The pizza was great and the price was awesome. The customer service was lacking everything. I went in and the person sees me and turns away to prepare abox for a pizza. I wait 3 more minutes. Finally, i have to announce myself so i can be served! The same guy takes my order then tells me it will take about 30 min. I ask him if i can wait in my car, just outside in their tiny parking lot. The guy says he will bring it out when my order is ready. I am waiting and I have a feeling my pizza is ready. So i go inside, I announce myself. Nothing. Workers are doing their own thing. I wait for almost 5 min watching as each worker sees me but makes an effort not to acknowledge me. I get tired of waiting and being ignored so I yell out, 'Am I invisible?' A person comes to help me, gives me my pizza and tells me they can not give people their pizza at their cars unless they sign up for curbside service. The guys were not rude, when speaking, but they ignore their customers. I guess i will go to another Dominoes that wont ignore me or treat me like I'm an inconvience to them. I am a customer after all. Without customers, they would not be in business!

Took forever to get the pizza and once a got home (15 miles away) the pizza was burn. Now they want me to drive all the way back to get replacement pizza. The worker I spoke to told me that he knew it was burn but they were busy.

6-9-2022 @ 8 pm. Waited on the phone for over twenty minutes with no answer so I finally just showed up in person to order. When I walked in two employees a male and a female were in the customer area bashing another co-worker named Crystal who was not even there. Their customer service and their professionalism was definitely lacking at the "C" street location. As soon as I informed them I was on hold for twenty minutes and there may be something wrong with their phones the guy there got very defensive raising his voice telling me they've been busy so I just left the store completely. No one was at the store as a customer but me and only one guy was working as the other two kept talking about the other employees. I've never had a problem with ordering from them or their customer service before however haven't ordered from that location for sometime. The two staff members there today really need to be re-trained. They are hurting the stores revenues.

If your ordering for work and feeding people, this isn't the place go. I need my order done by 11am not start cooking my pizza at 11am. I usually go here once a month to feed my coworkers, they were good until now. Got to find a different pizza place within range now.

Ordered delivery tonight around 9:45 pm, and their tracker had someone supposedly leaving with my order around 10:50; about 30 minutes after that, the tracker indicated that the delivery was complete even though we never received anything, not even a phone call. We tried calling the store about it, but whoever picked up the phone just put it right back on the hook... I've had Domino's across the nation, and this is the first time I've ever had a problem like this with them but it's a rather serious one! I'm currently out about $40 and most everything else in Fresno is closed now, so I guess my wife and I get to starve tonight; thanks for nothing, folks... UPDATE: Just got an email saying my order was canceled; still starving, but at least the financial side is squared away...

The pizza is good here, but damn it was understaff, feel bad because one dude answering call while taking order and giving me my pickup. Genuinely hardworking and good employee in my eye

W order food 2 and a half hrs before close. It never came! When we tried to call after it had been almost 2 hrs and the tracker said it had been delivered no one would answer the phone at the restaurant. So, since it was midnight and we ordered food at 9:30 after working a 13 hr day we didn't get dinner at all and had only about 5 hrs sleep before another 12 hr day. Never order from this dominos!

Staff was busy and Manager just standing around instead of taking orders or helping other customers, he was rude and unprofessional. My 1 pizza took over an hr to be ready. When said it was ready for pick up online. I still waited 35 mins more.

After over 35+ years eating here at domino's I have been turned off of eating here not only did management (allegedly) serve badly but he also did not know his address or location to his own restaurant could not give the phone number to the corporate office and offered no resolution to any of the issues. Additionally: They also did not follow any of the instructions or special requests we made when ordering our dinner.

Placed an order online on Aug 31st around 10pm for delivery. Paid extra for sauces... order didn't arrive until after midnight. Pizza was cold and they forgot my extra sauces which I had paid for. The restaurant was closed so I had to wait until the next day to call the store. I called and was told that they would refund my order. I waited over a week for a refund which never came. I called the store again and spoke to the manager. He was terribly rude and condescending. He told me that they didn't give refunds. I asked him why and he hung up on me. So I basically paid for food I did not receive. Thus restaurant is horribly managed... So beware, if you pay by debit or credit card and you don't receive your full order.... you're just out your money!!!

Well the Dominoes on C St. in Fresno, California is our location for delivery and we have been ordering a lot but we are having a awful experience with that store! We have been trying to make notes and call ect...the pasta fettuccine sauce it comes very dry and the portion is like serving a 5 yrs old child. Please address this issue to the store manager as I have variously.

i would rate it 3 and a half, but it is what it is. it feels average but the wait is tolerable where i'm at.

Pizza was ok. Location is horrible and my food wasn’t ready until later than originally quoted.

Dough had part raw. Chicken Wings were really fatty. Meat was no meaty but fatty🤢 (Compared to "7-11" wings . Domino loses.) Returning distance store was too far. Nearest closed due to someone driving thru it according to driver.

I felt welcomed right when I walked in, the staff was friendly and my order was ready quicker than I expected, I tried the Cheesy Stuffed Pepperoni Bread, And I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza which was good. The waiting room was also clean and the temperature wasn't too hot or too cold. Will Recommend 💜

Pizza was sloppy and dry didn't make it with any love pizza was dry

The pizzas were ok and felt like they weren't baked we. But the customer service was good when helping me why I was being overcharged and set the price right.

The pizza I got yesterday was not good, yes I wanted thin crust meat lover's. I had very little meat and it was like it was made earlier that day. I was very inhappy .I won't do that again. Thank you.

I ordered a pasta primavera that was supposed to have vegetables and no meat and I got a chicken Alfredo instead.

Always fast and get the orders right about 95 percent of the time. Friendly employees. Sometimes a little to fast. About 50 percent of the time the pizzas have cut marks but only about halfway thru the pizza. Good experience though!

This is usually my go to quick pizza place but I went in on a non busy night. The cashier guy was GREAT...even suggested a more affordable option on what I was trying to get. Then the lady (I'm assuming manager) starts yelling like right at him right in front of me "THAT ORDER DOESNT MAKE SENSE". He explained to her how I wanted my pizza half and half yet she just kept blabbing on about how it couldn't be made like that. I wish I wpuld have gotten her name. Other than that it was great.

Poorly managed! Ordered 4 pizzas for 12:15pm, got confirmation online. At 1pm I called because we had no pizza and was told by the manager I would not get my pizzas until 2:30pm. Order somewhere else, this place is struggling.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STAR.....I WOULD. I PLACED AN ORDER YESTERDAY FOR A PICK THE NEXT DAY AT 11:00 AM. WE HAD A VERY LARGE ORDER AND NEEDED TO PICK UP TO FEED MY EMPLOYEES BY 11:30AM. I TRIED CALLING ALL MORNING TO RECONFIRM MY PICK UP AT 11AM. FINALLY GOT THRU TO SOMEONE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE HOWEVER SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS STILL ASLEEP. HE STATED THEY JUST OPENED AND GETTING STARTED ON THE ORDER NOW IF I WANT. THAT WAS AT 10:30AM. I SAID YES PLEASE I WILL BE BY TO PICK UP AT MY SCHEDULED TIME AT 11AM. HE SAID "OK". THEN AT 11:05 HE CALLED AND SAID WE ARE JUST STARTING YOUR ORDER. WHAT THE HECK. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND HE TO SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS ASLEEP. HE APOLOGIZED HOWEVER WHAT AM I GOING TO FEED MY EMPLOYEES NOW. HE SAID I CAN HAVE YOUR ORDER OF 30 PIZZAS READY BY 12 OR 12:30 PM. I SAID PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER. I WILL FIGURE SOMETHING ELSE OUT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. OUR COMPANY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AGAIN.

Slowest Domino’s in town! It’s frustrating!! Twice I placed an order for PASTA ONLY during my work lunch break. I arrived at the estimated time it should be completed and was told to wait 10-20 more minutes.. I know I placed the order 30 minutes ago. Why am I still having to wait? If you’re on a lunch break, I suggest ordering one hour in advance. Update 3/25/22 Gave this place another chance. They’re freaking slow!! I don’t know if it’s this particular worker or all the employees are slow. I put in an order for pasta at 12:36. It says it should be ready 12:50-1:05. My order is still not ready.

Fast service when ordered online, 2 employees were hustling to get the orders out. Had a large $150, 8 different pizza and chicken order, and was all correct and ready in 30 mins. Great job!!!
