Quite possibly the best restaurant in Fresno. Unique food options, original sodas, and the highest quality food I've had in the city. Yet despite the quality, it is still somehow quicker than most fast food drive thrus. I haven't had a single thing here that wasn't excellent and can't recommend this place enough. The ingredients taste high quality and every option on the menu looks and tastes high quality as well. The presentation of the food is good and the general ambience of the restaurant is pleasant as well. There is also some outdoor patio seating which I enjoyed. Their unique drink selection is made using fair trade cane sugar, which is definitely worth a shout out. My only complaint is not having more locations! This is a place I would love to see expand throughout Fresno and the central valley.

This is a super great restaurant in Fresno. The food is outstanding, especially considering the price range. The whole restaurant concept is also well thought through. You order in advance, but get seated by a waiter afterwards like in a normal restaurant. Expect some long queues during peak hours.

So I come here too much. I have to restrict myself. I usually order more than I can eat because everything is just delicious. If you're new to the menu I suggest: cashew cauliflower appetizer, boneless fried chicken with BBQ and mustard dip sauce, beet salad, surf & turf, and for dessert: frozen yogurt (you'll get this last when you tell a waiter, they have season flavors but definitely try it!!!) The frozen yogurt can serve two people (well it should feed three really). But who cares, because it's really good if you're into soft serves. Did I mention how tasty the their frozen Greek yogurt is ? Anyways be prepared to wait in a long line and become undecisive with what to eat or drink. The wait is worth it for the delicious food, quick and friendly service, and an ambient dining experience. Really the staff here are on top of it, I applaud their swiftness to accommodate how busy this restaurant can become. There is outdoor seating and online ordering. Try heirloom more than once, this place is really good.

Wife and I had the ribeyes. They a touch past med rare and really needed salt. Overall everything was good. You have to try the fried rice. The sauce is off the hook delicious. I have eaten here a few times and everything I've tried has been good.

Great place for dining in or getting takeout, Heirloom offers delicious meals made from excellent ingredient sources! One could consider this place to be one of the few that offers healthier than average options in Fresno. Food is well seasoned and the portions were bigger than anticipated for dinner. Drinks are fantastic too!

The service is speedy despite the long line. Prices are moderate to high. The food is delicious, only thing I don't recommend is the pasta on kids menu. My daughter didn't like them and I agree they had an off taste. Other than that all was good. I really enjoyed dining outdoors. Would recommend

The food here is great! The portions are good and we had leftovers. For myself, I can put away the food and never do I take food home. I had the Santa Maria Tri-Tip burger! And wow it was amazing!!! I also had garlic fries which had a lot of flavor. My mom had the Mediterranean Salad.

This is my second visit and I enjoy eating there. I had the Mediterranean chicken, sweet potatoes, and green beans. Plus an order of garlic fries which are some of the best I've had in a while. My friend had the Mediterranean chicken, a wedge salad, and fried rice. Staff is friendly, usually a line to order, but goes fast.

There's always a line, but it moves quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great quality ingredients. The fig pizza was amazing and the flavor combo complimented each other well. I ordered a medium ribeye and it was more medium well; however it was still tender with a nice smoky flavor. No dish disappointed. This place is great.

The restaurant strikes a perfect balance of quality food, quick service, and a remarkable ambiance. The staff's friendliness and efficiency only added to the overall positive atmosphere. One of my favorite aspects of Heirloom is the bar seating. It's a great spot to indulge in some of their specialty cocktails. Watching the bartenders skillfully prepare full cocktails and then serve them from beer dispensers is both unique and fascinating – a real treat for any cocktail enthusiast. The food menu at Heirloom is diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. I opted for the steak sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The horseradish sauce accompanying it was flavorful and added a nice kick to the sandwich. It's clear that Heirloom prides itself on offering something for everyone, and they certainly deliver on that promise.

Prices very fair! Friendly service. Every bite was flavor packed. ! My roasted chicken was juicy’ And nice twist on the hummus. My friend had the Lamb burger (I tried a piece and love the feta and cucumber) my fried rice was on the sweet side (I think from the sauce on the top) I’m more of a savory gal. But everything was delicious and you can not beat their prices and portions! Go try Asap!

We were completely blown away by the fresh and flavorful food! If you're looking for delicious, locally sourced food served fast with reasonable pricing then this is the place to go. The service was also top-notch - our food arrived quickly and our server was attentive and friendly. Hands-down one of the best restaurant we've ever been to! Highly recommended!

Delicious food! There is a line when you get there but it moves quickly. As soon as you order, they find a spot for you to sit and food was out within 10min. So many delicious options! I had the butternut squash ravioli and my husband had the tri tip with greens. Can’t wait to come back here again!

OMGosh you guys, don’t let the line or the menu scare you away! The menu might be a little confusing at first but Everything I have tried here is delicious. The boneless fried chicken is cooked perfectly, the fried cauliflower is unbelievable. Best chicken sandwich (has chicken sandwiches at other popular chains beat). You have to try this place.

First time here and it has like a sizzlers way if ordering food. Staff was nice but no servers other than those who bring you your food and drinks. I got the fall chicken which for 17 you get 3 pieces of a small chicken. So far the best value is their 16$ entree and two sides. Overall the best thing to me was the salad. I would come here for their salads cause the other dishes are too pricey or portion size isn't enough.

This is one of my favorite farm-to-table places. The line was long but quick. We ended up bypassing the line and eating at the bar. Our bartender and server, Aaron, was AMAZING. Great drink recommendations. I had the Mule and the raspberry whiskey sour and my hubby had the Cucumber cooler and frozen peach bellini. Dinner was spot on. One of the best wedge salads I've ever had, and the ribeye was cooked to medium rare perfection. The bacon fried rice had a little kick to it and delicious. Don't sleep on the Fig Pizza. It has the most enjoyable flavors and enough for two. I love this place!

Food is always delicious, I've had the rib eye steak, butternut squash ravioli, fried rice, and their yogurt for dessert. Their drinks are also really good. The line moves fast and the food is served promptly.

One to get in was quite long… but it was well worth the wait. Some of the highest quality food I’ve had, everything tasted so fresh. Service was amazing and quick, and interior had a very nice design. Was a bit skeptical on trying Greek yogurt as a dessert, but it was really good. Overall 10/10

I thought the long-line and menu prices would feel too good to be true, but it truly wasn’t. Food, service, environment were all top notch. Cannot recommend this place enough. 💯

Literally EVERY bite rocked my world. Got the tri tip plate with sides of carrots and sweet potatoes. Everything was seasoned incredibly well. Finished with the pumpkin smash froyo which had this amazing blend of textures and flavors. I had one meal in Fresno and I'm so happy I chose this place.

Burger came to the table severely undercooked. Very pink/nearly bloody. Tried to flag-down a worker to come to our table, but no one was paying attention. Went up to the registers & asked for a new burger. Was told they couldn't do anything at that time because they had turned off the burner. Had to fight to get a new burger made. The new one was cooked correctly.

Heirloom is one of the best restaurants in Fresno. The food is fresh, delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. They easily get packed as soon as they open for lunch and same for dinner so plan accordingly. They give you a table after you order so they don’t take reservations. I recommend the Surf and Turf, Loom Bread and Garlic Fries for appetizers, while their plates for Shrimp, Tritip and Rib-Eye goes well with their other sides. They also have great alcoholic drinks and lots of options to choose from. It’s a Farm to Table restaurant so everything is fresh, unique and delicious!

If you’re looking for a party in your mouth, Heirloom is the place to go. The flavors are pretty spectacular and everything is done to perfection. I loved everything that I tried here and think that it’s one of the top establishments in Fresno. There typically is a line here but moves relatively quickly.

A friend recommended this place for dinner and was told that they don’t reservations so you just wait in line. The interesting part of this restaurant is while you’re in line, you can look at the menu — they take your order first and then seat you. I’ve never seen this and liked it very much so you don’t have to wait to be seated and then wait for your server. It was new and I liked that. I think that’s the reason for the line is just people ordering otherwise I think people would be seated faster but have to wait for service. Interior is very modern with a clean and sleek look. The cashiers brought us our food and when we were done, people came to take them. Surf and turf: 3/5, it was like bang bang shrimp on top of a steak teriyaki. Salmon: 5/5, absolutely delish! Ribeye: 5/5, so yummy! Chicken: 3/5, it was dry but still kinda moist. The sides are limited with your entree unless you get it separately but other than that, it was absolutely a great experience and I would go again!

I work in Fresno and now that my time is winding down I decided to go out for lunch for with my land lady. She recommended this restaurant and yes. I will post a picture because I did not take a picture of the menu to remember everything that was on it. Sorry, my fault. My ribeye was delicious and cooked to perfection (medium rare). Her salmon looked fantastic. It was crowded but the line moved quickly. You place an order at the counter and then they kindly lead you to your seating area. I will be stopping by again.

Pre Mother’s Day lunch & this joint is packed to a full. Long line don’t deter folks as it quickly dissipate. Menu is varied, healthy & current. People will also come back for the food, the service & the ambience. It’s all good

I loved this place! My friends and I arrived at 14:30, there was already a queue not only inside, but also outside, but on the whole it was going fast. The ordering system is like this: while you are standing in line, you choose what you want to order, and then you pay right away and they escort you to a free table and you wait there for your order. Drinks are unusual, most of all I liked blackberry lemonade and there is also Mexican cola) The place is spacious, there is a veranda in the green. The food was brought quickly, within 15 minutes. We ordered the Santa Monica burger and the America burger, as well as different kinds of fries like sweet potato, garlic and fries. Everything was delicious! I took 1 star because of the service, there was a lot of staff around but no one to turn to and they weren't helpful, they chatted amongst themselves and cleared the tables. And also at 3 o'clock most likely there was a shift change and the guys who had already "worked" off the first shift were walking across the hall in the T-shirts of the place and I asked one guy where I could get a box to go, he told me that he had already finished his shift and that I should ask the other employees. Let the employees go out at the end of their shift either from the back entrance or take off their work uniforms if they are no longer working! Better yet, if you teach them how to be customer-focused.

The line was well out the door but we were able to snag two of the "full service" seats at the bar, which are the best in the house because of the exceptional service and attention of the bartenders, who are constantly smiling and always busy. Everything is fantastic. The atmosphere, the drinks, and especially the food, which is some of the best we've had at any price. Speaking of prices, they are unbelievably fair, for example $18 for a perfectly grilled tri-tip and two beautiful side dishes. Generously-poured glasses of wine are $9 and cocktails are $10. We arrived at 12:30 with the line, with it even longer when we left at 2:00. It's totally worth the wait, but check out the bar when you arrive to see if that's an option.

Really impressed with this place. Firstly, there is a line but it goes by fast. You also pay first and then eat! (Love that system) Me and my boyfriend went here for the first time and we really enjoyed the food. The food is really fresh. I've honestly never had food so fresh before! So fresh that you can only get certain dishes when they are in season so the menu is seasonal. They also have beverages that are cold and healthy, such as ice teas w/ kombuncha. If you're vegetarian, perfect place for you! The environment has a comfortable feel to it even though its busy. I was recommended this place and its awesome. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed and if you're hesitant waiting in line, it's worth it! Can't wait to go back.

Not sure what all the hype is about...still. I've been here a handful of times and it's nothing amazing. Maybe it's my fault and I order the wrong items every time OR maybe Fresno people are just easily impressed. It's overpriced for the portions and has consistently lacked flavor/seasoning. Price per person for a Salad with a protein was about $20.

Excellent meals. The entrance gives you the impression of a fast food restaurant but after the order process, things calm down. We sat outside on a beautiful fall evening. We had the peach salad, wedge salad and fig pizza. All were excellent. Definitely recommend Heirloom!

First time visiting this restaurant. It was a long line before entering the restaurant to order. Once we ordered, we were seat quickly and our food didn't took long. The food was delicious. I like the size of of meal. The drinks were perfect. We were seat outdoors which it was perfect for the night. The weather was very nice. The place has a nice classy touch and seems very popular for younger people. Also they have small bar. $$
