people care about what they do.

Good food, but you'd forget the experience with in the hour. 3 stars because the food is decent: not great, not bad "edible" and filling.

Absolute hidden gem. Fast service, nice people, the food smacks and they have outstanding cocktails. Chill vibes and decent outdoor seating. I really don’t know how they could improve. 5/5 stars

Underwhelming chicken sandwich, the chicken in the tacos was dry and tough, and the syrup for the chicken and waffles tasted like pure vanilla. The red sauce on the side didn't have a lot of flavor, but the green salsa was good. Good housemade potato chips

A very interesting setup. Saw other great reviews, so decided to give it a try. Got the fried chicken and waffles. The chicken was great, waffle was alright(syrup was interesting) and very reminiscent of a beignet. On the other hand, the drinks from the bar area were great. This is actually two completely separate businesses, which can make things very confusing. And also leaves semi-awkward gaps, as there are no actual servers.

Great vibes and ambiance. The food is great and owners are wonderful. Such a great experience all around!

Holy wow, best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. Chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside- and the waffles taste like vanilla bourbon!! If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out!

The burrito is more addictive than drugs. This place had me consemplating if I should spend the last bit of money in my account on a burrito.
