The worsest spicy chicken sandwich ever!!! Who the hell messes up and order with regular sandwiches knowing damn well I ordered spicy 🌶 and then to top it off I have to return to get it right and then I open it looking like this all burned up without spicy sauce . I’m so very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service tonight . The music is a distraction to servicing orders . So unprofessional

here is the 6 dollar box i’ve ordered from this restaurant. After finding this out i called twice and they didn’t pick up despite being open for another 3 and a half hours.

I know this location is usually very busy and that was no exception tonight. The workers got us through as fast as they could. My side of mac just seemed really small and it was just super oily. My only complaint was the mac and portion.

All I need is a tasty spicy chicken sandwich. Cool waves, fresh pow, some golf flowing tracks. Thanks POP- eyes ♥️🤙✌ U da best.

Do NOT use Popeye's mobile app for this franchise. When I picked up my order, the order on their side was different than what I had ordered on the app. They were out of soda and had already dumped out the ice tea 35 minutes before closing. They were out of beignets that I had ordered. And because I had ordered through the app, I had already paid. When I reported on the app about the missing items, they gave me loyalty points FOR THE APP! NO way I am using the app again. Popeye's needs to take away the franchise from the franchisee. As you can see from the other reviewers, I am not alone.

Extremely slow service I had to wait 10 minutes in line even though there was only one person ahead of me. The cashier who is an older woman is pretty ghetto, when it was finally my turn instead of saying a simple "hi" she began waving her hands around for me to start ordering. I waited another 20 minutes just for her to mess up my order. She eventually fixed my order but it was obnoxious. I even heard her raising her voice and arguing with the customers. A ghetto cashier and extremely slow service isn't a good combo.

There was a terrible girl. I Was ordering drive through just off from work. She yelled to me with no reason! I asked why you so rude, she didn’t answer me then they had the other boy took my order. I should ask her name and report her. The boy keep saying sorry but actually not his fault. That’s the girl who should do apologize! If she doesn’t like serving job she should just quit. Don’t put temper and extra stress on their customers. I try to get her name on the receipt, they didn’t even put receipt and napkins in my take out bag. The management should keep eye on this girl, she probably will make bigger issue in the future. I saw there re few one star reviews about her bad attitude on google . I can’t understand why a restaurant hired such rude employee. She is Crazy! I will never ever come back to this location just because of her. This is most terrible experience I got ever!

Tiny pieces of chicken, very slow service, extremely cold dining room, and side items that were half full. Makes it hard to want to come back.

Pretty cool. It’s just like any other fast food. Their spicy chicken sandwich was fire though. Except, they screwed up the order, so I had to go back inside to get it corrected. And the drive thru line got backed up pretty fast, as it seemed like there was only one person working. You would have a driver wait, and then get their order taken. And then the next driver had to wait a few minutes, and then get their order taken. Soooo if you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t chill in this drive thru.

Tried all locations in our area, and this one seems to have the best flavor ise. Their red beans and rice are perfectly seasoned. The bacon and cheese original chicken sandwich pairs very well with it.

It seems that Popeyes is catering to a specific culture by discontinueing the Dirty Rice, and that is a mistake. Like Taco Bell who advertise that beautiful picture of a fully stacked taco or burrito, when you bite in you taste meat flavor from the two small bites, the meat is NOT there to enjoy(corporate ROBBERY, just like that half bag of potatoes chips). That Dirty Rice is GGGOOOOOOOODDD, and Popeyes needs to pay attention to the PUBLIC, otherwise; Let the BOYCOTT WARS Begin(corporate GREEDY maggotts)!!!

Some of the best chicken around Fresno. I always get the piece meal I am never dissatisfied. Cashier reads back order without a prompt high marks for professionalism. Go back every week.

This location has usually been pretty decent. The inside of the restaurant is pretty clean (usually the outdoor patio area is dirty due to homeless) and the staff is actually more than friendly, they’re like really nice relatives that you only see about once a year. Anyways. Cleanliness and customer service were great! But, the sandwich seemed a bit soggy, my brother threw his away where I did get to eat mine. The coke machine seemed to be down, as the only flavor available was mellow yellow. On top of that, the order took quite a long time to be made, it was a 6.99 box and a chicken sandwich, not too much, but it took about 10-15 minutes and it didn’t seem to fresh either. This place deserves another try as it was a generally good experience, just the food was not up to par like it usually is

This location has slowly become my favorite to eat at its so close to campus and the food is always fresh. Authur the assistant manager was great and so helpful definitely made my visit enjoyable.

Customer service was terrible. 2 people were on their phones in the back, 5 customers at the counter waiting, nobody came. Me and another customer kept calling out for some napkins and plates, no response for another 5 minutes. They proceed to give us attitude when they gave us the stuff. I’d assume spending $60 on a family meal would amount to something for decent service. But alas, the food felt disappointing, half their food was unavailable, lobby soda machine was unavailable, common utensils were unavailable, and yet they took forever to accommodate us when we asked for them.

It was Sunday my first time ever going to Popeyes and they tell me they are out of $6 Hushpuppy Shrimp Meal & will not have any more till Tuesday so the following Sunday I call this location 7x over a 2 hour period to see if they have the Hushpuppy Shrimp, but the phone just rings & rings and No answer. Another bunch of FAST FOOD CLOWNS who really don't care about their Business!!!

I have to say the staff is very nice. Food good..This last time tho' homeless approached me at the drive thru while ordering.l love all people l just felt invasion of my privacy. I know the person taking orders could hear me thru the speaker but no apologies or any effort to rid the people molesting ..actually there was no waiting the food was ready..l felt like as quick as they want to get my order out that's how quick they should take care of homeless

Chicken and mashed potatoes and biscuits were good. Should have been offered the honey and butter for the biscuits. Disappointed in lack of sides options because they were out of so much. Need to go to the restroom and needed a code to get in, when I got the code there was no toilet paper or seat covers went out and informed the staff and they came back with I'm sorry we don't have those supplies to fix that. So my family and I promptly left.

Service was phenomenal! All the workers were so sweet and you could hear all the support and communication the workers were giving each other. The cashier Ymani went above and beyond for us and was extremely sweet.

It's always hit or miss with this location. They seem to be out of menu items fairly regularly. Also we've received the wrong items a couple of times. The food is consistently pretty good though. The people working are friendly.

Bought the tackle box all seven of the shrimp were battered and fried with the tail shell on under the batter there is nothing worse than biting into fried shrimp then have to peel the shell off of your teeth. I had to ask for ketchup and hot sauce.Ordered a drink lite ice, full to the top with ice. Asked for a receipt the girl at the window said they didn't have receipt paper TODAY, that means no survey. And of course the dining room is not open.... expecting Popeyes to close soon. Been there twice in the past and the bathroom door wouldn't lock, water on the floor and the toilet broke.

I went to the one on ceder the cook at night is the best my chicken is so fresh compliments to the night time cook it’s was around 600 pm my tenders are juicy and cooked to a crispy finish yes this is the stuff I’m talking about this the Popeyes we know that you so much!
