We have lived here for a month and couldn’t be happier with our life in the Tillery! The amenities are really good (especially the library and the gym) and the management is very responsive. We toured 15+ apartments in the South Bay and the Tillery is the one that we both liked immediately. I also feel very safe walking my dogs around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend it!

I have been living at The Tillery for the past 3 months, and I have been very happy with my experience. The building is well-maintained, clean, and the amenities are amazing. Teà and Trent are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I need anything at all I can always count on them. I appreciate a leasing office that goes out of their way to make Tillery the best leasing experience. One of the things I love most about The Tillery is the location. It is close to everything I need, including public transportation, restaurants, and shops. I also appreciate the views from my apartment. Overall, I would highly recommend The Tillery to anyone looking for a great place to live and wants to make it their HOME!

Almost a month living at The Tillery. Not the best neighborhood in MV but the building is new and well kept. We thought the area would be more dog friendly. There is a dog park right behind the apartment but there is no direct access from Tillery and the way to that dog park is trespassing through a neighborhood apartment... This is our third Prometheus apartment and Tillery definitely has the best team! Special shout-out to Trent and Tea who are always there to help out the tenants and were super helpful during our tour and move in!

We toured every apartment comparable to the Tillery in the area. And the Tillery is simply the best, not only in terms of the apartment, the facilities, the parking etc., but also in terms of the services and the staff. They are super helpful, cheerful and nice. Everything added together, it makes you feel like home. Living here is one of the best choices I've made:)

She showed us many different units so that we could get a good feel of the Apartment. Thank you again Michelle! On the Tillery itself, the apartments+amenities are super nice. Everything is brand new and very modern!

We recently moved cross country for work and chose The Tillery as our new home. From the tour through application Trent and staff were very professional and attentive to any needs we had. Upon move in The Tillery staff we amazing helping us ensure we settled in nicely and met our needs. Since moving in we are extremely impressed with the quality and community as a whole. I haven't moved in yet, but I have to say their staff Steven is the most friendly, thoughtful, and patient leasing agent I've ever met. He helped me with multiple virtual tours, shot pics and videos, and ran up & down stairs to get me a better sense of the apartment. His help made the challenging process of remote renting much more reassuring, and made me inclined towards renting at the Tillery among other options.

A month into living at Tillery, and it's already exceeded my expectations. The standout has been the management - Tea, Trinidad, and Trent. Their support continues post move-in, making them a truly unique and commendable team. Tillery provides not just spaces to live, but also an enriched, caring environment to call home.
