Needed a shoulder MRI. Taylor was my Tech. He was kind, helpful, and gentle. Showed me how to use to locker key, helped position me comfortably on the table (not easy, I have a bad back). He gave me information about the length of the test and I felt comfortable throughout. When it was over, he helped me rise from the table. When making the appointment for the MRI, I was asked if I had claustrophobia, which I do in spades. Medication was ordered to help me tolerate the procedure. My one complaint is that the medication was not ready until about 6 o’clock in the evening the night before the 9:45 AM procedure, so I was unable to have it in time. However, all in all I would recommend this facility for others needing a MRI.

Taylor was an outstanding, compassionate technician. He explained everything and ensured that I was very comfortable considering my shoulder is torn. He explained everything thoroughly so there was no fear involved and ensured that I was safe. I highly recommend this facility.

I had already sent a note about your office but didn't realize I wasn't in the right spot. I cannot tell you what awesome experience in your office . Olivia was charming kind and compassionate. . I got lost and she came out to the main road so I knew where I was going Vanessa also was extremely kind also . The young lady in the back was caring and kind . I have been to many doctor's offices and never been treated so well. You have a 5 star staff from front to back . They made something that made me nervous to a piece of cake .

The doctor and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about my issues. The doctor got to the root of all my issues and we've now got a plan to help me get moving again. Thank you so much to Dr. Halamamdaris and his team.

Arriving on time, I was treated courteously by all staff, escorted to the MRI efficiently and had an excellent experience for the study. The technical staff was excellent as well. The MRI machine used today was much quieter than I have experienced with other MRI studies elsewhere. As a 1.5 T machine, it should provide a detailed study to help my physicians interpret the results. Thank you!

Strongly suggest the MRI questionnaire to ask about the people afflicted by Tinnitus or hearing issues!! Why I was not offered foam ear plugs in addition to the headphone ear protection? Come to find out, the technician was supposed to offer both ear protections but she only provided me the headphone style. Two days have past and my tinnitus is extremely high and driving me crazy!!! I was offered the foam ear plugs after I stopped the process 4 minutes before it ends to strongly complaint about the noise and the ineffectiveness of the headphone style ear protection. I am extremely unhappy about the Technician not offering both ear protections before the MRI begins. Shame on your incompetence.

What a great experience… I was given ear plugs, fancy foot covers and made to feel comfortable so much so I fell completely asleep!

The staff was very courteous. There was no wait time. The procedure was explained to me clearly. I was very satisfied with my care.
