Brought my friends here, 5 of us. You can feel the culture in there. Clean and spacious. Emily was our waitress and we all fell in love with her. She's the best! Customer service was phenomenal. The food and the desserts were some of the best here in Fresno! 3 of the desserts are homemade and I highly recommend those. We will be back tomorrow if possible ❀ Came back later for the belly dancing πŸ’ƒ and it was a blast!

My son and I enjoyed our first visit! Friendly greeting, very clean and quiet setting. The decor almost made it feel like a home. The food was completely wonderful! Everything was delicious- full of flavour and tasted fresh! The lamb was soft and cooked to medium perfection. My son loved the chicken and he tried the lamb and wants it next time! The prices seemed reasonable especially with the portions! I recommend this place and we will absolutely eat here again!

We are new in town and not sure about the food in compare with other Mediterranean food! The food for me was three stars not more! But I can give it 4 star fir other things, it was really peaceful with fresh flowers on all tables, clean bathroom and friendly staff! I don’t think we will go back there anyway!

I had the chicken shawarma and it was delicious. Highly recommend! The Lamb shank was also very good. Welcoming staff! They turned off the lights for my sisters birthday. Will definitely be returning

I am a bariatric patient, and therefore sometimes it's really hard to find a place that fits my diet. This place though has a killer lamb salad with the best house dressing. I most definitely will be coming back for this delicious plate. Service was also great, they checked on us quite a bit. Thank you!

Since it was after 10pm when I came, there was hardly anyone there. There was only one waiter. We ordered a $21 lamb dish and a $19 kebab dish. the $21 dish was cold, as was the sauce at the bottom of the dish, which I doubt had been sitting there for long and the chef didn't even have the desire to heat it up. the only thing that was hot was the rice. The only thing that was hot was the rice. the lamb for $19 was ok. But overall, the lamb didn't have any flavor that lamb should have. Our side dish was yalangi which tasted too sour. The lights were dim and we couldn't even see our dishes clearly. There was only one waiter, but it looked busy enough to explode.

This place is excellent! We had a large party of almost 20 people and the service was excellent. The staff was great, accommodating, and friendly. We felt like this was a private spot just for us. And ofc the food was spot on and always consistent. 100/10 would come again and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality Syrian food!

Definitely not the best . The chicken shawarma was good, hummus was smooth but not the authentic flavor, baba ghannouj needs adjustment, chicken kabob and kafta were blend, needs more flavor. Beef kabob no flavor , very chewy and very dry. Kibbeh wasn’t bad. 2 to 3 stars max

Came in for dinner looking forward to eating a yummy meal despite the dead crowd.. (never eat somewhere that is empty) Cold food & terrible taste. Very different than advertised & served during the day. The service was very unpleasant and effortless.. Ordered beef kabob plate & chicken soup but supposedly chicken soup was out. Got the vegetable soup instead. It was very greasy & tasted microwaved... even heard the microwave go off as there was no one in there but myself.. Still had 4hrs til close though mind you.. Food finally came after the terrible soups. Cold. The beef was overcooked & dry. The rice was cold. The salad was messy. So disappointing. Halfway into the plate my stomach started hurting so I ate so slow Still trying to just eat the rest since I already ate it. Didn't want to be one of those people.. despite literally going home & going straight to the toilet. Ps. a couple walked in after I was mid way thru w the food & they got the quickest most friendliest & welcoming service.. much quicker food you could hear the stove on & cooking the food. My phone was dead the whole time so I had no choice but to listen to everything going on Wasn't going to complain because it was already late & I was just over it. But after the main guy was topping off the rudeness & emphasizing the other servers I just had to share the experience. Why did they not actually cook my food and treat me w the same respects & tell me about all their attractions? Not sure If it was because the main guy wasn't there til after they served my food.. Expressed my concerns w the waitress as well but all she seemed to be worried about was the change, which they took so long to bring back.. I always tip even if they're especially rude but after the treatment from them all I just don't ever want to return nor recommend to anyone. **ADDING IN: THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY. THEY WENT OUT THEIR WAY TO GO TO MY WORK PLACE. HARRASSED ME WHILE I WAS WITH MY CLIENT TO "OFFER ME" SO I COULD TAKE MY REVIEW DOWN ABOUT THEIR POOR SERVICE & OLD FOOD** "SAL" & HIS BOSS. These people are unprofessional and crazy. You continuing to harrass me bout changing my honest review about janky you were, while im at work is NOT going to make me change my mind on my TRUTHFUL REVIEW. You guys should've addressed your customer concern in person not wait til someone speaks up. Apparently this isn't the 1st someone has had an ugly experience here either.

We got there it was very dark, nobody there. We should have turned around and left but unfortunately decided to stay. Food came out cold. Rice day old and no flavor! Yalachi was disgusting. No flavor and dry. Lahmajun was microwaved. The person who took our order was the same person who went back in the kitchen and cooked our food. She said she was β€œoverwhelmed β€œ, even though we were the only people there. We are never going back and don’t recommend it. Waisted $75. We did not eat anything so we went to McDonald’s and that was thousand times better!

Overpriced for barely any food and made me extremely sick. I got the vegetarian plate for $15 for hardly anything and now I've been running to the bathroom every 10-15 minutes. No food is worth getting sick over, but their food wasn't even good. It was bland. Will never be eating here again.

We haven't gone to the restaraunt, but we got to experience the truck they have in Tower District. The guy was very nice and very fast. The falafal was probably the best I've had in Fresno. The rice pilaf is so tasty it's to die for. Definitely give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

Food is great we ordered different plates and everything was delicious. Staff was friendly and nice. The restaurant has a different entertainment each day of the week is something different and fun to do, you are able to dance have fun and listen to good music. I recommend it.

My girl had the beef Lula plate and I had the chicken wrap plate with red pepper hummus, we also had a side of regular hummus which by itself wasn't as good and needed salt but the rest of the food was amazing, great flavor and fresh didn't even mind the wait.

The chicken was good everything fresh but falafel sandwich had no sauce, dry from what Id remembered the tastiness to be. Service was not friendly or helpful. We had to wait so long for her to come back after food was delivered. We needed sauce and more bread and would have liked more beverage.

Me being half Arab American and Half Anglo American seem like I have waited for a place like this for about three decades. Can't compare this to any other "Mediterranean" restaurant in the Fresno/Clovis area that take on a fusion approach with a chain like menu. The dishes remind me of the old country, succulent, made with time and care, never dry cuts hastily saved off stack, just everything comprised of plump cuts seasoned perfectly, each component adding to a harmony of flavor. Priced well too, and as a bachelor I could not come close to replicating even a component of one of their dishes. I'll probably eat from there for some time after discovering it until I experience burn out, but don't see that happening any time soon. It's a bachelor's dream and I predict a family favorite as well if I had one!!! 5 stars....if there were 6 stars as an option it would get it!

Recently moved nearby and had high hopes after reading reviews and visiting the restaurant to pick up a menu. But my first dining experience fell below expectation. Ordered Beef Kebob dinner, side of Tabouli, and Baklava. I requested beef to be prepared medium rare and what I received was very well done, dry, tough, and chewy. The Tabouli consisted of about 3-4 tablespoons of salad. What was there was tasty, however I could hardly believe this was a full serving. The rice pilaf was plentiful but was over cooked to the point of being mushy. And the Baklava had one layer (only) of filling with otherwise dry sheets of barren philo dough. IMO there are better local Mediterranean dining options.

We love this place! Falafel wrap, seasoned fries, tabouli salad and hummus are our go-to’s. The garlic sauce is a must on the side. We’ve also tried the soup and one of the romaine salads with a lemon dressing which were both delicious as well. The younger gentleman who has helped us is very friendly, I didn’t get his name. Our only issue here is that we’ve been quoted inaccurate wait times for takeout but otherwise no issues here :)

Pleasant atmosphere. Lovely dining rooms. The restaurant can easily be set up for events. Great service and beautifully presented dishes. The low lighting and openness between each table offers a lovely, intimate setting. A Taste of Aleppo really presents some of the best of Syria.

Wonderfully tasty food, generous portions, friendly service, fast (but not too fast), and calm. Excellent place to try out something different from your average restaurant.

Small servings and quality isn't great. There are much better places for Kebab around Clovis/Fresno.

We liked the pictures and the reviews. But after eating, we felt like it was below our expectation. Kababs were okay. Taste if other items were just okay. We were the only one except another couple for dinner.
