Our drive through Mariposa County and around Bear Valley will be remembered very fondly. The views were stunning and there were hardly any other cars around in early February 2021.

Great sight -it feels likecajost town. Go aclottle north and check out tbe Pioneer Cemetery

This is just a sign on the side of the road with multiple old buildings in various stages of decay. Quite an interesting area if you're interested in California history, architecture, stone work, etc but not like having a guided tour or being in a museum. Some of the buildings will likely fall in the next few years without additional restoration or preservation, so, if you want to see this, do it sooner than later.

Colonel Fremont's Headquarters-

Lots going on here and in the surrounding areas. Take a day to go find all of the mile markers and historic points of interest in the area. Lots of history here

If you're in to history, then you'll find yourself here to experience it. Lots to see on this corner.

It is a very nice,quiet place and its history sounds interesting. house from the year 1800 with clean air to breathe.
