I like the biryani on the weekends but biryani on weekdays is bad… the rice is all clustered (look at the pics) .. and the pieces were dry, the sauce/gravy was dry.. we were so hungry that we didn’t have the patience to go the distance and return them and don’t care if they refund the money or not.

We liked the Cut Mirchi, Boneless Chicken Biryani & Naan. We didn't like the Chettinad Chicken & Fish Fry. Shahi ka tukda is also ok.

Great food and nice ambience... I ordered goat biryani and Lasooni kebab.... it was good, and quantity was also large... Service needs to be improved ... short staffed I would say...

If you want to try a descent Hyderabad style biryani it's a good place to try. Rice was very flavourful and mildly spiced . Tried their fish fry but was below average. The chicken vepudu had a good smoky flavor more than the chicken the sauteed onions that comes with the chicken was really good. It was good combo with the biryani

We ordered Chicken 65, Murgh Tandgi and Boneless Dum biriyani. Our goto combination for many months now. Really good consistency in the food quality taste and presentation. Must try for biriyani fans.

The decor of this place may not be eye catching but the food they serve is definitely worthy of making it a culinary destination. The goat dum biryani was a spicy mix of flavorful combinations . The naan was tender with crispy edges and the mirapakai kodi ended up being an explosion of subtle flavors in the mouth!

Biryani was good. Only bad thing is this branch does not have family pack. Chicken curry was ok.

We absolutely love their chicken dum biriyani. It’s really delicious. We have tried this biriyani from different locations of Paradise biriyani pointe many times and have never been disappointed. The chicken is always juicy, the rice is always cooked perfectly and the flavors are great. We will keep ordering in future.

Decent place to fulfil your indian food cravings. Kadai Paneer tasted more like Chinese chilly Paneer, and Malai Kofta were tad above par. Non-veg on the other hand was comparatively better than veg food.

One of the good Biryani restaurants in the bay area, the food is authentic and spicy. I would recommend dining to eat the Biryani hot. I tried the vegetarian Paneer Biryani but the restaurant is famous for its meat dishes. Pros: - Hardly any wait time during weekdays. - The food was on the spicier side.

Got the goat dum biriyani and butter chicken with some garlic naan. 3.5 stars overall The dishes were on the small side vs before. All were flavorful but didn't seem like traditional spices. Goat biriyani was good and tender but tasted like regular biriyani not dum biriyani. The garlic naan was very good. Fresh flavorful garlic, but thin and on the more dense side like a paratha instead of traditional naan.

Manager raises high voice among other customers for not serving hot water un civilized server staff rude, no hygiene T- shirt looks like from cow mouth not iron properly no respect to the customers and no hospitality staff need training and hygiene.Putting both the hands in the pants pockets and was talking to us ....no sorry no apologies...What is the use of degree no knowledge of service hotel management don't know how to to talk to the customers..This type manager are good for road sites construction and kitchen helper or dishwasher sorry to say this cause what is the use of putting Restaurant not serving hot water please close your restaurant and put supermarket.... We called our X friend staff of Paradise Biryani Point supposed join and eat with us ....But my friend called him and told the story... The Manager refuge to serve Hot water that is why my friend not join our table...Once we enter the restaurant for dinner only 3 tables were there my friend throwt was scratching so he ask for hot water . Server Anupam said we are not serving hot water in the restaurant. My friend told him please tell your chef my throwt is scratching I need hot water my friend was coughing 😫. Other friend said if old people come to your restaurant you also refuse for the water.Anupam said we are not serving. After some time an other server was serving some food to the other table my friend called him and ask him are you Goan he said yes Please give me glass of water my throat is scratching the server Goan said OK Sir we put water in the microwave to make it hot 🔥. We said OK. The manager was passing by we ask him .Are you the manager he replied yes. We ask him what is you name he replied why you want my name what is the problem. We told him to server hot water he refused to give hot water. So my friend ask the Mobil number of the Pradise Biryani restaurant owner he said he is not here. He replied Im taking care of the restaurant.Then my friend said we are Indian when ever we go to the restaurant we ask hot water or tea .Please give me hot tea then also he said we don't have tea .Manager Prabhakaran replied this is America and not India . We ordered our appetizers and food to the server Anupam. .. The manager Prabhakaran stop the service and gave us to go box containers you can see in the pictures...He told us to go out from the restaurant...[ We not done anything wrong we are asking hot water ] My friend about to call 📞 the Police but I stopped ✋️ him ... we were trying to get Mobil number of the owner of Paradise Biryani Point .None of the staff given us.... This is the worst experience 😪 we have in the Paradise Biryani Pointe in Santa Clara..We will not visit it again until and unless the staff is changed. We know old Staff and new staff from Paradise Biryani Pointe in Fremont Mowry, Milpitas and Santa Clara... The food is nice delicious as always but not like fremont. Fremont naan Biryani curries are more delicious...even service with Spanish lady We pay the bill in cash and also given a nice Tip because the new Goan boy server serve us the Hot 🔥 glass of water...

Ordered boneless chicken biryani and paneer sum biryani. Food was decent. Service was extra fast and well maintained restaurant

Tried the Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani. Lot of goat pieces in the biryani but very less rice. The rice to meat ratio is not proper. The masala was decent and didn’t taste that close a Hyderabadi Biryani.

Our favourite biryani joint in the South Bay area! There are other places but this is very authentic (for reference, I'm a huge fan of north-indian lucknowi style biryani). All of the starters we have tried, especially Apollo fish are also very well done! We keep returning to this place and take our out-of-state friends here as well for great biryani!

Went with my Indian friend who ordered for us . The tandoori chicken was extremely salty on a bed of defrosted cold onions. The goat briani was ok but very bony the rice was ok . We wanted to drink some tea as I have in other restaurants but they had no tea.our fruit smoothie drink was ok but not great I'm sorry to say this but we traveled from San Mateo to San Jose because the restaurant was recommended to my friend. Our favorite Indian restaurant Tabla is close to home in San Mateo Tabla I give 5 stars allways. The server said little and had nothing to suggest.
