I almost got my oder right tonight service was very nice but my oder rown I oder my crazy bread plain no butter no cheese and I got not what I order

I ordered the pizza n slice. They burnt most of the pizza and they made me wait for it. I order garlic parm wings and they ran out of the sauce. I will never go back

My pizza was not fresh! It must have been sitting in the oven for quite awhile. It was dry and quite disappointing. Parts of it were burnt as well. And when I received my change the cashier just assumed I didn't want my pennies so she took the liberty to shortchange me two cents. The employees need to be reprimanded. I feel like I got ripped off!

I order online. Less of a hassle. And my pizza is always fresh get there maybe about 10min before the pick up time.

I went in and waited several minutes, I could see three people in the back but no one ever came to the counter so I left. One of the workers was hiding around the corner on her phone.

Pizza, Pizza Little Ceasars has always been a go to spot food is tasty, and you won't waste (pun) bread, still have $$ in pocket got pizza in out quick not is perfect so 5 stars not going to happen, 4stars all day, go check with Caesars if to hot to cook can't go wrong they have wheelchair accessibility, sometimes parking in front of store, and if vegan pizza you want they can do that like I said the go to

Ordered an Extra most bestest and stuffed crazy bread. The cashier didn't give me a receipt. waited 15 minutes and the guy gives me a hot and ready with 3 instead of 4 stuffed crazy bread sticks. I took it back in showed him and he says " that's how we make then now, its more cost efficient" so he says, "I'll throw on some crazy bread" under cooked and just wadded up nice n tight👍. Got the pizza home to the Fam and there pretzel salt on the bottom of the pizza(somebodies not washing pans like they're supposed too?. There is like 12 people working there (Friday, Nov. 3rd 2023, 6pm) 5 have long sweaty hair, no hair nets in sight. The cashier acted like they were swamped, but there were only three people there. 5 people came to get there orders out of the pizza portal and every single one of there orders was missing something or wrong.3 customers before me were waiting on missing items for their orders.This place used to be efficient and clean, now it looks like a Ratted out hang out for the local homeless and Drunks from the bar. Everyone working tonight looked like they could care less if they had a job. I will not be visiting this location again. I'd rather drive 5 minutes to clovis were the kids take a little pride in there work.

This little Caesars is the worst. I stood there for a bit until someone came up, since there NEVER answer there phone. Pizza was gross, the dough had a light shade of green didn’t eat it at all. It smelled like old dough! Disgusting , will never go back to this little Caesars nor recommend it. Horrible

Customer service was great but I called in and ordered a fresh hot and ready abs this is what I got no sauce in the middle and burnt pepperoni

They don't answer their phone to take orders, then when you get there it's a 20 minute wait for anything you order. Waste of time and money. Customer service is lacking.

Pretty good food for when you need a quick pizza fix late at night

They didn't have any hot and ready pizza's ready. I ordered my pizza's he said 20 minutes went back in 20 minutes the 2 making pizza's never put my pizza in to bake. They were really slow

If 0 stars were an option, that's what I would rate this specific location. Good luck ever getting them on the phone. Ghetto; overall terrible service. One customer in the place and the employees answer was, "we don't answer the phone when it's busy." Busy??? 🤔 The pizza is always burnt- probably why they don't ever answer the phone. Horrible choice for pizza -go literally anywhere else! You've been warned 🤣

I'm giving them a three-star rating because I am a fair person. We went inside grabbed a couple of hot and ready pies, Got halfway home and went in for a slice and saw that both pizzas had been sitting out for a while. I went back and the young lady at the register was pleasant she apologized and made them hot and fresh. Next time I will look inside the boxes before leaving. I actually like Little Caesars and have been eating it for years but I like it hot and ready every time. Five stars for customer service three stars for the experience and the price of gas going back.

A solid Little Caesars. Their customer service is definitely increased a lot lately. The person I spoke to on the phone a few minutes ago was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. The order was clearly repeated back to me, she understood everything I said the first time. It was great. And she was very nice. Their food is pretty normal for a Little Caesars. Not saying it's bad but they're kind of like McDonald's where everything tastes the same and everyone of their locations taste the same. But it's still decent food for the price.

Whenever I go the pizza is super fresh, and the people are excellent.

I stopped going to the one on first and Gettysburg because for the past 3 months the ringer volume to their phone is turned off. I even called while being in the store to test it out and there was no phone ringing in the store but it was on my phone. Very disappointed and even when I mentioned to the employees they said “it’s been broken”

The Pizza there cause diareah in my family really bad 😞 all are stomachs hurt like seems like food poisoning most likely the employees are not practicing sanitizing there hands.

Cheaper than the other Caesars and thats probably the only big reason I gave it 4 stars. Other than that I do feel like the quality is a bit less compared to the other locations.

I ordered a pizza & garlic bread on line for delevory & this is what I received. 🧐 Garlic bread w/ so much garlic salt that it was spicy. Unheard of ever. Didnt know garlic salt would do that. 😑🙄🤫 & my pizza wasn't a pie when it got here & they both were cold as ice 🥶 & my boxes wasn't sealed. 🤔🤔🤔 its been an hour now since the food was dropped off & still no one is answering the phone. 😕

This location always seems to be busy. Despite that though the staff that was there has always been super friendly and helpful and apologetic for any delays. If you can I highly recommend using the app to order in advance. It makes it easier by far but if you're driving by and just want to get a quick pizza this is still a good option.
