All the girls are amazing especially Krystal. My son loves her because she always removes the excess hair before he has to ask. He's 7 and says she gives the best hair cuts. Plus, I never have to wait too long.

As a professional, it is your responsibility to educate and let the client know what services you provide/add ons/ etc…. Came here for the first and last time…. It’s humiliating looking like this… and paying 22 dollars for this. I came for a trim where I asked the stylist to use her best judgement to cut my hair and I wanted layers…. With volume… and fringe bangs where I can sweep them to my side…. I hardly ever go anywhere to get my haircut for this reason but after hearing my sister in laws good experience I came to see for myself…. She rushed when a customer with an appointment came in…. I could go on and on but I’m going to finish off with this. Hold yourself accountable, I would never let anyone walk out like this. (Didn’t blow dry my hair either) never ever again…. Let your clients know about the services you provide, try educating yourself/the client…. Have common courtesy. I guess people don’t have that anymore. Stay out of here.

Came in to get my daughters hair shampooed. There was nobody waiting only one person in the chair getting her hair clipped three employees in back doing nothing. After about 5 mins of waiting we left. I won't be coming back here. Service sucks at this location

Zara did a great job in cutting my son’s hair. She was very friendly and patient, my son is so happy with his haircut. The place is also clean and well maintained. Definitely coming back here. I recommend this place to family and friends.

there is no manners to talk hair cut not going right so say not comfortable and left the haircut and charged the money 24 USD and very sad to see people like this... zero rating if option i select for you

Went in today feeling awesome ready for a great cut. Signed in online and got there waited my turn. The wait turned to 40 mins since there was only one stylist there, after 30 mins another stylist showed up and started cutting the line down. Once it was my turn I greeted the woman doing my hair and sat in the chair. She asked how short am I going and I replied I have a photo. Now I have short hair, longest part maybe 4 inches so it's not a difficult cut or so advanced this person couldn't do it. She agreed with the hairstyle I wanted so I placed my phone with pictures showing so she can look at it multiple times and she started to cut my sides and back with a zero and should have created a v shape from sides to neck. Nope this woman takes a zero to the entire back of my head up to the same length as the sides. I stopped her and asked how for did you go up and she proceeded to explain what she did. I was really upset and calmly explained that she wasn't supposed to go up like she did and showed the picture and she replies oh I'm sorry I didn't see that part and I just sat there quietly hoping she can still make it look good. Then she starts asking me how long I want the top and I said I want the picture. I at this point was to mad to let her continue and requested she take off the smock and just charge me for what she did. She apologized and said she wouldn't charge me and I left. I felt like she didn't even look at the picture and was going to give me a basic male haircut and think that was acceptable. Well it's not, if you can't do a haircut they way requested then say hey I can't do that. I would have rather gone to 10 haircut places to find one who can do it. I'm not going to go back there as it was just wrong what that stylist did.
