Service was very good, food was pretty good for the most part, the lemon in the cheesecake was very overpowering for my liking, but other than that everything else was great. We had dinner in the outside patio and it was a very nice atmosphere. Would definitely visit again.

This was an interesting restaurant to visit due to how innocuous it appears from its exterior. It could easily be missed if one isn’t informed- however it would be grand disservice to steer folks here. The interior, while aged, is upheld by the fantastic service and superior dishes. Notable standouts were the lasagna and gnocchi. The duck pasta wasn’t out favorite despite being duck lovers given that the pasta was surprisingly crunchy. We asked for a replacement dish which was promptly supplied with no haggling; this level of customer service is seldom seen, which elevated this seemingly nice experience into an extraordinary one. The creme brûlée was magical, although some vanilla bean would truly elevate this dish. They also offer corkage for an additional fee of $20. Thank you for all for a marvelous experience.

You seen the other reviews. I will just add to the acclimates. Top notch service with home made pastas.. food made fresh and simple but certainly not plain. Simply delightful.:)

Just terrible and disappointing. I was looking forward to this place due to the great reviews. I left perplexed on how this restaurant is rated so highly. 1st clean your menus, at the very least update them regularly. Packaged bread sticks! You have a full kitchen and staff no one knows how to bake bread? That's just lazy. I mean olive garden makes their own. Plus each package of breadsticks has over 1300 calories. The salad was confusing caprese with a garden salad, very odd. Mozzarella was very generic. The pasta I had high hopes for, but was disappointed again. Both were "frozen fresh", and very chewy. Most of all the food is very bland. Tremendous lack of seasoning and flavor.

The staff were efficient and friendly. They made sure I had what I needed to make my meal enjoyable - without hovering. The Minestrone soup was delicious; however, I've not had this variant before. A lot of potatoes, and minimal Zucchini. The toast (served with the soup) was lightly buttered and seasoned. Toasted to perfection. Not dry or hard. If they take that much time making sure toast is done right, imagine the main course! The Lasagna Parmigiano was outstanding. A very generous portion, with a wonderful mix of flavors. Again, not a recipe I was familiar with, but flavorful and filling. I highly recommend it. An overall wonderful dining experience. Well done Parma Restaurant!

Do yourself a favor and visit Parma’s! I have lived down the street from this restaurant for the past 3yrs and I finally tried Parma’s in December 2023. This place is great! The main lady greeted me with a handshake with a beautiful smile, making me felt like I’ve known her for years. My second visit same lady greeted me with a big hug! I love my Asian Waiter, he’ has excellent taste with drinks and foods. The Atmosphere is chill and cool but all the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is delicious, some Italian classics and with a twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. And please support your local own businesses.

Do not go without a reservation!! I walked in and was not acknowledged by anyone for 5 minutes. There was no one at the front taking names...7 people walked in after me and only 1 was acknowledged as they brushed by me. So many employees just passing by me not saying a word or even excuse me. Felt incredibly uncomfortable as all the diners were just staring at me. The older lady wearing all black out of uniform, came up after seating the people who came after me. She said no space for walk ins waving her hands at me, kept saying no... not polite and unprofessional. It felt like she was shoo-ing me away. It was embarrassing. She said 'maybe have space in 45 min..didn't write down my name or #. The lack of customer service here was sad from the moment I walked in.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We ordered the antipasti app, I had the tortellini filled with ricotta and chard my husband had the porcini mushroom risotto. Our desserts were the creme brule and chocolate mouse. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary celebration, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will be returning guests.

My family and I went to Parma tonight for my 37th birthday. The wait staff, food and service was absolutely fantastic! Hands down the best restaurant in town. My dad is the pickiest eater — especially with Italian food. I’ve never seen him finish a plate (even in Italy) but he did here. My family cannot wait to come back :)

This was my parents favorite restaurant in Fresno. We've gone here for decades. Great place. Great food. Though my parents are gone we go to support and honor them at this establishment. I think this is the best Italian restaurant in Fresno and one of the top in California.

Two good friends purchased a Gift Certificate for us and we used it to celebrate my birthday. Having dinner at Parma was absolutely wonderful! A very warm welcome when we arrived, Great Service, Great Food and a wonderful atmosphere. And a BIG plus was their music was at just the right volume (in the background) so we, and other guests, didn't have to talk loudly over the music. Can't wait to go back again!

Parma Restaurant is definitely a place I recommend for your authentic Italian cuisine. The hospitality was great. The owner came out and visited her customers, which I find very humbling. The food was amazing. I look forward to our return. Thank you for our delicious meal. BON APPETITE 👨‍🍳

Our first visit to the restaurant was delightful. We booked ahead but for a busy time on a Friday evening. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived but we were greeted warmly and were given seats at the bar for a strong cocktail. We enjoyed watching the chefs in the open kitchen do their thing. Our server seated us and helped us pick wine for our meals which we appreciated. The food was just what we expected and we enjoyed every bite! As a vegetarian I was happy to have options to choose from, so next time we go I will have something different to enjoy. The service was impeccable for the whole time we were there, very attentive and friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

It’s a beautiful spot in northern Fresno. We had the quail salad, it was good but I think it had something missing. Their pasta and risotto were good. Chardonnay house wine is highly recommended if you’re a wine lover. Helena the owner she is very hospitable and generous and her team are very friendly and lovely people

The service was attentive, friendly, easily willing to describe dishes and help with pronunciations without being pretentious. The food was amazing. Don't expect spaghetti & meatballs. However the plating of entrees doesn't match their quality and taste, so get over that. The only downside (as someone with sensory issues) is the volume in the dining area. Maybe it's the tile floors, but wow did I find it hard to listen and be heard without almost yelling. It gets loud!

I absolutely recommend it. My wife (Italian) and I (Spanish) had dinner, and the quality of the food was exactly like being in Italy, top quality. We had the Parma tagliere as antipasto and 2 pastas (Agnolotti e Tagliolini). The waiters were great, and the owner (Elena) magnificient. Grazie mille per tutto!

This was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, we were here after a day of travel and nibbling on junk all day, so the plan was to have something light, as it was almost time to turn in for the night. My spouse and I shared an appetizer for two that could have served four. Absolutely delicious. Another member of our party had a full course meal and it was wonderful. Complementary cookies for dessert were exquisite and the owner shared her recipe. I wish I could go back! Easy access from the expressway. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give more stars this place was absolutely amazing from service to the food to the atmosphere.. we had Elena and again what more can I say she was amazing she gives that feeling that she has known you for years.. our food was amazing.. we were able to get a date night in and had a baby sitter so this was a absolute treat.. risotto and steak were spot on and the pumpkin ravioli and steak was exceptional.. paired with a bottle of wine lemon cheesecake and a cappuccino and a dessert wine.. we can’t wait to come back we lll worth the hour drive there.. thanks again for the perfect date night.. far best place we have eaten in a very long time..

Unfortunately the only thing that was good here was the customer service 😕. I really had high hopes for this place but the food was very bland. The presentation is good but lacked big time in flavor.

One of the best meals I have had in such a long time. My steak was cooked to perfection, so buttery. My husband’s lasagna was divine. The owner was so nice and the atmosphere was great. If I could do 6 ⭐️‘s I would.

House made pasta and an incredible full bar are only the start of how great this place is. It was our first visit, but there will be many more. The food all had layers of unique flavor. The service was excellent. I was only sorry we didn't leave room for dessert!

Wonderful food, the mushroom risotto is amazing! Ambiance wonderful! Will be back!
