I am currently a second year student at San Jose State University and bumping into Aida at The Key was the best decision I had ever made. As a college student finding employment that did not conflict around my schedule was always a struggle and the rate at which I was being paid for the amount of work that I did should be considered a crime. The Key offered me the opportunity to be a full time student and still make enough money on the side to further aid my broke college student lifestyle. I loved everything about The Key since day one I got there. I was immediately greeted by Aida who’s customer service skills are the best I have ever experienced, she took time out of her day and put in the effort to really make sure that I was comfortable. She accommodated all of my needs, fed me, made sure that everything regarding work was clearly explained and even walked through the training and procedures. So far working for the key has been great the staff is very friendly and accepting, I learn new things everyday from everybody constantly making sure that procedures are properly done and everybody is cared for to the best of our ability. Working here has really opened my eyes and given me experience on how to work with elderly people. It has taught me patience, etiquette, and teamwork. There not much else that can be said except to experience it for yourself. If you ever see Aida at the front desk, tell her, her favorite student said “Hi”
