So we went on a Friday afternoon so happy to go it looks so fun on their website. We drove from Bakersfield, the website online said it was open. We were all happy to get there but the weird part was there was no line to get it the gates were open so we drove into an almost empty parking lot and no one was there we were going to get off but it was clearly obvious they weren't open the looked really creepy there was dead grass and the water park looked like it hasn't been used in a while reminded me of one of those abandoned haunted amusement park. Such a bummer. They should probably update their website . A little common courtesy goes along way.

We bought our tickets online and We rented a cabana with a small grill and it was very nice, to get to it I just went to the rental place and showed them my ticket and then they told me where it was located it also came with two single tubs Soo that was fun, we went on a Sunday and it was fairly full not too busy of people. Love how clean it is and all the lifeguards are very on guard and always very friendly. When I had a question or just making friendly conversation while waiting for a ride or in a line they always answered and talked with me, it was very friendly and warm vibs. it was very beautiful. We also saw some ducks on their pond 😄😊

We had a really fun day here. The whole family enjoyed it, especially our toddler. The kids area is huge and there's lots to do! All the adult slides were really thrilling and lines not too long. The lifeguards were attentive and we felt very safe!

So here we go. This water park has been around for about 20 plus years. I mean way back when it was still called Clovis lakes. So it is well established and it has been part of many family memories. This is my third time here and I have enjoyed myself every time. There is plenty of things to keep you in the fun with all the slides play areas for the kids and of course the ever popular tide pool. There are fishing ponds and picnic areas as well with lots of trees and shade. There's a snack bar for those that don't want to bring your own food which by the way is allowed. No glass is allowed however so keep that in mind when you stock your cooler. Prices are reasonable on food items. They have rentable lockers for securing your belongings that operate with a waterproof wrist band which is cool. It's always clean and well kept, and I have never had an employee not be friendly and professional. On a special note there was a mix up on our cabana bookings and they wanted to seperate us and place us in different areas of the park. When I explained that this was a family outing that was planned so we could all be together, the young lady in charge of cabana check-ins, really put some effort into keeping us together and even made their error right by upgrading us to the penthouse cabanas. Now that is real customer service. We had a great time all the employees are friendly and professional with smiles that make the difference. I highly recommended Wild Water Adventure Park and will continue to do so. All in all I'm giving them 👍👍👍👍👍😎

We had such a great time getting wet, eating with family & just enjoying the whole scenery. All the employees were very friendly & helpful, from the parking lot attendants all the way inside to the pool attendants. I hadn't been there in such a long time, I almost forgot what it was like. The park is very clean. The lifeguards are very alert and aware of what's going on. At 1 point I was trying to hunt the rest of my family down & a staff member noticed me so she kindly came up to me and offered me help in finding them. I was a lil surprised by very grateful. If you have the opportunity to go this summer you should definitely take it. You won't regret it!

this place was so fun 😌 and did you know it's actually Californias largest waterpark 😋 there's a lot to do here. But after an hour it feels boring because you've already got on many rides lol. iwas here from 12pm-5:37pm so it was quite a while but the waterslides are incredibly safe the people are so sweet and nicee💜 One thing I kinda wanna complain about is that they really should get more slides and more things to do here because most slides are for babies also we 'need' slides that can hold 3-5 people because there's only one and that's so wack :/ everything else was amazing. the chill areas, one is by a cute little lake, and because swimming(or being in water) makes you thirsty the waters are free and unlimited 💙

The bathing suit policy should be enforced and mostly NO POLITICAL ADVERTISING should be allowed, people are in the water with street clothing.... The usher at the parking lot directed us to a place to park and after a couple of minutes a guy with a walkie talkie came to tell us that we needed to move....we told him the other usher told us to park there... and he was so rude, thankfully he was still there (first usher) and told him we were fine...he was just on the mission to ruin other people day too... The food is way overpriced, the cabana was $125 and it is so old , the bathrooms are dirty. For the price, everything should be better. We have been in water parks before and the family raft doesn't get stuck like the ones on this place. You can do better.

I don't think I'll ever be going to Wild Water again. We took my 7 year old son to have some fun before summer vacation was over. For the water slides they only have single tubes available and if you want to be able to ride in a double tube (parents wanting to ride with their younger aged children) you have to rent a tube for $12. We rented the double tube to try and enjoy some rides with our son and come to find out only TWO slides even allow double tubes. It would have been nice if they shared that information when you rent the tube. We wouldn't have wasted the money if we knew that it could only be used on two slides. The wave pool was filthy and clouded by noon and the water was WARM. Not what you expect at a water park at all. The bathrooms were pretty gross and there were two times I went to use the restroom and there wasn't toilet paper in any of the stalls. It also took almost an hour for us to even get into the parking lot and the attendants were very unorganized. We paid for preferred parking and then were told to turn around and park somewhere else because they ran out of preferred parking. We had to walk back to the original attendant to get the other portion of our payment refunded. There isn't much difference between general parking and preferred anyway so I'd say to just pay for general. It is nice that you can take your own food and drinks in and even if you don't the food there is decent and not priced too badly. They do seem to have a nice area for the much younger kids but it just wasn't quite right for what we were looking for.

We go every year at least twice because hurricane harbor is close but parking is less tickets are less food is less and the wave pool is SO much better! Lines aren't always monitored so when there are a lot of kids either crowding will happen or parents have to monitor it themselves! And wear water socks because it will mess up your feet

We love it here! The cabanas are a must have and a great shady retreat and rest step for snacks, drinks, and rest before going back out to have fun. My boys had such a wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back! The little kid area was our favorite including the “red yellow and blue slides” as my kids called them. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the lifeguards were very attentive which I so appreciated. We already are looking forward to our next visit.

Took my 6 year old granddaughter here with her adult cousin! It was little ones first time and my first time in over 30 years! Also rented a cabana. We had an amazing day. Park is clean, cabanas cool in the shade. Thanks to cabana aide, and all staff at the park. All over the top friendly and professional. Look forward to coming back!!

The rides were alright, they were long waits but fun to be part of. The big issue was getting my orders wrong multiple times. Either it was a wrong hamburger or wrong drink. My friends who were with me have had their drink sizes wrong and even had to ask for the correct size. They ordered larges and got mediums. They even left one drink out and duplicated every one of their orders. They did not know what they were doing.

Awesome park! I love going here every summer... They have a lot of trees so don't have to worry about a shadow! Also they let you cook inside they a plenty of grills around the park they don't permit your own grill but if you get around 11 you can still a good spot..

Nice park enjoyable for family to have fun, ever since Wild Waters Adventure Park came out with these "camps" it's been a lot. These campers take up all the slides, make the lines so long, they cut in front of others like they are entitled and also are very rude. I paid for my season passes and also others, I don't think it's fair for these kids to be roaming the park cutting, being rude, and taking up all the slides, while we're over here that actually paid and are waiting for these immature kids to be over with. I don't appreciate this.

Today was my 1st time going to this water park and I must say it was amazing! My children and I had a blast! I don't usually do water slides but I stepped out of the box today. I love the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks. This is a must go to water park!

Not only are multiple places inside closed. But most rides my 7 year old wasn’t allowed on. Literally stuck with only a few options and I spent a lot of money on Father’s Day. Just to feel ripped off and not to mention everything is expensive. I suggest that anyone go to anywhere else but here this summer. I wont be making the same mistake twice

TLDR: Really fun day trip adventure! Overall I'd go back. I'd recommend it to families with little kids (since that's my own personal experience only). Cabana or seat area rental is a must to guarantee your area to have a place to rest/eat with no concerns. Online ticket buy/rental makes it easier and was great to have my rental and tickets in hand to just go get bags checked and go in and enjoy. --------- Pros: Parking was easy to pay for and access and staff helped guide with no issues. Cabana was nice to rent, no issues on that. Table was dirty on arrival, nothing wiping down didn't fix. Staff were all nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. All were very knowledgeable and if they didn't know something they made sure we got the help we needed. *Mermaid Monday was fun!* Bathrooms easy to find and not bad to use for the basic needs. Changing stalls were basic and easy to use as well. Souvenir cups for about $14 with a refill of about $2 and some change was nice for all day cool refreshments. Pools and fun for everyone, any age, that we had and can see. On a slow day there were plenty of free lifevests for younger kids on the racks by the main rides and the wave pool. Cons: Some of the slides had visual cracks that were clearly worn down and need updating (Like you could see damage not just slight markings from aging). Purple Octopus in the kids area for example on the side. Pirate ship had some wear and tear that could use some help. Only concerns if your kids run around and aren't paying attention to their surroundings, possible concern. Inner tubes for Thunder Falls not inflated well and had the lifeguards having to push a lot of people down the ride because of it, not just me situation this was almost every group that went down. Accessibility concerns: Dressing areas and bathrooms. They had a stall to use for the bathroom but no real bar to assist if someone needed it. No benches in any stall to just change, that I saw. Changing table in the stall can be an issue on busy days.

My experience here was not all that great, for the 5 hours I was there I got to go on about 2 separate rides. The lines are incredibly long as expected, when I went to get food I waited in line for an HOUR. Then I went into the dessert line, and after 30 minutes of waiting in the desert line right as I got to the front they said "sorry we're closing, We will re-open in 30 minutes". So instead of them saying "no more people in line because we're going to close soon" they decided to make everyone wait half an hour just to tell them that they're closed. Absolutely ridiculous, if you're going pack your own food. Or just don't go at all.

This park has vastly improved seating areas and very well designed for families the no Pre paid parking and 30 min wait for online ticket purchases was not helpful. Thrill rides very fun. Lines very short for attractions like due to cool summer .

Some of the employees there need some attitude adjustment. Nowadays, we could all be new users and want our questions answered. For 2 adults it is $99.99 dollars to get in the park if your buy them in person. It’s highly recommended to purchase them online for less amount.

Visited for the 4th of July. I paid over 400 dollars for a cabana and tickets for my family. I bought everything online thinking this would keep me from having to wait in line. I was wrong we walked up. And we’re told that we would have go to another line to get our tickets verified. I was than asked for my cc number and ID to prove I bought the ticket.I told them I am not sure what card I used since I have more than one. Finally they Jsut verified with my ID. Why they are verifying tickets already purchased,I don’t know. Before we left we asked the person what my son in law would have to show since he was arriving later. The person said he would just have to show a picture of my ID. Hours later my son in law arrives and calls my daughter because they will not let him in. My daughter had to walk back to the front and again they were asking for the card number. I asked her to ask for the name of the manager since this was ruining our experience. The staff member told my daughter that they can not give out the managers name. My neice than went up to find the person they originally talked to so that she could verify that she said he was fine with just the ID. While on the phone with my daughter I told her to ask them to send her to a window where someone else can assist them. It took the person at the window just a few mins to print a ticket and send them on their way. My daughter asked why they were verifying tickets and the staff member stated they are having problems with fraud. If that’s the case they should not have online sales. I work as a manager for admissions and I understand things happen but it do think this could have been organized better especially on such a busy day.

Had a good time with my son. Definitely buy your tickets online to save a little money and I suggest you bring you own drinks & lunch. Food and drinks are expensive which is to be expected.

This place has existed since before I was even born. I've been coming here for over 25 years, and this place was a blast as a child. Around 10 years ago, it seemed like things had kind of started deteriorating. Slides were closed constantly, certain choice groups were roaming about, and even the wave pool seemed very underwhelming when it came on. The place really lost its luster and we were disappointed. (Honestly, if I'd written this review back at that time, I would've only given it 3 or 4 stars max.) This summer was my first trip back since the pandemic started. NOT disappointed whatsoever. Things have really been cleaned up, it's all happy families again, the pizza is pretty good (albeit expensive but it IS a water park so there), there are several spots to get sweet cold treats from, and the rides are all in really great shape. That wave pool has also been restored back to FULL POWER! Watch out, those waves will hurl you down! Haha! Maximum fun, and it's a "must see" if you're passing through central California. It is, in fact, the largest water park in California. 😄

I went here often as a young child and recently visited the area after being away for nearly 20 years. I was able to bring my girls and they had the time of their tiny lives. Every single employee was very friendly and helpful, which was a huge help to my partner and I chasing around a very tired 2 year old and 4 year old. We hope to visit again next year. The only thing that I think could use work is the parking situation. It takes a long time to get in and there was only one attendant available for parking purchases.

I recommend you buy tickets in advance unless you are eligible for a discount (military). Those you will have to purchase through customer service. Military with active ID gets one free per ID, and a discounted ticket for dependant. Also be prepared to rent everything. Table, tunes, lockers, cabanas. Also there is no lazy river...as of yet

Excellent day! Lots of space, trees and shade with amazing thrills on all the rides. Don't really need a cabana, a picnic table with an umbrella is perfect. But the food is AWFUL. My favorite is the Vortex!

It was actually quite fun, the line was definitely worth it as the whole family had lots of fun in the various pool areas. The menu displayed on the pictures is pretty cool because about every 20-30 minutes servers walk through and ask what you want and they will deliver it to your cabana.

I find it very disappointing that my kids and husband go to get their picture taken for their season passes and they have to stand in the same line as those doing a walk in the same day. There is nobody at the KIOKs to provide assistance and he sees 10 workers just hanging out and not willing to help. That is unacceptable. Why offer season passes if you unable to process them quickly or at least have a separate line for them if season passes already purchase and just need to take the picture. Instead of standing in line for over an hour or more because there is only one line for all. Having small kids is hard to stand in line for a long time. That's is why most prefer a season pass but it is pointless if they don't tell you that you have to wait a while your first time. They should warn you ahead of time.

First time visiting Wild water adventure park wonderful place to spend with the family and kiddos , the only hiccup we came across was the parking; My husband bought the entrance and parking ticket online in advance: he selected the preferred parking option but when we arrive one female employee at the parking check-in apologized and said there was no preferred parking only general parking and that my husband could claim a refund differential at guest service so we left it as is and parked as directed. After we parked as we were walking towards the entrance we saw a sign that said preffered parking , luckily my husband had forgotten his sandals at the car and return to get them, he then was curious and asked a male employee at the parking lot of the sign he saw that said preferred parking this nice employee spoke with his supervisor/manager and they sorted the situation and send my husband to park to the preferred parking area which he had bought prior and was a little closer to the entrance . Other than that, the place was fantastic.

The kids enjoy the park, but it could definitely use some improvements. We rented a cabana and it was dirty. There were food bit including what looked like chunks of chicken on the table and food and a bandaid on the floor. We got there right when the park opened, so obviously no one had cleaned it from the night before.

It was a changed of pace from the Island water park. As they hand a lot of land, picnic tables on grass with bbq pits and ponds to fish in. We got a cabana which was well worth it. The atteactions were cool but nothing to write home about. PAY FOR PARKING ONLINE IT WAS CHEAPER. Drawbacks: It is almost double the price of the Island water park & it is quite far from the 99 freeway. Overall: would go again as I really liked the natural grounds surrounding the park.
