Kabob Land was 10 stars out of 5 stars. The food was AMAZING. I had steak, rice, bread, salad with garlic sauce. Will be back!!!

Service was great. Food was fantastic. Waitress gave us tips on what to do with the tomato and seasoning on the table. If it's your first time someplace, always let them know and maybe you'll get to experience a great new adventure. PS, I am from LA (endless food options) and this by far is one of the better kabob joints I've come across.

If I could give 0 stars to this restaurant I would!!!! I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business, I saw a ROACH underneath my table, the food came out late and it was cold and when I asked to speak with the owner regarding the situation he was so rude about it!! I would never ever come here again and the food is overpriced for the nasty quality

My recently deceased father, who was born and raised in Iran, really liked this place. I've been here twice and the food never disappoints. Real Iranian food, too: chicken and beef kabobs, stews, yogurt and cucumber salad. Great food and very nostalgic.

Was surprised to discover that the best Persian restaurant is in Fresno! Probably the juiciest and perfectly grilled kabobs I have tasted. Don't forget to ask for their garlic sauce and chili sauce. Their grilled vegetables are also delicious.

Wow!! Just, WOW! I am incredibly happy with our first experience here. We used door dash for delivery, and holy cow we were not disappointed. From the perfectly seasoned beef shawarma to the creamy delicious hummus, everything was perfect. The falafel was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The rice..perfection. And don’t even get me started on the baklava! What a wonderful change of pace for our town, and the adventurous eaters who live here. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I know we’ll be repeat customers!

What a rip off! $10 salad a sample size you can literally finish with 2 spoons. Called the restaurant to confirm and was told because everything was expensive to make it was the right one. Literally, a few pieces of tomato, onion and cucumber

Yesterday was my second time at this restaurant. Their food is so delicious and light. We ended up getting extra to go, that’s how delicious it was. I also like how they had a vegan kabab for my vegetarian daughter. The workers are very nice and welcoming. Def will go back soon.

I haven’t had Persian food in years. Coming to this place brought back memories. Delicious ground beef kabobs and chicken kabobs and the staff was not only friendly but helpful with recommendations. Would definitely come back again!

The best koobideh you will ever have and it’s not even close. When I’m able to I come here multiple times a week to get the koobideh. Great post workout snack!

Tasty food but the chicken was so chewy. Beef kebab was good. I chose humus instead of grilled veggies as a side and it came in a tiny container. The amount of rice needed more humus and veggies. Do not forget tot ask for the garlic sauce as it goes very well with the chicken

Great food, nice service, good seating & always a good time. If you like juicy Persian style kabobs this place has it all. Definitely a great place for meat lovers to try!

The food was amazing. Family owned and operated with the exception of the waiter. We were in a rush and couldn't spend enough time there. I look forward to returning, highly recommended.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The service is outstanding! I prefer Mediterranean cuisine so I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and variety. I plan to return and bring family with me!

Food was excellent and service was on point. Authentic persian food and most importantly for our Muslim community HALAL. The owner came out and greeted us was very warm and friendly. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Prices are also fair.
