I love this place, I hate the area it’s in but it seems that these types of restaurants are always in the middle of bad areas. The menudo is actually better than my moms and I can say this because she will never read this. Good quality food, clean and reasonably priced. The flan is wack but I can deal with no desert.

Nice low key taqueria! I ordered the carnitas plate and it came out fast and hot. The meat, beans and rice all had good flavor and texture, the veggies were fresh, and the salsa was great. Looking forward to checking out more of the menu 🌮

Excellent tasting food and large portions for the price. I took a picture of my chorizo breakfast burrito next to an iPhone mini to show the size. It tasted amazing too. I’d highly recommend coming here

I ordered 2 shredded beef enchiladas. There was very little meat and they were stuffed with bell pepper, onions etc. I didn't like it at all and that isn't what I ordered. Perhaps this is a certain style of cooking Im unfamiliar with, nevertheless they should let the customer know they are going to get vegetable enchiladas instead. Disappointed.

Happy I moved nearby. Authentic and fresh ingredients. Super burrito was completely full of ingredients with homemade tortilla. **IMPORTANT** burrito was FULL, not overlapping tortilla, not searching for meat, it was beautifully FULL. I was going to take a picture but I devoured it. Came with side of chips. Didn't charge extra for carrots, onion and jalapeno. Also, was super fresh and pickled well. Alot of Mexican restaurants on Blackstone but THIS is the one to try.

Love this place it's mine and my boyfriend's favorite breakfast burrito spot and don't get me started on their salsa it's soooooooooo good I just wanna buy a bunch of it lol

I usually go over to TJ for authentic flavorful tacos. This place is even better... authentic taste, awesome service. The environment is chill and welcoming. Best authentic Mexican food this side of the border.

First time visit and will more. The food is AMAZING The owner is very friendly and inviting. Although the location isn't great. It is definitely a restaurant to visit, you won't be disappointed. I'm looking forward to returning and I encourage all to give this family owned restaurant a chance.

Our first time food was good the place was clean and the person behind the counter was nice although it's not in the best part of town I felt safe with alot of cameras.

The owner has a 5 star attitude. They have best red salsa tacquera in the valley it’s unbeatable taste and heat combination makes any dish amazing. Burritos are on point too!

They got my order wrong. I asked them three times if my tacos had onions and cilantro, the lady said yes. She lied!!! The meat was not fresh and it was also very dry.

Decided to try this place tonight!bad choice ordered a burrito and tacos got in my car and the food smelled kind of funny like if it were old or something,so I payed no attention to the funny smell or the fact that the place was dead and empty.got home ate my food which was nothing special and now my stomach is killing me this was the only thing I ate all day so I wouldn't know of anything else that would make my stomach hurt besides this food. I will never go back ever

I like there home style menu. And the fresh agua fresca selections they have. If you love sea food try the Leche de Tigre warm cocktail. And if you want to venture try the Tacos ogados delicious but ask for the chile on the side.
