The Calabrese focaccia, risotto, and Flannery coulotte steak were spectacular! The Mahi-Mahi was too salty for me and the Conchiglie shrimp had way too much pesto. It just overtook the dish. But overall, it was a good place.

This place is molto bene! (Very good)! Not only is the food very good the service and wine selection are over the top. Gary our server is a wine sommelier. He was perfect. We had 3 different wines. One bottle before dinner. One for dinner and a desert wine. All of them were selected perfectly. The owner came out to see if everything was good. It was absolute perfection. We highly recommend this gem.

Our go to fine dining restaurant in the Fresno/Clovis area. They have the best wine list in the area and there is not really a second place. The menu is seasonal and changes quite frequently. It is tough to pass up the cheese/charcuterie board as they make all their meats in house. It is fun to try one of the many new pasta dishes (they rival Annex) and have much more variety. Their dry aged beef alone would make them the best steakhouse in town and the rest of the meat dishes are just as good. The service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and gets to know you personally. They remember your preferences and make suggestions based on what you liked.

Heard awesome things so was looking forward to having dinner here. Awesome concept and cozy restaurant. The wine and food was great although felt it was overpriced for what you get. The issue we had was the weird vibe from the staff - they made a big deal about accomodating us as walk-Ins (despite several empty tables which didn’t fill up for the rest of the night) and we felt pressured to order more food. A shame because the food was lovely but the way we were treated took away from our experience - hopefully it was just an off-day

My wife & I had a date night here on 8/5/23. This was apparently their second day rolling out a new menu and a new service fee structure. I write this review because I think customers need to be aware before they dine and order. Be aware, Trelio is now charging a 20% service charge on all items. This was not made aware to us when ordering, so when we received our bill, we were shocked. See picture for reference. We overlooked this on their printed menu. I emailed Trelio about this after the fact to get an understanding of this change and received a thoughtful response from the owner. While I can understand the inequity they claim for front house staff versus back of house staff, they failed to prepare or even inform customers of this SIGNIFICANT change. After service fee, taxes, and tip, or total was about 60% higher than the subtotal. I am confident Trelio will work through these inequities, but this leaves a really bad “taste” in my mouth. This was our third time at Trelio and have enjoyed the food every time. The changing food options is always fun, and wine list is amazing! Hopefully this is helpful as you prepare for your next dinning choice.

The restaurant is tucked away with an intimate atmosphere. Staff was friendly and efficient. My 3-course meal paired well beautifully- French onion soup, wild mushroom risotto, and wagyu steak - all of which were cooked to perfection. should I be back in Clovis, I will absolutely be back.

Food here is great and with the rise of real costs at most restaurants these days there’s a pretty good value to be had here if you’re looking for a more upscale experience. The wine available here is also top notch and our server, Eddie, had food and wine recommendations that were top notch!

We stumbled on this gem of a place while traveling thru Fresno and staying in Clovis. Amazing food and service, and a wine list to die for. We found a wonderful 2015 barbaresco at a good price. The only minor knock was that we heard a server explaining to patrons that she could not raise the temperature and it was freezing. So we had our meal outside at one of their tables - perfect! I highly recommend - but bring a sweater.

I have traveled and eaten all over the world and there is no place quite like Trelio. Hands down the best meals I have ever had.

First time having dinner here. The wine book is quite extensive and their servers are very knowledgeable in the wines they are pouring. Service was amazing and food was very thoughtful and flavorful. We did the 5 course and wine pairings and everything was nye perfect. Overall an amazing experience and delicious food. We will definitely be back.

The dining room is freezing, and they would not change the temperature. They did offer a blanket (inside, in the summer). It took 3+ hours to be fully served! We had to pour our wine throughout the 3+ hours (at 100+ per person). On a positive note, the food was amazing. We won't be back.

Amazing dining experience on a Friday night in June. I was able to make a reservation that morning for dinner at 6. Our reservation was in the main dining room-you can see into the library room too and it looked so cute. The main dining room is beautiful, our table was near the windows to the main street of Old Town Clovis-great view. Wonderful service from start to finish. Great selection of wines and they have sparkling water! I really enjoyed my salad. Would love to go back and try their dessert as well. Wonderful place to dine out in Clovis.

I ordered the wagyu steak dinner and it was the most disgusting tasting steak I have ever eaten. It was tough and had the taste of an old piece of meat that sat around and just tasted so bad. The gnocchi and vegetables were ok, but $50 for that horrible steak is and was such a disappointment. I will not be returning to Trelio. First and last dinner for me.

I'm from out of town and went here spur of the moment and had an absolutely lovely scallop dinner paired with excellent wine at the suggestion of the staff that waited on me. Shame I'm not from here, I'd be here every pay day ;)

My pork chop is a little salty and the parmesan polenta could use a little more parmesan cheese. The risotto is a better pair than the polenta. Foccasia is border line burn on the bottom, herb butter is delicious as well as the olive oil with balsamic & roasted garlic. The nuts and seed salsa with the sherry gastrique could be a little done it don't work al dente'.. my husband's veil is delicious but could use a little more than the potatoes and fried carrots. Our daughter's scallops seems a little overcooked, but the wagu steak was perfectly cook. The apple and raisin bread pudding is very delicious pair it with the dark chocolate ice cream. The wine is great too so as well as the dessert wine. Overall the place is very cozy and excellent waiters!!

I worked in food/bev/hospitality for 15 years and can say without a doubt that this place was top notch food + service. My girlfriend and I so appreciated Gary’s attentiveness and we loved the mushroom appetizer! The atmosphere is quaint + intimate (hard to find somewhere reasonably quiet and without tons of screens these days!), and we also loved the attention to detail as the other server perfectly aligned all chairs at a table he was resetting. We will be back! Thank you sooooo much for existing :)

Superb dining experience. First time here and the three of us ordered different items and everything was delicious - mushroom appetizer, squash soup, beet salad and three pastas. Best Focaccia ever! Trelio was comparable to my favorite fine dining meals in NY and SF. Great service and comfortable atmosphere too. Only took one photo.

Multiple dining atmospheres, clean, upscale, first rate service, awesome food, incredible wine offerings. Like the Rolling Stones you Can't Aiways Get What You Want e.g. no well done steaks.

Always a wonderful dining experience! Fabulous food! Incredible wine! Fantastic staff! Oh, and love the reclaimed wood, live edged tables and comfy leather booths!

Trelio is lovely. We love that their menu changes regularly and that they have a dynamic wine list. Everytime we go is a new experience. We love the fine good and adventure!

AMAZING food, from the sea salt bread to the escargot over garlic parsley risotto to the best (ever) goat cheese on the green salad to the duck, it was all superb. I took away one star because I didn't care for the coffee or the bourbon carmel sauce with the bread pudding. As far as the dinner itself, spectacular! Or compliments to Chef Chris!

Had dinner there on Saturday. I ordered a chicken entree and the chicken came out raw in the middle. Similarly, my spouse ordered their steak medium and it came out extremely rare.
