My wife and I saw this place and tried it out. I saw previous comments about the owner and how he is, he is not like what they said. He is very nice! He even offered to cook for us and the whole table! After that we started to sing and even had a drink with each other at 5pm! This is by far the best Korean BBQ I've gotten! Remember that you cook your own meat and if you over cook your meat and becomes chewy then it is on you! Their meat is High Mid quality to High quality with lots of marbling. Do give the place a try! It was such a good experience I even invited a co worker to join us! Don't judge its book by its cover! Amazing meat and hospitality! I know that I'll be back for sure and will be the only Korean BBQ I'll go to from now on!

We went there for all you can eat Korean bbq, the pork belly , beef and short ribs were very chewy and low quality meat, barely have any side dishes, there is no comparison to other 2 Korean bbq restaurants in town, I left the restaurant still feeling hungry and not wanting to eat Korean bbq again for a long long time. The server is very friendly, that’s the reason I gave 1 star

The service are super bad. They do not have any sause, their sause is oil with salt. Their menu say one thing they serve another thing; the menu said seasoning octopus and the octopus they serve are plain... Their seasoning for the beef is nothing but salt. When they chopped the meat they do not use glove or was their hand. They do not have fountain drink, their drink are cans and bottles only. The worker do not want to work they are too lazy. This restaurant need to remain shut down. Don't go waste your time and money there.

It’s a great place but no one speaks English. There’s only two people serving people the owner and perhaps his daughter so it takes a while for ur food to be brought. And yes it’s an all u can eat buffet we paid $65 for 2 people. It’s super hard to communicate since they speak Korean and they only bring you 3 entrees and aren’t there to attend you if you need more food or drink refills. I had 0 complaints about the food tho I just wish they hired more people to attend. The food was great but i probably won’t go again bcs the language barrier was a hassle. If you speak Korean tho don’t let that stop you!

I went in to try to eat with my family of 8. We wanted the BBQ section. As soon as we walked in, the lady at the front counted us and told us only 9 people and up can eat there. So the table seats an odd number of people? So we just decided to leave and eat somewhere else. Another lady kept asking her "what happened?! What happened?!" As to why we were leaving. She didn't want to reply while we there. I just wanted to try it out but I guess we were unwanted.

The owner is very salty. She will yell at you if you mistake directions or whatsoever. The restaurant smells weird. The barbeque meat are stiff. As a Korean it was one of the most (if not THE most) disappointing restaurant I've ever been. I feel sad for people who gave high ratings to this place. They obviously never been to a decent Korean restaurant. I'd choose McD over this place.

Ehh, not very impressed. The menu has seven items on it, I felt like it was missing pages but nope that was it. No explanations as to what the meals are and the dish names don't help. The water cup had some white pasty stuff on the part right where your lip would touch. We actually just got up and left a few bucks on the table for their troubles of seating us and bringing water, decided to eat elsewhere so I really can't comment on what the actual food is like. Try at your own risk, I wasn't willing to find out.

Great Korean bar-bar-q here. Every thing us fresh. The salmon was moist, tasty and a very generous serving. The pork is good too. Don't forget to visit the gift shop. They have some wonderful local dried fruit and gifts.

Nice little mom and pop shop that definitely isn’t the typical K-BBQ experience most people are expecting, but was a more intimate and traditional. The owners were very hospitable despite the language barrier and kind to me and my friends during our first experience. I understand why it may not be for everyone, but I know I’ll be going back myself

My girlfriend took me to my first Korean BBQ and this place was great. We got there on a Tuesday and realized it was closed but the owner saw us and let us in. He was great and the food even better! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves great flavor. Not to mention the hospitality, they were off the charts! 👍🏽👍🏽

Food was good but service was very bad. Called in before Was told at least that we didn’t need a reservation of 9 until we got there, lady had said we needed a reservation. Place probably another table or so only. Once a group had came in she decided to make rude side comments saying that they were busy when there was only one table about to seat. Didn’t ask if we needed anything but gave a cold shoulder and just kept making more side comments. My aunt was still looking at their menu and she said that we could only keep one menu and decided to try snatch it away from them. Once we were done she then wanted to ask us rudely about tipping her and the servers. The older man was super nice though, better service from him.

By far one of the worse place I been too, the food and service horrible. Came here for lunch with my wife and I walked in the door and looked around for someone. We then seen a young short Asian girl seating staring at us. I then say hai you work here? Can I please get a table for 2 please. The girl said yes and point to an older lady and say go talk to her. At the same time she got up and walk away. So the older lady came and sat us at a table that had sticky floors and dirty grill. I asked her if I we can sit somewhere cleaner. She said sorry people came make mess last night, i look at her awkwardly . then we order the meat from all you can eat menu it was all flavorless we tried out all the option just out of curiosity. Most of the briskit and pork and chicken meat was thick and chewy or dry. By now I'm just eating to make my money worth not enjoying it. At the same time after we got our food the girl is in the back karaoke loud and I'm sorry to say her voice is not pleasant to the ears. the only time my wife and I see her is when she taking a break from singing to come out and see if we are ready to pay.

Worst Korean bbq, worst waitres,we literally were the only ones in the restauran,BIG CLUE we missed! The meat cuts are thick with no flavor your, sesame sauce is pure SALT, the waitress asked every 5 min it's good it's good , then at the end you ready to pay I'm right here, yelling across the empty restaurant,it was crazy we didn't even order another round of meat it was BAD,then to pay 97.00 for meat two us didn't eat my husband took one for the team he didn't want to waste what we spent my son and I ate the sides and left with a sour stomach because of it! I will NEVER come back or recommend. I told the waitress the meat was flavorless and she just apologized but nothing else. Don't go here its not worth the time ,money,or sour stomach!

One word: Authentic. I recently visited this authentic Korean restaurant and had an incredible experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. The meat was fresh and delicious, we saw the owner cut it and also made suggestions to us on what to get. But what really stood out were the side dishes - they were incredibly fresh and flavorful, surpassing those of other Korean restaurants I've been to. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an authentic Korean dining experience. The quality of the food, combined with the warmth and friendliness of the owner, make this a must-visit spot.

The greetings are very welcoming. The meat in portions is large and tasty. The side dishes are amazing. Please come enjoy and support this upcoming Korean BBQ place.

The food was very tasty, and generous portions. It was very busy as a tour-bus had arrived but the service was okay despite the huge crown of people all coming in. It needs a bit of a facelift, but if you want Korean food in Fresno and don't want to do one of the "grill it at the table" places, this would be a great option!

Although everything I ordered was good, the limited non-Korean BBQ menu and the general lack of attention by the staff left the lasting impression. I was a little disappointed with the banchan selection but it could have been limited because we did not order any BBQ dishes. The dolsot bibimbap (hot stone that cooks rice, veggies, and meat while you stir) was delicious and on par with many Ktown restaurants.

Was a great experience for my family and I! The beef was tender and flavorful. The kimchi was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The owner of the restaurant was kind enough to grill and cook the meat for us. There’s even a poster that shows the owner won a cooking competition in Korea! very promising indeed. You can tell that this restaurant was family oriented and my family and I enjoyed our time here. 10/10 recommend.

Went for the all you can eat BBQ, the service was okay it seems very family run so everyone of the staff helps abd were nice, the cuts of meat we got were not too good, very fatty but the bulgolgi was very good, one of the staff kept throwing everything on the grill which was a bit annoying. It seems they are still trying to get the hang of being an all you can eat bbq since they only reopened a little while ago so I believe it will be better after some time.

Hubby wanted to try this place because he’s a big fan of Korean bbq. I am not. But he told me they had sushi so I agreed to come. Pulled in and there was no cars in sight. The place honestly looked closed. We walk in and no one was there. The server took us to the back, and gave us our menus. Our only option was the all you can eat lunch bbq. I tried to order sushi and he said sorry they don’t have it. The whole back of the menu is sushi and still he said the lunch bbq was the only thing they were serving (it was 1:00 pm) I decided not to order anything. The whole place is dirty, even the menus were sticky and grimey. This place is not taken care of at all and I was honestly scared to eat here and get sick. If they don’t take care of the front of the restaurant that people see and eat at, what makes you think they are taking care of the back?! Or the kitchen!? I wouldn’t trust the food at all. Hubby ordered his bbq and ate and I stuck with just water. The only good part about this place is the server was very kind. There was a language barrier, but still stayed kind. Would not recommend. I don’t even do food reviews, but for the sake of preventing someone else from having this experience and leaving hungry, I had to write this.

GREATEST KOREAN BBQ IN FRESNO!!! My wife and i (recently married) wanted to try and find some new restaurants that would be good to come and eat at consistently. And this. Was. It!! The waitress that served us was very helpful and pleasant and answered any questions that we had! Food was excellent and the atmosphere is authentic and clean. Will be returning!

Food portions was adequate, nothing left to waste. Mongolian did have a +5 flavor out of 10. Service was not exactly warm, never was asked if I wanted a drink , it was just the basics with one check back before dropping the bill. Probably will be another 2 to 3 years before I go again.
