Jimmy Johns has fantastic sandwiches. Depends on who is working at this site if you get your sandwiches quick and definitely depends on who is working if you get friendly service. Very disappointed in the two working the night of 3/16/2023. Complaining loud enough for multiple customers to hear.

Definitely not Freaky Fast today. One sandwich took about 15 minutes, it was good but not that good.

The house made sandwiches I swear look exactly like how they are pictured on their posters and advertisements. I enjoyed it as it was a sight to see and delicious to be consumed. The staff very courteous friendly and professional. I appreciate that. Now this particular location doesn't honor Military or Veterans with a discount. Hence, the 4 stars. The staff was very helpful and polite and listened to our special request. The food was very good and the toppings was very fresh.

I always love the sandwiches here. They are very accommodating. There have been multiple times when I've requested a custom sandwich. I usually will get a capicola sandwich. With minimal seasoning. I believe a few of the other capicola sandwiches on the menu have ham. Which doesn't make any sense to me. Capicola is aged ham so it's the same thing but it has the Italian name to make it sound better. That's just how I process it in my head, so to anyone else it shouldn't be a problem. It doesn't make it taste worse. It's good anyway you like it. But if you're awkward like me then you'll find issues with nothing.

This place takes forever now used to be freaky fast every time I ask for no onions they put some never eat there again. Why do I want to wait and get my oder wrong!!! It not that hard to get my order right. Not coming back "onions guys"

Ordered online 3 sandwiches, picked up, got home and there was only 2 sandwiches and a bag of 3 pickles, which I did not order but was charged. I checked my order, but both sandwiches that we got were wrong. Went back and told them the order was wrong and was told they would not remake my order. The guy with the beard was rude. I HAD your app but we will NEVER go to JJ, ever. They could of been willing to remake or had better customer. I threw the sandwiches in the garbage, left and went to Jersey Mikes, great customer service.

Great sandwiches. Delivery is nice. Don't count on getting any resolution to an issue through the app. This location messed up an order placed on the app and no one contacted me after reporting it through the app

I tried out Jimmy John's the first time about 6 years ago and their Sub Sanwich'es are great and have gone back once a month since.

Ordered a little john roast beef plain for my son. It literally had one piece of meat on it. It's totally not worth it. Sad cause we like this place.

I have ordered Jimmy Johns numerous times. For take out and dine in. I have to say they really went above and beyond today. Shout out to the North Clovis location. Your team is amazing. The person on the reciept was Carter. My chk # was 304 on 04/10/2023. My husband ordered a lil john #4 no tomatoes add cheese for our daughter. "Enjoy little one", was written on the bag it was delivered in. Thank you! (This was an updated feedback as I gave a 5 star only previously).

Can't go wrong with Jimmy Johns. They offer different sizes so you will always leave satisfied. They make the sandwiches quick and correct. Always had a friendly encounter and the atmosphere is nice.

This is the blandest white people food you can get anywhere. It's my buddies favorite place to eat, so we stop in when we're on our way to snowboard, or camp up in the sierras. If you absolutely love bland food, look no further.

WHERES THE BEEF? I got the #2, a roast beef sandwhich. However, it might as well been a vegan sandwhich because it lacked the roast beef. There was a very thin layer of meat and I mean thin. I would be embarrassed to serve that if I owned a sandwhich shop.

My first time trying Jimmy John’s, I had the #2 Big John with bacon. I placed an order on the app and it went smoothly. Overall, I was satisfied with everything.

What can you say about a sandwich shop that delivers your food in 15 minutes or less? As a Gen X'er I remember when Dominos was 30 minutes or less and these guys blow that out of the water. I ordered a few sandwiches, pickles, chips and a drink for the family. I thought, this will take a while and ran outside to finish the project we were working on. The next thing I knew, the food was here and we were ready to eat. Amazing. As for the food itself and why this isn't a 5-star review. We had to figure out who's food was who's as two of the sandwiches didn't have a name, just a scribble. Personally, I hate when other people touch my food (yes, even my family, and I know...) and of course it needed to be opened to figure it out. THis has happened a few times. Pros: Fast, convenient, and good! Cons: THe food may not be labeled correctly every time.

For having so many nice reviews they could have shown my husband a little more respect when he went to have his sandwich corrected to how he originally ordered it not laugh at him while he's walking into he restaurant. He really felt judged in that establishment talk about being prejudice my husband decided to have a sandwich for lunch today and chose to spend his hard earned money here and that's the treatment he gets. If I could give 0 stars I would. My advice would be to Please make sure you treat everyone with respect and kindness. We are all equal in this world. We all go out the same way into the same dirt.

This place is awesome. I absolutely enjoy going inside of this establishment, even to the bathroom. This place is full of humorous signs and amusing reads. The food is great, better than subway or Quiznos. I truly recommend the BLT. If you have a huge family, don't trip! They have catering orders that can be done literally within minutes of being ordered and they are guaranteed to fill you up. JJs is the best!

I have ordered many times from this location. Complaint is 2 sandwiches are lacking a lot of meat. One has a single piece of ham, not usual, and the JJ Gargantuan is half the meat.
