I've been to a lot of Pieology locations and the Visalia location has been the best so far. Service is usually very good in Visalia compared to some others that have not been very good at all.

This was my favorite pizza place….. but lately I’ve been very disappointed. I noticed they got a new dough roller that I think is the problem. My pizza was given to me with raw dough..super gooey. I was told that it was because it was a fresh batch of dough and that tends to happen but I don’t think that’s the issue. Staff was nice and offered to make us a new pizza. Was remade and was given the smallest pizza ever!! Not with the same toppings as the first. Don’t know if I did anything to upset them. Oh and it was still raw But I was so hungry I decided to eat it anyways. I love this pizza place but sadly I don’t think I will be visiting the Visalia location again. Update September 10th Went to go give it another try in hopes that the employees just had to get used to their new branding…not the case. The pizza for one was soggy and everything came right off as I lifted it to eat it. There was a hair in it as well which I tried to disregard but after all the topping falling off I did just ask for a refund and made my way out. I also noticed that the location is not busy anymore during dinner rush hours like it used to be so it must mean I’m not the only one disappointed with the pizza:(

My hubby and I are obsessed with the cauliflower crust. It’s amazing! It works for our keto ,gluten free diet needs. The employees in there are SUPER kind and nice and very patient and always friendly. This is a friendly ,happy family place to eat and enjoy yourselves. Highly recommend, and definitely encourage trying the cauliflower crust. (I halfway ate my pizza before I remembered to take a pic. )

Review for Visalia Pieology I used to love Pieology but my last two experiences have not been good.. my daughter picked up the pizzas and when i seen my pizza it hardly had any cheese on it. My daughter said they did put cheese on it, but it must be very cheap or fake cheese. The standard has dropped so much.. what a waste. The workers are friendly but the pizza is not the same delicious pizza. I'm disappointed

OMG. Out pizza are to die for. The guys working were so nice and patient w us. When I ordered gluten free for my daughter, they asked if it was a preference or medical need. When I told them she had celiac they made everything different so she won’t get contaminated. Thank u soooo much.

My daughter treated me to my first piology pizza. It was amazing. I can't wait to bring my husband so he can create one. Definitely going back and Definitely recommend.

The fire-oven pizzas were tasty. We had the mushriom truffle, calabrese chef signsture pizza, and the mega meat pizza. The pizzas are eleven inches, so they are modtly meant to be for one person. They delivered to my house in a timely manner.

My favorite pizza by far, does not leave me feeling overstuffed and the flavor is phenomenal

Love this pizza shop across USA!! Custom made and lot of amazing flavors. I love their pesto+marinara combo and always get the pizza done with Buffalo Sauce Drizzle at the end..

Great to personalize your own pizza. Vegetarian and gluten-free options. Very tasty food and friendly and helpful employees.

At the last minute (as in when a half-dozen or so of us were already at Mountain Mike's) some bumblehead in our Tuesday evening dinner group switched this week's get together from Mountain Mike's to Pieology. Gawd, what a gruesome experience! Glum service, barely visible toppings, WAAAAY overpriced. ($34.95 for two pizzas and one soft drink.) Very noisy atmosphere--not happy noise--just raised voices and clattering. Sounds that you hear in a disaster movie by people trying to escape. Does anyone over 20 work in this place? Just a really amateurish attempt to create a kewl pizza venue. Neighbours tell me that there's a lot of staff turn over. Maybe all the noise was from that--the staff turning over!

This place is a great go to! You can have it your way! Custom pizza at its finest and cheap at that! The environment is great! The staff is kind and helpful! I have nothing negative to say about this place! Love it!! 🤙🤙🤙🤙

I loved how this gave me healthy options while I'm on a Keto diet. The cauliflower crust was delicious. Instead of mariana sauce I used butter & herbs with olive oil as my base, no cheese and loaded up on the veggies, chicken, pineapple and choose their plant based protein sausage as well. My pizza was very good. I ate all of it. I will definitely be back when I'm cracing pizza.

Sometimes I get someone rude, but most of the times the people who have been there a long time, have great customer service skills. I love the cauliflower crust pizza! Having celiac makes it really hard to eat out! Pieology does a great job at helping eliminate cross contamination. I use fresh sauce from the squeeze bottle and they offer to get the cheese and pepperoni fresh, from the fridge below. They typically tell me that I can still have as many toppings as I want and they don’t mind grabbing each topping from below. But I know it’s already difficult enough, I appreciate them showing as much patience as possible!

Awesome pizza made to order. Hearth baked style crust made in a pizza oven. Lots of topping choices as much as you like at one low price. Custom made salads too! Smiling friendly staff greets you as you enter. I eat here often, highly recommended!

Pieology has a great atmosphere. It has a kid friendly environment but is also ideal for a low-key date. $8.49 for a thin crust and $9.49 for thick, with this you can put anything you want on there at no additional cost. Clean restrooms and dinning area. A great pizza experience!

To the person who made my pizza tonight!!!! Picasso! Crust was crispy, got the alfredo sauce instead of the tomato, pretty much a combination. My girlfriend pizza was great also, hers was simple. And we even got it on Doordash! Keep up the awesome work!
