Brad was very helpful, I just brought a bag of all the things I wanted to ship and he helped me box them up, pack them, and send them safely to where they need to go. This is the best FedEx in the area and I have a hard time at any of the other local stores. I purposely now go to this one. Thanks Brad!

Print job was submitted, was told it takes a few hours max. They said they will call when ready to pickup. 3 days later hadn't heard from them so I called and the order was ready and just sitting there. They gave 10 percent discount for never calling me when it was done but when I counted the pages in my order at home 25 items were missing (it was a multi hundred item order) Not worth the hassle.

Be careful at this location, if you hand them your driver's license, they might scan it. If they scan your license that means they have all your data, and when they have a data breach you're going to lose all the important information on your driver's license. Make them have you fill out a form instead of scanning your driver's license

I haven't been here for copying or faxing. I go to drop off items I need to return. And they make the experience quick and easy. I usually wait in line because I prefer getting a receipt, but if I didn't, I could just leave my package(s) on the counter and leave. But the line is seldom too long or slow-moving, so I don't mind waiting. I did inquire about some custom copying and such, but the prices for the special services were just a tad too high for now, so my projects will have to wait till I can afford them. But I find the people here friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (read: quick), so I never mind having to make this a stop when running errands.

This is the best FEDEX store we have been to. Always in and out and the employees are very knowledgeable and keep you informed about every little detail. I just love the vibes in this store. By far my favorite shipping place. Brad is always very helpful, patient and friendly all the time not just with us but everyone who walks into the store.

This is my local Fedex office and I’ve used them quite a few times to send and receive items. Unfortunately they are not up to par. I’ve found the staff impatient and lacking in understanding when I’ve made enquirer about delayed deliveries. To get 4-5 stars you need to have the temperament to go the extra mile for more than the first 5 out of ten customers who walk in the door, especilly in a service role. The team here simply do not cut the mustard.

I love Ricardo!!!!! He loves making customers happy and made sure my doggy ornament photos were a perfect fit. He is so crafty and quick! I will buy him an X-mas gift, I don't know what yet. I am so used to people saying 'sorry that's the best we can do' anywhere, but today was awemiring.

Wouldn't give me my package because my name was not on it but I had my tracking info and proof it was mine. Fed ex most likely placed new label ontop of old one because of their mess up. They were just lazy or they just stole from me. Be cautious sending packages at this location.

Great service from Brad! I came in on a weekday afternoon looking for express shipping of some important documents. He greeted me, presented all the options clearly, and helped me complete everything for the shipping. The whole process was smooth and quick!

I had a great experience with Hector the Manager, he went above and beyond to make sure I had no issues with getting my package. I am from out of town visiting my Mom who just had surgery and he took all of the circumstances in consideration, and made it happen! Thanks Hector!!!!

This is one of the best locations for customer service. The assistant manager Brittany was professional, courteous, receptive and helpful. Would recommend this location as one of the best.

Ninous made a difference for us. We entered the store with 15 mins to closing but he still printed everything for me and cut the note cards himself to exactly the dimension I needed. It was 8:13 when I left which is well past store closing. I appreciate him going above and beyond. Next time I will definitely go earlier - it’s not nice to cut into anyone’s evening.
