Third time here. Other times were nice and fast. This time had an appointment and the receptionist looked confused. I told her my name and she said okay there is a long wait. If I knew I could call in advance to check in I would of!! Also I order tacobell and I asked her would I have time to go get it. She said, "We lock the doors in 20 mins and you won't be seen." Like REALLY! She was so rude. Does not seem like she enjoys her job. Really dissatisfied this time.

These people are crooks. They are in my policies network, and still charged me $100 towards my deductible AND a copay AND $2.70 from 3 years ago!!! I have been going here for years, and now they have a new policy that they will charge you even if they are in your network. The sad part is, I went there because I was sick, and did not feel like leaving and finding another place. How sad for people on a fixed income. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Let me add, you had my address IF I owed any money from a previous visit, you should have sent me a bill. I do not understand why you waited 3 years to collect, and I dont understand what it was even for, but again, I was sick and desperate to be seen. I hope you all enjoy gouging people that need medical attention. I would give you zero stars if I could. Even the lady from Blue shield said she had never heard of such a thing.

It was 530, and I knew they closed at six. I called and spoke with Raj, and she said that if you come down right now, we will see you before the x-ray tech leaves. They were able to do a chest x-ray, draw multiple vials of blood for different tests that were needed, and the doctor was able to see me within a very short period of time. A total of 90 minutes from when I left my door to when I returned home. Which includes 30 minutes of drive time. Very efficient! and I loved working with Dr. Dhaliwal.

This place is amazing. The girls are great and Dr. Gurdaver Dhaliwal, MD is one of the best. Always goes above and beyond to help his patients. He is an all around wonderful family Dr. Was as great with my kids as he was with my husband that hates going to the doctor and they do X-rays. Thank you Clovis Urgent Care for being a place we can trust and count on for urgent care needs.

Best Doctor in town.. was very helpful heard the issues and helped me recover. Friendly staff.

Reception staff was friendly kind , best service I ever have received from reception , Nurses and Both the Doctors was amazing and so helpful treated my Daughter who has a complicated medical history with so much care and compassion. We have been to dokters and urgent care services from Stanford , UCSF to Cedar Sinai , today we defiantly received the best service so far from Clovis Urgent care.

Excellent service, when in for a work related injury. The staff is amazing, very efficient , quick Diagnosis, great treatment plan, and on time.! Thank you

don't even bother coming here. waited two hours just to be seen saying that they cannot do anything if they're not your doctor, I needed urgent care so they cannot help you out with anything at all. they recommended me something over the counter which I could have done so myself so you're better off googling your symptoms and at least find an answer. they don't update you when you're going to be seen, waited an hour in the lobby then another hour in a room all by myself, whomever saw me for my situation didn't even wear gloves so thank goodness for to go hand sanitizers, you would think that they would be professional seeing that they're in the medical department but most of all no help at all so you're just wasting your time and life that you'll never get back.
