My girlfriend and I love this place!!! It may be a bit high in price so, definitely sign up for the rewards and get a free Rio bowl on occasion. No matter what this place and their employees do exceptional. It is always fresh, and they take the time to make it look appealing. Friendly staff and cleanliness is always on point inside the place.

First time coming here, was suggested by another. And can I just say they did NOT disappoint! It was so good! Plan to make a trip back to try the other things on the menu. Got a bowl for my 6 year old who also loved it.

We tried the Rio Açaí bowl and Kimchi Poke bowl and they were really good. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared to perfection. Loved every bite.

Came hear because of good reviews. Ordered Hawaiian poke bowl. So uninspiring, no taste, just warm white rice (the only choice) and unseasoned tuna. Raw tuna has a strange taste of not being fresh to me. $10 into the garbage bin. So disappointed. Restaurant smells very strongly with some sort of floor cleaner that overpowered fresh air. Never come back again.

Best Acai bowls in town! I usually go with the Brazilian. The poke bowls are good too with good servings.

I don't have a photo but this was my first time have an acai bowl and it was good. I ordered the Rio without coconut shavings. I really love the atmosphere, they offer outside seating. And the customer service was great. I will be returning.

Absolutely the best acai bowls you'll find. There just is no better. The fruit and everything else is always so fresh. However, no smiles, no warm welcomes, it's like every question bothers them, etc... We'll keep coming for sure, but it ain't for the customer service. It user to be cleaner here also. Response to owner comment: Describe "strive" to me, because this is a consistent issue, by my experience and others feel the same in other reviews. Training? Addressing the issue? Being a solid example? And as others mentioned, we said "for here" when asked but then served to go. I'm not trying to be rude, but if you were really striving to fix the customer service issue might need to reevaluate that.

It's a must visit in Fresno if you like acai... I've tried several acqis at other places this one gots a really nice consistency. They also serve ice coffee's and poke bowls. They remodeled and it looks wonderful too

Came in before work one day in a hurry & I let my cashier know I only had a few minutes to grab something don’t remember her name but she was very polite & said I’ll have it ready right now. 10/10 quality & service she literally took maybe 2 minutes best customer service skills

Love their bowls but came in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one coming and taking my order. Just ended up walking out. There was a line starting and no worker to be seen. Unprofessional

She was by her self early in the morning & still managed to give me my order in a reasonable time! *Please update your hours on the door I kept coming in at 7 before work thinking it’s open but realize online it says 8 :(

Great poki bowls!. They can make Keto Friendly bowls too!, Very Friendly, clean place, music could be better but Will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Poke bowl quality has changed for the worse. Bad quality rice, but fish is still good. There used to be more toppings. Coffee is good. Probably best for coffee and acai bowls.

Went in a hour before closing ask for boba bowl on the menu they said due to almost closing the couldn't do what I wanted they have a community board where I put my buissness card up before I noticed there was only one left I try to restock it and one of the staff members said I couldn't put it up do to management approval but yet my cards we you there about 2 weeks ago just the way the staff said "ay ay ay give me ill take it management has to get approval was not professional" a community board is for your customers to see what's around them.

I love grabbing acai bowls here! Unfortunately the Poke bowls were disappointing.

It was my wife's and I first visit to Rio Acai. The staff was friendly and efficient in managing the orders. We ordered the Rio and Paleo Acai bowls. They were excellent. Great balance with the ingredients and quality fruit.

Been coming here since before COVID I believe so & have genuinely never disappointed with their açaí bowls ! It’s awesome coming back & seeing how much more PRETTYY it looks inside & serving Peet’s coffee now too! Staff is pretty limited usually so they do take a minute to get orders finished but hey that’s completely ok by me! :D 🫶🏼

Good food but every time I order on door dash a size large they send me a medium I call the business nobody ever picks up

Loved the environment here! Super friendly staff (counter and kitchen). Menu was easy to go through and no fuss. We ordered the The Hawaiian which is the non-spicy choice. Ahi Tuna was very good and carried the whole meal. I loved that it wasn't overpowered by any sauce. I did wish they diced up the onions more, bc there were a whole lot of onions, but that's personal preference. Had a little spicy mayo on the side. Overall, great experience!

Very friendly and welcoming. Great Customer service!! The store is always clean, and smelling fresh. I highly recommend the Powerhouse with Nutella if you've never had an acai bowl.

Love this place! After I believe 9 visits, i believe you get a free medium bowl. Their poke bowls are good, too.
