We love the community in this apartment complex! With social events every single month, mostly for free food, it's easy to get to know the leasing office staff and other residents. Michael, the newest addition to the team at the office, has been like the main host for the past few events, and his friendliness and charm have made him enjoyable to talk to! Our apartment features a contemporary layout and thanks to the almost floor-to-ceiling windows, we get to enjoy ample sunlight. We're renting the A3 (studio but with a small "separated" area for the bed) and don't feel it's too small for two despite being only around 570 square feet. The floor is all hardwood (one of my non-negotiables) other than the tiles in the bathroom. The giant luxurious tub with a curved shower bar in our bathroom is a bonus. Some cons about the apartment complex: - Package room isn't that secure - everything just gets delivered into one room with open shelves. I assume cameras can be checked but it's not really easy to confirm. One time, I didn't get a notification from LuxerOne at all about my package arriving. If one of my friends randomly sends me a gift again, I may have no way of knowing when to pick it up unless they specifically give me a tracking number. - Garage door remote is slow to respond, especially when two people (on either side of the door) are both pressing it. I've tried holding and pressing and sometimes it just doesn't respond unless angled right (the sensor is also on a certain side only), while at other times it opens even if I press from far away - Gym is not particularly big and even with six people it feels crowded. I tend to go around midnight or morning so that almost all of the machines are open

My partner and I toured the Hanover Diridon last weekend and had an amazing experience. The staff was attentive and very patient with our desires to see every single layout available for 2BR’s. We were helped by Zenna who answered all of our detailed questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. We ultimately went with Cannery Park by Windsor simply due to price. However, both my partner and I wish we could have afforded to stay with Hanover! If you can afford it, you won’t regret it. They clearly have service at heart and everyone I spoke to that lives there has nothing but good things to say.

I've lived at Hanover Diridon for over a year now, and so far it's been a great experience. I didn't plan on living there for more than a year, but I ended up renewing my lease because of the quality of life that this building provided! The building is clean and quiet, and maintenance and management is very responsive to all of my inquiries and needs. Recently, I've had to transfer units in the middle of my lease due to unforeseen circumstances and the agents at the leasing office, particularly Michael and Chris, have been incredibly accommodating and patient. Michael took the lead on helping me through the transfer process, and he was very eager to assist and empathetic towards my situation. I'm happy to continue to call Hanover Diridon my home!

Staff is great can’t say enough good things about this place. It is in a great location and in walking distance to grocery store. The building is clean, updated, and well taken care of. Erick Gomez does a great job he is always super responsive and helpful, and truly goes out of his way to make sure you have a good experience there! would highly recommend.

Hanover Diridon is such an amazing place to live! The community, and most importantly the staff! Everyone is so friendly , Always welcoming with a smile and having a positive attitude. I will definitely recommend Hanover to as a great place to live. A special shout-out to Erik and the maintenance team!!!!

I am assisting my mom while she finds a new place to call home and I got the chance to tour Hanover Diridon. Absolutely loved the property and really appreciate the leasing team for helping us with her apartment search! They were all very helpful and made sure she understood the entire process!

I recently toured this property at the beginning of September and all I have to say is that the leasing office is amazing at what they do. Every person in the office had a smile and was ready to assist with any questions that I had before going on a tour. Michael did a great job asking questions about what I was looking for. He made sure that I would see the floor plans that were most specific to fit my needs. Going to the 7th sky deck was a great spot to where he let me know this was his favorite spot and it was breath taking. I am someone that loves to enjoy nature and those views were more than perfect. I would suggest to anyone who ever goes to Hanover Diridon that they have Michael take them on a tour of the property as he is super friendly and truly cares about finding you a home when you are searching for one!

I toured Hanover Diridon over a month ago. This is an amazing property that has great amenities. I loved the gym it offered as I thought it would be perfect to use and I would be able to cancel the membership I have right now. I went on a tour with Michael, he was super helpful and open with all the options that were available. He did not skip out on any that I would not have been able to see. In the future, I could see myself living here though I ended up choosing to go with a different place due to price. Overall a very nice property and a phenomenal tour!
